Apartment Hotel «Magic Tropical Splash»

Really disappointing. It's the first time taking my children abroad. The hotel is tired in places. The lifts to the towers are absolutely diabolical you have to wait ages, the food is shocking its cold not cooked well pretty much the same items daily. The pools are freezing. The kids can only use inflatables in the deepest pool so if they cannot swim its dangerous. No balls allowed in the shallower parts. Sunbeds are filthy, entertainment absolutely shocking. I wouldn't come again if free. The kids weren't impressed so that tells you alot.

TRAUMATISED ! I really can't believe what we experienced on this holiday. My partners sliders were stolen as the same as 3 other men around the pool that day, we had a spout of food poisoning. My 4 year old little girl also had a bad bad belly and had an accident in her swimming costume resulting her to have full humiliation with it running down her legs infront of people! We had silver fish in our room! My autistic son is now still traumatised back home and makes me check every room in case they are in there ! The hotel took no responsibility for food poisoning. Easyjet holidays is who we booked with as they advertised this place as 4 stars! I've given 1 star as you have to give something ! The food is absolutely horrendous, and the cleaners help their self into your room whilst getting changed!

Bad experience all around. Check in took ages. When we got to our room it was big but no lock on the door which wasn't ideal as we have a 4 year old. Signage around the hotel isn't good. Only found out about certain parts of the hotel on our last day. Could be better informed from day one but just just a people factory. Get them in and out as quick as possible. Food was a huge disappointment. The worst in all the holidays that we have went all inclusive. Cold, under cooked, poor selection...are just a few things to mention never mind it was like eating in a sauna! Major issue we had was with a massive cockroach on our 3rd day. Thing was so big you could put a lead around it's neck and take it for a walk. When I called reception they said they would send someone up. 40 minutes later I had to go to reception. No one know about it. Flagged the issue and said I wanted to move rooms. Was advised they will do this and took my number. Said they would call when room was ready. 5pm I went to reception and the guy hadn't passed my message on so no one knew. Poor service all around. Made complaint and wanted to speak to the manager. They called twice and when I went to reception to follow up they were never there. Taxis...a free for all. Booked 2 taxis and when I asked what the taxi ID numbers were I got one and then got a shrug of the shoulders for the other. When one taxi came another family jumped in ahead of us. Zero policing from hotel staff at front of house. Entertainment...my goodness. Same group of people who attempt to entertain every night with a different theme. Problem is that the male singer can sing. And then they put entertainment onto 12am! For a supposed family friendly hotel they aren't friendly to families. Some of the bar and entertainment staff were brilliant. Slides are good fun. Overall I was disappointed considering the money spent. For any families considering this hotel, I would recommend somewhere else. As for us...it was a first and last time we will go there.
