Great location and very nice rooms. The check-in and checkout experience was seamless. Recommended!

Everything was fantastic. Even though we were given rooms with a view of the parking lot, they were very quiet. We travelers know that French stars don't shine much, but here they have made an effort to justify their 4 stars. All the reception staff were super friendly and helpful, and the service at breakfast made up for the modest price. The location and neighborhood are fabulous for getting to know Cannes. Excellent location for lunch, dinner, shopping, and traveling, being right next to the train and bus stations.

The staff was great and very helpful and all of them had a great sense of humor. There was no issue dropping our luggage off at the hotel before the room was ready so we could go explore the city. The location is great. It is close to the train station and about a 5 minute walk to the beach. There was a small elevator and the hotel room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would probably classify it as a three star hotel, however, we really enjoyed our stay and would go back again.

Really great location, 5-10 min walk from station, beach. Located amongst many good restaurants and other amenities.
Although it was small, the room was cute, clean and comfortable.
We didn't try breakfast but the spread looked like a typical continental style breakfast.
Bedrooms were cleaned well and room amenities were functional.

The hotel was very tidy and close to the Palais.
