The room was clean but small. The elevator is really small and let only 1 person and 1 big liece of luggage at the time.
My window was giving out on someone else terrace ( I could touch their longchair ) forcing me to keep the curtains closed.
Great Location if you attend a Festival or want to be close to the beach.

The hotel is right in the city center and just a 4-minute walk from the station, which was ideal for us since we wanted to visit Nice and Monte Carlo. Nadia was incredibly sweet and welcoming, with an energy that made our stay special. She was always available to help. The two guys at the reception were also very nice and helpful. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Very price worthy hotel in central Cannes. I was happy with the room, it was clean and nice. However, the phone in the room didn’t work. The staff was also great, but there was one instance when I had to call the reception, with the hotel phone not working I made the call with my own phone and as soon as I asked about when the check out was they hung up on me. Not sure if it was because I spoke in English or any other reasons, but that felt a bit odd.

nice hotel value for price. clean and sufficient rooms. great central location. i am rating rooms for price, they are a bit small and basic, but for price they are a 5, clean, and comfortable for sleeping. i had nice little balcony too. rooms and bathroom look recently renovated, which is nice. staff was friendly and helpful.

Very nice and clean Hotel. Very close to the beach 3-5 min walk distance. The management were amazing people. I loved the stay. Will definitely recommend !

Best value for money in town if you book room with terrace. Yes the rooms are tiny. But squeeky clean and pleasant. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location cannot be beat. Close to train station, shops and beach.

honestly quite disappointed. wildly overpriced for a hostel-level hotel. best thing is the great location. but would need to be 500 to 550 euros cheaper… and they really need better wifi.
