Reviews
From the moment we arrived, the reception staff seemed tired and unmotivated. The cleaning staff were surprisingly rude — barging into our room without permission, even when a "Do Not Disturb" sign was clearly displayed.
Room service was excellent — probably the only aspect of service that met expectations.
Unfortunately, the hotel feels quite neglected: broken fixtures, a creaky bed, and a worn-down bathroom. We stayed in the premium rooms on the top floor, yet had to endure constant noise — both from guests going to and from the rooftop and, even worse, from hotel staff and storage areas at all hours of the day and night. The rooftop does have a great view, but oddly, people would come and go quickly — it never felt inviting or lively.
We asked for an invoice three times at checkout. Days later, we are still waiting.
We’ve previously stayed at ME and Only YOU hotels — both were far better in every aspect and at a lower price point. This one, unfortunately, was a disappointment.

The location is perfect — right in the heart of Madrid, close to everything. The service was excellent, and the staff were warm and professional. The hotel has a stylish interior and cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended for both holiday and business stays!
