Very cool hotel

Great hotel in the perfect location. Fabulous selection of food. Very friendly staff. Especially Paco at the pool bar who looked after s so well. And Raquel who kept an eye on everything and made sure we were happy. The hotel is very clean. The friendly staff are always cleaning. Highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, really 2 minutes from the beach. We spent here 7 nights in July 2024, overall, it was good - friendly stuff, tasty food with different kitchens each day, a lot of seafood, rooms were good. Disadvantages - weak WiFi, the only place you can get it inside in our room was bathroom; no fresh yogurt for breakfast, limited options for fruits - cherries only once, peaches in half meals. And initially we were settled in awful noisy room on first floor, where we can hear everything from lobby and restaurant, we asked for replacement and in two days got a new room on 3rd floor, much better in terms of noise, but with slightly broken AC, it wasn't possible to set up the temperature below 21 degrees.

Room is absolutely amazing, we got a room with a jacuzzi and it is so nice! Service is outstanding bar staff are lovely and very accommodating! Location is ideal right on the beach front and shows amazing attractions in the old town. Management is amazing and helped very quickly when we had queries and made sure we were looked after throughout the whole of our stay!

We have had a fabulous time staying here we checked out this morning. We’ve stayed in Benidorm before (magic natura up in the mountains) we liked the look of this hotel on previous trip to the beach for its location and wasn’t disappointed. Where do I start the staff are so lovely and friendly they make you feel welcome from receptions to waitresses nothing is too much trouble. The hotel should be 5⭐️ just on its food alone! Wow we’ve stayed in some lovely hotels but non have come anywhere near to the food served here quality produce!!! ….Lots of choice and chef cooks two different types meats/fish in front of you too (we’ve had lobster, steak, prawns, rabbit, chicken, pork the list is endless…,…breakfast loads to choose we even had fresh squeezed smoothies made on a morning in front of you with 4 diff choices. You will never go hungry here….rooms were very nice we had a rear view of the pool which didn’t disappoint.
Rooms are cleaned on a daily basis and fresh cleaned towels (you have a fridge with drinks and a bottle of wine to welcome you) air con and keys are on your wrist band so no having to carry the cards around with you anymore.
If I had to be picky and find something I’d just say the bar area on an evening was a bit disappointing felt like you were sat enclosed off from the outside as plants hide the view. Lots of variety of alcohol drinks too thank you for a lovely stay ⭐️👍🏻

We bought our property in Calpe through the Villa Del Mar real estate agency. Mr. Neuendorf far exceeded our expectations of a real estate agent!!
He was open to all of our concerns and made every effort to fulfill our wishes for the right property. With a lot of patience and expertise, he found the right property for us. Nothing was kept secret and all the advantages and disadvantages were openly explained.
