Hotel Servigroup Montíboli in Villajoyosa

This hotel is wonderful. We are still here and it is coming to the end of the season so very quiet but in a way that makes it more special. The staff are fabulous. Every individual we have spoken with has been friendly, helpful and courteous. The room we have is amazing. It’s a comfort room with a huge balcony, two sunbeds and two chairs where we have enjoyed the weather and the views. The pool area is clean with pretty spectacular views across the Med towards Alicante. Breakfast is fantastic. Plentiful and fresh and you are not rushed. We have eaten in the relaxed Alhambra bar and the formal restaurant. Both are good - the formal restaurant was outstanding if you love fine dining! The gym is functional with a sea view and we plan to check out the spa later. All in all - we would definitely return for a relaxed high quality break from it all.

I’ve spent the last five days at the Montiboli Servigroup Hotel in Spain, and overall, my experience has been a mix of extraordinary and frustrating.
Let’s start with the positives: the location is stunning, the services are excellent, and the cleanliness is impeccable. We were checked into a beautiful room (Sirius-Torres) with a breathtaking view, a spacious balcony, and comfortable sunbeds — absolutely perfect… at first glance.
Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by the constant noise from the guests in the room above us. Day and night, there was the sound of furniture being dragged, objects dropping, chairs scraping across the floor, and heavy footsteps echoing through our ceiling. It was relentless and incredibly disruptive.
I reported the problem to reception twice, hoping for a resolution, but nothing changed. As I write this on my last day, I’m simply looking forward to going home — not for the trip to end, but to finally get a proper night’s sleep.
It’s such a pity — this hotel has everything needed to be a perfect getaway, but the lack of noise control took away much of the enjoyment from our stay.

We have been coming to this beautiful hotel for 18 years, it never fails to deliver in five star service. The greeting from all the staff is friendly welcoming but not too nuch. The accommodation is luxurious and clean, the cleaning staff are always so courteous. The breakfast is excellent and so too is the “restaurant on top” Highly recommend and can’t wait to return.

Attended a wedding for friends here and found the experience wonderful. The view was magnificent and the facilities were nice atmosphere

Pearl with a view
Wonderfull room, very clean, comfy bed, great view. So friendly Staff at breakfast and dinner. More stressed in the reception. We are guests until we have left. Great food and pool with amazing view. Relaxing massage, but reduced comfort because of extremly hard bench to lie face down.
