The hotel is very central and metro station is right outside (but the lift to metro platform is about 5 min walk). Bath room is very pretty but shower is a bit weak in terms of water pressure. The room was quiet and wifi was very fast. Breakfast was superb, although starts 7:30 during weekends which is bit late for me to start the early morning conference sessions. Overall, I’m very happy with the stay.

I would give 10/10 to this hotel i stayed 6 nights clean , nice smell , excellent house keeping service, excellent staff, excellent location just few steps to gran via and lots of restaurants, cafes, shopping , metro and bus station infront of the hotel , royal palace withen walking distance , park infront of the hotel with daily activities like DJ and outdoor cinema excellent facilities gym, sauna, swimming pool, air conditioning, spacial thanks to Ahmed and carla for their nice service and hospitality,

We couldn’t be happier with our decision to stay at this hotel during our short trip to Madrid! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and everything inside worked perfectly.
The breakfast was absolutely amazing—something that’s often hard to find! I especially loved the variety of choices while enjoying a mimosa. A special thank you to Laura, who went above and beyond to help create a memorable birthday surprise for my wife!
From start to finish, everything was perfection. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

The hotel is good but not sure is it really 5 stars. Great location, nice breakfast. Rooms were renovated. Quite a modern design. No smart TV, can’t use multi media. Balcony is connected with next room. Must close it when outside.

Amazing hotel and staff ! Breakfast was very good. We had a small issue and it was sorted out as soon as they got to know about it. Very well handled by Maria. We had a wonderful stay at Barcelo Torre de Madrid.

We were traveling through Madrid over our anniversary and had a lovely stay at the Barceló! The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Although the breakfast felt a little overpriced, it had a good selection of options (even some gluten free items!). We didn’t get a chance to get in the pool, but my husband loved the sauna. Overall the hotel is located in a very convenient area and was easily walkable to the metro along with many other shops and restaurants. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful and we had a wonderful stay. Would stay again!

I’m glad we chose this hotel. Super close to the palace and other central places. Spacious rooms with good modern style. Services are awesome. Friendly front desk recommended good local restaurants. Kids love the frequent small presents (chocolates fruits etc). Will definitely choose this hotel again
