Hotel Servigroup Montiboli

We loved our time spent at your hotel, everything was perfect. We enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer. Our room had a splendid view. The food was superb, we loved the spa and using the facilities. I celebrated my birthday whilst there. We made lots of lovely memories ❤️

Beautiful stay, beautiful hotel, with a couple of drawbacks.

The hotel itself is situated in what can only be described as one of the most stunning landscapes of southern europe. It offers spaceous rooms, friendly staff, modern equipment, and an absolutely stunning seaside/mountain view. The entire decor, layout, and design of this marble speaks of good taste and thoughtful design.

Its secluded nature and accessibility via public transport (a 25-minute walk from the tram station) make it ideal for those seeking a quiet retreat away from major tourist centers. However, this also means reliance on the on-site restaurants. Prices are steep, and we only tried the slightly cheaper "Bar" due to the high restaurant prices and limited service hours. The meal quality was sadly mediocre, below what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. The Bar's menu is extremely limited, with about five hot meal options and a few salads, and no vegetarian choices.

Another issue was the nudist beach. While we have no problem with a nudist beach, the male guests' lingering stares were uncomfortable. However, the gender ratio was more balanced during the day.

Everything you would want from a hotel of this type. Great service and very special attention. We were very comfortable at all times. Great views, quiet, beach on the same property, incredible facilities. Everything was perfect.

This is the best place to stay near Alicante. The place is ideal for a romantic getaway and/or quick chill out from busy schedules. Definitely will be back!

We enjoyed ihr stay very much! David was very kind and helpful, the overall experience was relaxing and beautiful. The view is amazing.

The hotel location is very nice on top of some cliffs, with very nice views over the see and 2 little beaches.
The view from the restaurant is very nice too, but on one side you have the normal beach and on the other side it's a nudist beach !
We had a 'Romantic' room, but it was not luxury. The bathroom space was very limited. You can't be with 2 persons in there at the same time. And though there was a very good bubble bath, the lavabo and the shower are too small.

It should be made clear on third party websites that the special offer of free access to the spa if you stay at least two nights is only available if you book through your website

Internal decoration is extremely elegant and the rooms are nicely appointed. However, swimming pool area is very small and for peak season there are insufficient sunbeds/shade.

Not disabled friendly. Although there is disabled parking across the road in the car park, there is a large flat empty area in front of the entrance that is just roped off where one or two blue badge parking spaces would be better as crossing the road is not easy because of blind corners and cars speeding

The casual dining menu could have a lot more choice

It will be useful to have more handrails for those who need it, like myself.

Fantastic breakfast

All the front desk staff, especially Javier, were amazing and very helpful! The air conditioning in the first room we had did not work very well, but without hesitation the lovely front desk staff switched our rooms, and we were upgraded which was a nice surprise and a thoughtful touch! Our only complaint is in the minor details. We had asked 3 times for the handsoap in our bathroom to be refilled and it never it was. We loved our stay at Montiboli and will definitely be back. All the amenities were amazing!
