Hotel Servigroup Montíboli

I’ve spent the last five days at the Montiboli Servigroup Hotel in Spain, and overall, my experience has been a mix of extraordinary and frustrating.
Let’s start with the positives: the location is stunning, the services are excellent, and the cleanliness is impeccable. We were checked into a beautiful room (Sirius-Torres) with a breathtaking view, a spacious balcony, and comfortable sunbeds — absolutely perfect… at first glance.
Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by the constant noise from the guests in the room above us. Day and night, there was the sound of furniture being dragged, objects dropping, chairs scraping across the floor, and heavy footsteps echoing through our ceiling. It was relentless and incredibly disruptive.
I reported the problem to reception twice, hoping for a resolution, but nothing changed. As I write this on my last day, I’m simply looking forward to going home — not for the trip to end, but to finally get a proper night’s sleep.
It’s such a pity — this hotel has everything needed to be a perfect getaway, but the lack of noise control took away much of the enjoyment from our stay.

Fabulous hotel with amazing views. Felt so relaxed and chilled after our stay - just what we wanted.

All the things are very well.
One suggest: try to expand the menu with more dishes for simple food and for a more luxurious dinner. But the quality form the food is very well.

An absolutely wonderful hotel with gorgeous views over the sea coupled with immaculate service and lovely bedrooms. A special place for a special occasion. We look forward to returning soon.

The Hotel Montiboli was lovely. The views spectacular. Carlos at the front desk was extremely helpful & professional (he's a great employee!). The food was under whelming both at lunch & dinner. For a 5 star property, the food should be inventive, properly seasoned (everything that we tasted lacked flavor from fish to meat to salads to starters). Not having Albarino by the glass is unacceptable for a 5 star resort. We're in Spain! Offer popular Spanish wines. The bar was only open until 7 pm which also was silly. People want to enjoy a cocktail (or two) before their 9 pm dinner reservations. There was no where on property to do this. The food & beverage offerings were very dissapointing. Even the Chiringuito on the beach offers more lunch options than the hotel.

We loved our time spent at your hotel, everything was perfect. We enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer. Our room had a splendid view. The food was superb, we loved the spa and using the facilities. I celebrated my birthday whilst there. We made lots of lovely memories ❤️

Beautiful stay, beautiful hotel, with a couple of drawbacks.

The hotel itself is situated in what can only be described as one of the most stunning landscapes of southern europe. It offers spaceous rooms, friendly staff, modern equipment, and an absolutely stunning seaside/mountain view. The entire decor, layout, and design of this marble speaks of good taste and thoughtful design.

Its secluded nature and accessibility via public transport (a 25-minute walk from the tram station) make it ideal for those seeking a quiet retreat away from major tourist centers. However, this also means reliance on the on-site restaurants. Prices are steep, and we only tried the slightly cheaper "Bar" due to the high restaurant prices and limited service hours. The meal quality was sadly mediocre, below what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. The Bar's menu is extremely limited, with about five hot meal options and a few salads, and no vegetarian choices.

Another issue was the nudist beach. While we have no problem with a nudist beach, the male guests' lingering stares were uncomfortable. However, the gender ratio was more balanced during the day.

Everything you would want from a hotel of this type. Great service and very special attention. We were very comfortable at all times. Great views, quiet, beach on the same property, incredible facilities. Everything was perfect.
