Loved this hotel! Upon entering the lobby was nice and had free candies.
Room: sound proof, high tech shut out curtains, bathtub, nice decor, steamer. Also loved walking to our room.
Nearby: 2 breakfast options including Starbucks and for dinner so many upscale restaurants of different cuisine. All within 5 minutes or less of walking through a new shopping center.
We had a couple of issues during our stay- but they were able to resolve both once we called - and they came within 5 minutes.

Staying in the junior suite for 4 night. I’ve stayed in many 5 star all over the world and this is definitely not a 5 star (maybe 30 years), would be lucky to get 3 star! Hotel is very outdated and in desperate need of a renovation. You’d assume that the spa facilities (suana) is inclusive in your stay however this comes at a €30 charge per day to use the facility and the hotel doesn’t have a swimming pool which it shows on the website. Additionally, if you have a car be mindful that the hotel parking is not complimentary either and will cost €20 per day. Also one of the days I forgot my bag in the lobby area and when I went to the reception to retrieve it they gave my bag back to me, however there was cash missing that was in the bag. When asked for CCTV they said they couldn’t provide it which was very suspicious. All in all I definitely would not recommend this hotel, there are far better quality hotels with more convenient location in the city.

Excellent room service and very professional and kind staff!
It has a car park underground and it is very easy to get to everywhere by public transportation at everytime.
Very good breakfast with very nice and promptly staff.
Very nice lobby bar with a wide variety of drinks and tea at the evening.

Nice hotel but poor compared to other five star. For example, they would not even provide free water and the breakfast was average. For a similar price, you can stay at the Intercontinental and they are a true five star service where they offer you extra water whenever you pass cleaning staff, and they have much better rooms and service.

Bathroom light integrated with room light, what mean if you are not alone you can not turn on the light only for the bathroom. Besides it bathroom light was very dark, principally for make up, and shower water was not being properly drained. Architecture very fancy but it is missed something’s to be a 5 start hotel. Breakfast amazing, but they do not pick the name of the person in room list, only point room number. Happened with a friend that on the close out had extra breakfast in his bill. Elevators are super fast, but number with no light or color. Nice bar and environment, with music and good drink prices.

Nice and clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast but not the greatest. On the website swimming pool but in fact spa only for €30 per person and over 16 years old. My daughter was very disappointed. But I'll be back here. We ❤️ Madrid

First of all: this is a good Hotel!
My following comments are solely based on the communication with staff during my 6 night stay. Unfortunately the staff (especially room service and front desk) were not fluent in English! This made it really hard to plan my stay, order food, or get general room support. Hotel is great. Good amenities, rooms, bar and infrastructure. However the lack of language made it impossible to order service or requests to the room on several occasions.
Unfortunately, just because of that, as an US traveler, I'd pick another location over this one for future stays.
I mean like, people were nice and they tried their best. However if you do not have A LOT of patience, the language barrier is reason enough for me to opt for another Hotel.
I'd rather have no pool but people who are able to communicate and understand my needs.
If you plan on no interaction with staff and are just sleeping there, this is a good place.

Really lovely hotel with excellent travel connections near. Ana at the front desk was a beam of light to greet us and help us get into our room. We had a slight issue with booking the space (book in advance) and she did her utmost to solve it. She is a credit to the hotel.

The service and amenities fell short of expectations, leaving a disappointing impression. From unresponsive staff to subpar facilities, my stay was far from enjoyable. I hope the management addresses these issues for future guests, and teach some of the associates the true meaning of hospitality.

The room were not great. The heating did no work and the room was freezing. The maintenance came and said that it was working and did not work.
On the other han the service today was not good. It was a heavy rain and we ask for an umbrella in reception and they said that they have none. We were waiting for a cab and they gave 2 other guest an umbrella. That was nos nice at all.
