Sonrisa Apartments in Benidorm

Apartment was appalling service was terrible, where you get dropped off no reception no sign. Rooms need updating and cleaning.bathrooms are dirty, kitchen utensils dirty lack of changing towels and bedding. Costs money to clean room ridiculous.what the point coming on holiday. Staff are so rude not welcoming. Area is rubbish hardly anything decent to eat.wouldn’t recommend coming back here never again. Once and for all.

We have stopped in a beach front modern comfy apartment but needed a one night stay and this was double the previous beautiful place price The pictures aren’t relevant to the actual apartment It’s clean and the staff are nice But It’s dated and tatty and small and uncomfortable The living area is old tired and tiny - the settee had seen much better days The kitchen is tiny with disjointed appliances and cupboards- lots of actual rust on the white goods The bathroom was ok and clean bug the door handle came off ! The single beds room door had to be dragged to shut ( no air con) The small double bedroom bed was so hard and uncomfortable literally no sleep also the pillows had been washed ( in this day and age !) and had big round lumps on them The cushions on the bed smelt old and musty The walk to the front is a good fast 10 mins and the sea view is ok at a distance but that will soon disappear with the planned new super hotel being built in front There is a pool but it has no vibe life or anything going on just a lacklustre really old pool area with a few white plastic beds My advice search elsewhere

First off the place is no means terrible, it is very different from what we expected. We booked the penthouse for a 5 day hen do. The pictures they display make the place look amazing. When we arrived I was utterly disappointed. First off the room stank of poo every single day. I know the Spanish system is not like ours in the UK but it was unbearable at times and that's all you smelled. The terrace was tiny and again couldn't even sit outside due to the smell. Things were falling apart: door handles, sockets. The electricity would trip every single morning leaving you in a freezing cold shower. There was 5 of us and only gave us 4 towels. As there was 5 of us, one had to sleep on the sofa couch which was supplied with no extra pillows or covers. The only food thing was I could sign into Netflix to watch some English TV. The apartment itself is okay but don't expect anything like the pictures show. I don't know how people can give this place 5 stars, I can barely give it 2.
