This hotel is wonderful and is conveniently situated a short walk from the beautiful Sardinero beaches, restaurants and bars. The reception and bar/restaurant staff are friendly, professional and extremely helpful, they spoke English very well. The room was very clean and extremely comfortable with great views of the sea and the housekeeping service was second to none. The breakfast buffet is delicious, fresh and ample with something to suit all tastes and the evening meals are very varied with excellent service, although we only chose to eat here once due to the many other options to try in Santander/Sardinero! This is our second stay at this hotel and I’ve no doubt it won’t be our last!

The front desk service is good and can communicate in English. There is a parking garage (extra charge, about 20 euros a day), close to the Magdalena Palace and can be reached on foot

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Beautiful location and the amenities were excellent. The staff were wonderful, warm, friendly, and very professional. I recommend the hotel highly, and would definitely stay there again.

I love this hotel. I love their service from front desk to housekeeping. The hotel is very clean. Also, i love the interior of my room. It’s very close to the beach as well. If ever I’ll come back to Santander, i’ll book again to this hotel.

The location is very accessible to public transport and is overlooking the seaside, our room is being cleaned every day with fresh towels provided. Breakfast is also reasonable in price. The staff in reception speaks English and are very helpful in providing us a map and explaining about the places. 😀

Really lovely place, great food, great rooms and fantastic location. The grounds are so peaceful and the staff so accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay in May at Gran Victoria. Close enough to Sardinero, bus stops, and an easy walk to el centro while being tucked away on a quiet street. Enough space for my husband and I in the balcony room. We really enjoyed being able to hear the water and birds from our room. It was nice to have controllable A/C and the room was clean. The bed was a little too hard for our liking. The shower temperature and pressure were just right. Friendly staff and the breakfast service each day was sufficient. Would probably check out another hotel in a return trip to Santander to compare stays.
