Good stay. Close to everything.
Basic 2 star hotel. No amenities. No fridge, ice machine for the guests. Clean. A/C.

The hotel is very conveniently located. Not far from the beach, shops and the train station.
The staff is friendly and kind. They allowed us to leave food in the fridge at the reception and have dinner in the shared kitchen on the condition that we do not make a mess and wash the dishes after ourselves.
The room is a little shabby. But it is quite normal for sleeping. Wi-Fi works with a stretch. I connected to the Wi-Fi of the store nearby.
Not very noisy.

All Staff were all very helpful and courteous. Room smaller than expected, but clean and acceptable.

I booked this hotel for my colleagues who were attending an event. Everyone was disappointed (and that's an understatement) with the hotel, and some of them changed hotels before the end of their stay as they couldn't bear staying in their room anymore.
The general state of the rooms was really poor; one of my colleagues got bitten by some sort of insect and had to go to the doctor, and another one saw a cockroach; one of them had barely a window in their room.

Nice hotel in Cannes that won't break the bank!
great location, half way between beach and train station, 5 mins each way. street has some good bars, not rip off prices by the sea.
close to great thai - Chai Dee, just be sure to book a table as busy spot and if i hadn't, 10 days out, we would have had an his wait at 8pm.

On departure again friendly, wished us all the best etc.
Hotel clean, quiet and one you get the knack of the air con remote is a great place for a short stay like ours was.

such an amazing hotel, definitely made our trip to Cannes a great one!! the service was exceptional and they went above and beyond to deliver the best experience. location was perfect, right near the train station and the main street!! will be recommending to family and friends :)
