Marina Tossa Hotel

For this being a "one star" hotel and so affordable, we were so pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed our stay! It's the perfect location in the town - an easy, flat walk of 15 minutes into the main area, with plenty of shops along the way, but far enough out that we always found free parking nearby. The room was very basic, but clean and tidy. It had all the basics you might need, and I was even impressed they provided body wash and shampoo with essential oils that smelled amazing! The shower also had great pressure and plenty of hot water. The breakfast buffet was also SO well done with anything you could want! The only complaint would be thin walls with some noisy neighbors, but that's what ear plugs and a fan are for, so it was no problem. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Nice hotel located in a quiet area, 10-15 minutes walk from the beach and Vila Vella.

We are very satisfied with the hotel. The hotel and the room were very clean. The hotel cleaners did a very good job. The food was tasty, although there could be more choice.

We had a memorable 4 night in the Hotel Marina Tossa.
The reception was warm and welcoming. The staff especially Nicole at the reception and Rosa at the restaurant. They were excellent and so professional.

The room was great and the bed was so comfortable.

The hotel has in its environs beaches that you can walk to and great malls around.

The down side for me was:
Housekeeping. Our beddings were not changed till we asked for them to be changed and the bathroom was not properly cleaned (please up your game!)

Water: We had to pay for water during our dinner.

Suggestions:
Food: I would appreciate the meals be labelled like the proteins were beautifullly labelled with pictures. This is because as tourists we love to try new meals and it would be great if we know the names of the meals we tried.

Television: Can a list of the channels be placed on the table, so we can just go directly to the channels we want?

In all, it was a splendid time we had in Spain. We would love to come back.

Great hotel with kind staff and all the facilities you need. The breakfast is amazing, the pool is clean and perfect for the sunny days in Tossa! Rooms are also clean and very comfortable. Easy to walk to the city center and the beach. Would highly recommend!

A wonderful hotel within walking distance of restaurants, shops and beach. Good parking facilities. Free WiFi. Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Hotel very clean. Towels changed every day. Large pool set in a beautiful garden with lots of sun loungers and umbrellas. Poolside bar served food and drink. Food excellent. Beautiful breakfast - continental. Buffet dinner very good value and good choice of food. A wonderful stay in this homely hotel.

Attentive service, very nice hotel. the beds were not very comfortable and the sheets were coming off. But the rest was great and the breakfast buffet was very good.

I like it very much. The room ist small but there is all you need. The prices at the bar are very good. You can drink a ice cold beer for 2.50 EUR ... Thats just good. The buffets are good. Nothing special but deliciou ?

Very friendly and helpful staff, room was well maintained and the atmosphere was relaxing. The price was very competitive and we felt we received very good value for money.
