The hotel is beautiful and beautifully located. The room was comfortable. The staff were a delight and breakfast was gargantuan and delicious. Rebeca, Jesus and Violeta kept me satiated and entertained on my solo visit. I’ll come back and recommend heartily.

The dining and front desk staff is FANTASTIC! Bogdam and Favier were very attentive and did so many sweet touches to welcome us to Madrid. This was the best first dinner we could have ever wished for!

I’ve stayed in this hotel twice since last year. I came to Spain for work and this hotel was recommended by some ai know that lives locally. I’ve enjoyed my stays. Great aervice all around and my room was ready and cleaned.

I have eaten at hotel bar restaurant and I only disappointed at all. Food serve fresh and hot. The staff are very friendly and polite.

The room service was delivered by Bagdan and the tray has a special touches of cute miniature flower in a vase.

Thank you for your hospitality. I will be staying again when I return to Madrid and hopefully for fun and not work.

The NH Collection on Jose Abascal is incredibly well located and appointed. The service is pleasant, courteous and prompt, and their breakfast buffet is varied and very tasty. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit on the smallish side. That said, I'm definitely coming back and recommend highly.
