We had the family room. Was spacious, super clean, with all necessary amenities available. Breakfast was very good and had a great variety of croissant, fruits, cold cuts, cheese, musili, and all sorts of fresh juices.

Are staying 2 nights, leaving tomorrow. Made my way back to the hotel after a long day out and the room wasn't cleaned. Really noisy street outside and cars with loud music going around during hole night. There are holes in the bedsheets and some bloody spots from other guests. No cleaning of the bathroom. The good things are, ok beds - not to hard, not to soft, really close to the metro and the areas around with shopping and restaurants. Also good that I could check in early yesterday. Besides that I would not recommend this hotel. Pay just a little bit more and I believe your stay might be more pleasant.

Small hotel in Lyon Croix Rousse , clean rooms, friendly personnel. You can walk to Vieux Lyon in about 20 min. Thats really nice.

Excellent service by Mr. Ruben. He waited for us till 11.30pm although the reception closes at 10pm. 5 Stars only for him ! Enjoyed the Night there.

Perfect for a day in Lyon. Rooms were clean, service was prompt and friendly. Garage was under the hotel. The Saturday farmers market is a 5 minute walk.

Even though the hotel is not in the city centre, it is closely located to a metro station and the Mur des Canuts. The rooms were clean and since our rooms where located to the back, it was not noisy at all during the night. The buffet was small but sufficient. Price-quality was great. The staff was very kind and helpful. We were also happy that we were able to rent a parking spot for 10€ per night. Thumbs up for the efforts the hotel takes in regard to sustainable tourism.

Horrible smell in room from drains
Worn out rooms an there was a horrible smell from the bathroom drains that made de whole room smell. Staff was unbothered and not welcoming.

Friendly and convenient but chaotic! The hotel is really convenient, situated right outside the Hénon station (Metro line C) and the staff very friendly. However, when we arrived they appeared to have no record of our booking (three rooms) and although we paid for late check out (until 3pm) for one of the rooms, on the day we left, we returned to that room at 12pm and it had been fully cleaned, all our belongings moved around, and the door to the room had been left wide open (with all our belongings inside) as reception appeared to have no record of the late checkout booking.

The hotel is very well located with local parking. The personnel was very kind and always smiling. Everyday the room was cleaned.
