Hotel Estela Barcelona in Sitges

We were a couple and were only given two small beds, no big bed. The two small beds could not be put together, there was a gap in the middle, which was very uncomfortable. Secondly, the quilt of this hotel was a blanket sandwiched between two sheets, and the blanket would leak out, which was uncomfortable. As a four-star hotel, even water, coffee and tea bags were not provided. In addition, the cups given were disposable paper cups. They were not replaced, and they leaked in the last few days, so we could only make do with them. The air conditioning in the hotel was not good and did not cool. The bathroom equipment was a bit old and musty. It was far from the city, and the only town of Sitges had to walk for 30 minutes, which was inconvenient if you didn't rent a car. The swimming pool was very, very small, and the size was different from what you saw in the picture. The shower water flow was quite small, and the hair dryer stopped working when it was heated. The front desk service was OK, and the breakfast was really good. The elevator was a bit small, and only about 3 people could stand. During peak hours, there were too many people and they had to take the stairs. There were few meals near the hotel, which was inconvenient. In short, it was not recommended, and the hotel was not worth the price.

There is no iron in the room, but you can pay to have your clothes ironed by the hotel. If you are surprised during your stay and need something urgently, the receipt will come with "50%" written on it, not as an apology discount but as an extra cost because you are urgent and surprised. The room also does not provide a kettle, coffee, or tea. You might also see one or more spider webs in your room. The hotel is not like 4 stars hotels.

The hotel location, its restaurant and entrance is very spectacular. the city is nice and beautiful.

This is more like a 2 or 3 star hotel.
The rooms are old and the double bed is only 140cm. The flooring in the bedrooms are in bad shape and the TV is old and tiny. The walls are thin so expect to hear your neighbours TV. The staff doesn't try to meet your standards or please you.

Breakfast is alright, a standard breakfast.
There are two pools, one is deeper and the other one is more suitable for kids.
The location is fine if you want to go to the beach or harbour but it's around 20min walk to downtown.
