Additionally, the cleaning conditions are really poor and need significant improvement. The room itself is outdated and should be renovated to meet modern standards.

Their explanation that the AC could only cool to a limited extent due to environmental factors was not only unacceptable but also absurd, considering the room temperature was uncomfortably hot, making it nearly impossible to sleep.

What was even more alarming was the staff's refusal to address the issue or offer any alternative solutions. Despite my repeated complaints, they insisted that all rooms operated under the same limitations and adamantly refused to accommodate my request for a room change. This level of disregard for guest comfort and satisfaction is utterly unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hotel's management.

Furthermore, it's worth noting that the hotel does not even provide basic amenities such as water in the rooms. Instead, guests are expected to quench their thirst using flimsy paper cups—a practice that is not only inconvenient but also downright cheap and unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber.
