I went on a family vacation, and everything was absolutely wonderful. We had a room on the 6th floor with a beautiful sea view, and it was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay — it was a perfect experience from start to finish!

We really enjoyed this hotel. The location is great because it is right by a train stop that is easy to use and inexpensive. It is also near a lime bike location so that is a nice way to get around. Not big variety in breakfast, always tables waiting for cleaning during breakfast. For the daily price we pay it's not acceptable that they charge the sun bed in the beach.

Environment: The only advantage is that it is close to the sea. The balcony has a sea view, which is very beautiful on a sunny day. Service: I ordered milk tea on the day of check-in, but I didn’t finish it and left it in the room and went out for an afternoon. When I came back at night, I found that the hotel service staff had entered the room and thrown away the milk tea?

Great location very close to the beach, with a great view of the sea. Compared to other hotels, the service here is very poor. Always a 5+ person queue at the reception, and very slow service for even things like beach towels. The first two mornings here, the cleaning staff let themselves into the room at 8am whilst shouting “housekeeping!” Not a nice way to wake up whilst on a relaxing holiday....

Every year we spend a few days at this property and every year we are so impressed with the staff. With two kids in tow, they go out of their way to make us feel supported and personalize our trip. Room quality is bad for the price that is charged.  One of the sliding wooden windows is dislodged from its track and no one bothers.  The floor tiles with the air conditioning on just feels cold. Vinyl floor tiles would be better.  Location is good as it is near the Promenade Anglais and access to the tram station is good.  The hotel needs a renovation sooner rather than later.

Perfect location for exploring Nice. Our room lacked basic maintenance, the bathroom extractors did not work, the overhead shower did not work and the heated towel rail was stuck on maximum making use of the toilet beneath uncomfortable. Disappointing welcome. The television did not work despite the intervention of two hotel technicians. A cleaning lady had put vinegar in the kettle. Impossible to make tea or coffee. Disgusting smell in the kettle.

We were given a very small room, even though we had booked a 20 sq. m. The room and the bed were very worn, there were no bathrobes or slippers (which are part of a 4-star hotel). There were also a lot of bed bugs. We called a lady from reception and showed her, took pictures, but nothing helped us. The hotel is well located. The room is simple and the hotel does not have parking, which is not compatible with a 4-star hotel. The room was very clean, there was hair all over the bathroom, including the bathtub, when we first entered the room. A fantastic place to stay in Nice. The hotel lobby is beautiful, the staff are warm and welcoming, the pool has a fun vibe with great music, and the rooms are very spacious. We stayed here as a family of 3 adults. The hotel was in a great location to explore the old town of Nice and all the beautiful attractions. The hotel was great. The Hotel is in a perfect location to all things in Nice. The staff are super nice and helpful, whether at the front desk and in the bar/restaurant. Stayed a week in September. Perfect in every way. Room was comfortable. Location very near bus and tram stops. Only 10 minutes walk from Place Garibaldi Staff were superb especially Ksenia on the front desk who gave excellent advice and explained how to use the trams and buses. Hotel is a long walk from the old town, made very easy with the short 5min Tram ride with a stop outside the hotel. Staff are very welcoming, friendly and super helpful. Breakfast buffet is fairly extensive in choice. Only disappointment was the mattress which was uncomfortable.

The sea view is very quiet, warm and convenient

The hotel is right by the sea, a few hundred meters away from the Castle Hill Park. You can see the Cote d'Azur of Nice by going downstairs. The sanitation and environment are very good, with everything you need. The only drawback is that the room is a bit small. Overall, it is a very good experience!

The bathroom smells very bad and disgusting. I can't change rooms. I pinched my finger when I opened the window for ventilation. The wooden blinds on the window and inside are unreasonable. It's easy to pinch your hand and it hurts. There is a strong smell of paint in the corridor

The restaurant is very nice and cute. The food was amazing — everything we tried was delicious. The Steve Molinari fish soup was one of the best dishes we’ve ever had. The portions are generous: we ordered one tasting menu and, for the other person, a starter and a main dish — and we both ended up full. The staff was very friendly and professional. Good service and good surrounding environment

The hotel is very close to the beach, a 5-minute walk away. The nearest subway station is a 10-minute walk away. There are many restaurants and dessert shops around, and the taste is OK. In short, it is a good choice!

Our flight was cancelled due to the storm. The room we were given the next day was damp and had a musty smell. We also found bugs on the bathroom floor. After communicating with the hotel, we were able to change the room and were quite satisfied. Thank you to the hotel staff.

Great location close to the beach with many restaurants to choose. Hotel staff were friendly throughout the stay and were flexible with our checkout. Room was a bit on the small side when travelling with large luggage, but otherwise cozy and comfortable (and great value for the price!)

I love this place, very close to the train station. Not so far away from the city center, around 30 mins walk to the beach section. We stayed here for the carnival and it is very convenient for us to catch the train the next day.

Enjoyed our stay, the staff are incredibly friendly, nice big bed and modern bathroom. Unfortunately despite the Accor app stating free mineral water is included in the room it’s not provided but were water dispensers and a carafe provided. We also had no heating in our room which was reported but not addressed too. Fortunately it’s wasn’t too cold being in Nice.

We used the Saint Paul for a cycling tour last week and we were very pleased with just about every aspect of the hotel. The location is ideal, being very close to the city, but on a quiet road right on the Mediterranean. The pictures advertised for the room that we booked didn’t match the real room that we received. Instead of a cute little terrace, we got a weird half window. They tried to make us pay for an upgrade. I don’t understand why I have to pay for an upgrade when we didn’t receive a proper room to begin with. Leaving it after a night stay. Will not be coming back.

Perfect experience! The sea view is super beautiful. I also tried swimming and sauna in the hotel. It was really a bit too happy. The hotel is in a very good location, opposite the sea.

The sea view is first-rate, nothing to say. Except for the occasional maintenance noise during the day, it was OK most of the time, and the front desk was very friendly. Overall, it is traditional, but I am very satisfied with it.

I have a lot of praise for this hotel, especially its service. I had a spare phone, a relatively new one, which fell on the bed. I had already checked out and left my luggage at the hotel. When I came back from a day out, they immediately recognized me and gave me my phone. It is a very reliable hotel.

The service and staff are very professional, helpful and warm!!!! I felt comfortable and welcome. The rooms are very clean, comfortable in French style. Performance price is great! I always recommend this hotel to my friends

I had a wonderful stay, what a beautiful hotel, with an incredible view over the Nice and the Mediterranean. The silence and privacy of the rooms are really appreciated. The hotel is just 10 minutes walk from the city center. The personnel is very friendly, all the time at your service for whatever you could ask for. I recommend this hotel to everyone!

We stayed at this lovely hotel for a week and enjoyed every minute. We had a room with a large terrace (203) that had a wonderful view of Nice and the sea that enabled us to enjoy our breakfast and the sunset outside. The hotel is clean, modern and well run. The maid staff does an excellent job. The front desk staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. We were able to park our car on the street...

This was a very nice hotel located in a quiet area. The hotel had great views of the city. Very professional staff - clean, helpful friendly environment. Wonderful drink and dining area outside and nice pool. Inexpensive Uber trips to any place in Nice, especially museums and old town. We will stay there next time we are on holiday in Nice.
