This hotel is definitely highly recommended. Super clean and tidy—absolutely worth booking. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service.

They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable even changing my room twice due to an issue with the AC, and that too at 3 AM without hesitation. Eurostars Madrid Tower is a top-tier hotel that truly deserves five stars. Located in the city’s business district, it offers stunning panoramic views of Madrid, elegant modern rooms, and excellent service. The breakfast buffet is varied and high quality, and the wellness center adds a luxurious touch. Staff are professional, attentive, and make every stay comfortable. Whether for business or leisure, it’s a perfect choice for a premium Madrid experience.

Fair to say, the hotel is really good overall.
However, considering it's a 5-star hotel, it's not that good.
Staff at the reception look very serious and not friendly or welcoming.
Rooms, a lot of technology, but that's it. No more space than other more standard hotels. Beds are pretty comfy.
The gym is good, and the breakfast, while pricey, really good.
To me, good hotel, but it doesn't deserve the 5 stars.
I enjoyed the stay, but I don't think I would go back.

A highlight of my stay was the exceptional staff specifically, Roberta at reception who went above and beyond to ensure my check-in was seamless and made me feel genuinely welcomed with her attentive and friendly service.
The hotel’s amenities were top-notch, though I did find the bar prices to be on the expensive side. However, given that this is a luxury hotel, it’s somewhat to be expected. The atmosphere in the terrace bar and common areas was sophisticated and relaxing, making it a great place to unwind after a day of exploring Madrid.

One of the standout aspects of my stay was the amazing breakfast. The selection was diverse, the quality of the food was outstanding and it was the perfect way to start the day.

Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I would highly recommend Eurostars Madrid for anyone seeking a luxurious stay in the city.

We stayed here for a weekend in Madrid and it was so good. Our Spanish is awful but the staff were so lovely and welcoming. Even one of the housekeepers took the time to translate “ask reception for an umbrella” on her phone as it was raining and she saw we didn’t have coats.
The rooms were beautiful and the bed was so comfy! I’ve never slept that well in a hotel!
We had breakfast on morning and there was such a huge variety of sweet and savoury and drinks were constantly topped up.
It is a bit out of town but the metro station is a short walk and Ubers are easy to get too.
It was a fantastic experience and we’ll definitely be back.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on October 2024 during a business trip in Madrid. Overall I enjoyed my experience here.

- Rooms: they are quite new and well-maintained despite some improvements can be done in the shower as everytime you open the door to exit from it the water splashes all around the floor! Rooms are equipped with slippers, dental kit, comb and shower plastic cap. However, there are no cotton buds and vanity kits and this is a downside considering this is a 5-stars hotel.

-Breakfast: it was great. Many sweets and savory options. Great quality and well-organized service.

- Check-in/out: super smooth. You can also make the check-out on your own, you usually receive an email from the hotel the day before you leave.

- Location: it is out of the city center but it is super convenient in case you have business meetings in the offices around here. There are several restaurants, bars and grocery shops around this area.

- Prices are aligned to 5-stars category in the same area.

Overall the experience was good but given this is a 5-stars hotel, I would have expected to have more amenities kit in the room and maybe a coffee-machine.

Each and every staff member I encountered here was outstanding - truly gave a 5 star experience.

The rooms are big, comfortable, and have everything you could possibly need or want.

Breakfast was also extensive and worth the extra money.

The fitness centre is not a center, weight are missing or unpaired (ex the 10kg were missing and the 14kg unpaired). Not even a single barbell, this could add so much versatility to the gym.
