Eurostars Madrid Tower

I recently stayed at the Eurostars Madrid Tower and was thoroughly impressed. Our room was absolutely stunning—spacious, modern and immaculately clean, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Every detail seemed thoughtfully considered, making it a true five-star experience.

A highlight of my stay was the exceptional staff specifically, Roberta at reception who went above and beyond to ensure my check-in was seamless and made me feel genuinely welcomed with her attentive and friendly service.
The hotel’s amenities were top-notch, though I did find the bar prices to be on the expensive side. However, given that this is a luxury hotel, it’s somewhat to be expected. The atmosphere in the terrace bar and common areas was sophisticated and relaxing, making it a great place to unwind after a day of exploring Madrid.

One of the standout aspects of my stay was the amazing breakfast. The selection was diverse, the quality of the food was outstanding and it was the perfect way to start the day.

Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I would highly recommend Eurostars Madrid for anyone seeking a luxurious stay in the city.

We stayed here for a weekend in Madrid and it was so good. Our Spanish is awful but the staff were so lovely and welcoming. Even one of the housekeepers took the time to translate “ask reception for an umbrella” on her phone as it was raining and she saw we didn’t have coats.
The rooms were beautiful and the bed was so comfy! I’ve never slept that well in a hotel!
We had breakfast on morning and there was such a huge variety of sweet and savoury and drinks were constantly topped up.
It is a bit out of town but the metro station is a short walk and Ubers are easy to get too.
It was a fantastic experience and we’ll definitely be back.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on October 2024 during a business trip in Madrid. Overall I enjoyed my experience here.

- Rooms: they are quite new and well-maintained despite some improvements can be done in the shower as everytime you open the door to exit from it the water splashes all around the floor! Rooms are equipped with slippers, dental kit, comb and shower plastic cap. However, there are no cotton buds and vanity kits and this is a downside considering this is a 5-stars hotel.

-Breakfast: it was great. Many sweets and savory options. Great quality and well-organized service.

- Check-in/out: super smooth. You can also make the check-out on your own, you usually receive an email from the hotel the day before you leave.

- Location: it is out of the city center but it is super convenient in case you have business meetings in the offices around here. There are several restaurants, bars and grocery shops around this area.

- Prices are aligned to 5-stars category in the same area.

Overall the experience was good but given this is a 5-stars hotel, I would have expected to have more amenities kit in the room and maybe a coffee-machine.

Each and every staff member I encountered here was outstanding - truly gave a 5 star experience.

The rooms are big, comfortable, and have everything you could possibly need or want.

Breakfast was also extensive and worth the extra money.

The fitness centre is not a center, weight are missing or unpaired (ex the 10kg were missing and the 14kg unpaired). Not even a single barbell, this could add so much versatility to the gym.

Loved this hotel! Upon entering the lobby was nice and had free candies.
Room: sound proof, high tech shut out curtains, bathtub, nice decor, steamer. Also loved walking to our room.
Nearby: 2 breakfast options including Starbucks and for dinner so many upscale restaurants of different cuisine. All within 5 minutes or less of walking through a new shopping center.

We had a couple of issues during our stay- but they were able to resolve both once we called - and they came within 5 minutes.

Excellent room service and very professional and kind staff!
It has a car park underground and it is very easy to get to everywhere by public transportation at everytime.

Very nice lobby bar with a wide variety of drinks and tea at the evening.

Nice hotel but poor compared to other five star. For example, they would not even provide free water and the breakfast was average. For a similar price, you can stay at the Intercontinental and they are a true five star service where they offer you extra water whenever you pass cleaning staff, and they have much better rooms and service.

Bathroom light integrated with room light, what mean if you are not alone you can not turn on the light only for the bathroom. Besides it bathroom light was very dark, principally for make up, and shower water was not being properly drained. Architecture very fancy but it is missed something’s to be a 5 start hotel. Breakfast amazing, but they do not pick the name of the person in room list, only point room number. Happened with a friend that on the close out had extra breakfast in his bill. Elevators are super fast, but number with no light or color. Nice bar and environment, with music and good drink prices.
