What was represented on the website is not what we experienced.

Our rooms were not in the hotel proper but outside behind the hotel in what appeared to be temporary or modular construction. ( On the ground level, these rooms were noisy (both from outside and between room walls, which were paper thin).The rooms had a secruity/privacy fence around them, but it gives the allusion of being in a cage. No views whatsoever.

Black mold on ceiling in bathroom.

We requested room changes, but we couldn't be accommodated.

A request for a call back from the hotel to discuss our concern never occurred.

Plenty of better places to stay.

I have stayed here several times and it is very convenient. I always stay in this hotel every time I go on a business trip. Although it is a bit expensive, it is convenient.

The hotel is beautiful and beautifully located. The room was comfortable. The staff were a delight and breakfast was gargantuan and delicious. Rebeca, Jesus and Violeta kept me satiated and entertained on my solo visit. I’ll come back and recommend heartily.

The dining and front desk staff is FANTASTIC! Bogdam and Favier were very attentive and did so many sweet touches to welcome us to Madrid. This was the best first dinner we could have ever wished for!
