URSO Hotel & Spa, a Small Luxury Hotel of the World

First impression upon entering is that this is a very nice hotel. All of the staff was very professional. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. We visited in mid May when outside temperatures were 18-26°C. Air conditioning was not really what we expected it should be at this class. It was much warmer inside the room than outside I don't believe we were able to see below 75°F/23°C with the windows closed. We had to keep the windows open to keep the temperatures down for comfortable sleep. This seems to be normal in Europe, but we had hopes for this hotel being different. The streets are not extremely noisy outside the hotel, but there were a few mosquitos that came in. Something was either wrong with the hot water for the hotel or our shower. I could not get the water to be between scalding hot and freezing cold for more than a couple seconds and eventually gave up. The shower at the spa worked well though.
The SPA: My Fiancé said she received the best massage of her life here. I was unable to get a massage due to lack of availability. I wasn't very impressed with the water area of the spa. The water seemed a bit chilly and slightly below body temperature. I didn't find the jets strong enough to be therapeutic. We did not try the restaurant here.
