Excellent location on the edge of the old town and within 2-mins walk of the tram stop connecting to the train station and airport. Everything felt within an easy and enjoyable walk and the staff were very helpful. Very clean room and super comfortable bed set us up for an wonderful stay.

My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon trip through Europe. It was a lovely hotel, very clean and tidy. It's a bit too far to walk back to the esplanade, but there a good tram service nearby. Overall a great place to stay.

The room is not as big as I expected, but it is comfortable and clean. The staff are very nice and friendly. Such a stunning building. My first michelin star restaurant experience and was blown away! Superb service and staff were very accommodating. Had the roasted celery and tasted delicious. surprisingly had vegan and veggie options! stunning venue and great all round experience.

What a great evening here! The staff really are the best part. We loved the service and atmosphere! We had chicken, steak and a burrata starter! The wine list was comprehensive. I went to La Rotonde to have breakfast at the buffet and came with high expectations. But what was offered left me speechless. Hotel is located right next to a metro stop so that's very convenient. We were here for a couple of nights and had a pleasant stay. The rooftop offers a very nice view of the coast . The breakfast was very disappointing however. Other than that, good stay and great service!

Nice hotel, with views of the Mediterranean. Good service, polite attentive staff. Roof top bar and pool. Room, at least ours, was a bit on the small side but was fine. Shower is the standard European one with half a glass wall so naturally I got water on the floor every single time. Shower floor is very slippery so be on your guard. The rooms are pretty old and tatty, they’re not splendid at all, it’s hard to believe it’s a 4 star hotel. But the rooftop pool and jacuzzi truly are splendid, the fitness centre isn’t bad, breakfast is pretty ok, staff are friendly and helpful. If you can get it at a cheap price, go for it, but if it’s only available at full price, you’ll probably be pretty disappointed with the tired old rooms.

Cleanliness 9/10. I liked the rooms; they were modern and elegant. However, I couldn't adjust the shower water to be cold, only warm. The breakfast lacked nutrients and had insufficient vegan and vegetarian options, and the coffee was bad, so I wouldn't recommend the breakfast.

Our flight got cancelled in the evening so we had to quickly find another hotel to spend the night & we found this one by coincidence. Couldn‘t have found a better one! Arrived late (plane), I was guided by phone then I received a personalized welcome, a very good quality meal in a spacious and nicely decorated dining room. The room is very well designed, it is spacious and the hygiene products of quality. Breakfast is royal in this beautiful dining room. It was a very pleasant two nights stay for me. Every staff was professional, including interns. I had issue paying with my euros card but the staff was patient enough to sort it out for me. The room upgrade for platinum members was also done smoothly. The welcome amenities were great compared with the other NH I’ve stayed at. Celebrated our 1st Wedding Anniversary at the NH Nice. The hotel celebrated with us. Rooms were lovely, pool was cold, but you got used to it! Food was delicious, breakfast was good with fresh pastries and real coffee. Good location next to the trams and some great food!

Perfect for a young group. Great location, lovely staff, comfortable beds. As it was October, the heating was set to “heat” so we had no air con and had to leave the windows open which was very noisy at night. Great shower pressure and a spacious room for sleeping 4 single beds

The hotel rooms are terrible. Very old furniture, smells, my window view was blocked by an old tree. The backyard was in bad shape. Breakfast was okay, albeit repetitive. The only benefit of this hotel is its location, which is close to many things. Overall, the hotel serves the purpose of a place for going to sleep after a long day outside.

Very good location. But you are not allowed to eat food in your room. We bought a pizza on the night we arrived, our train was 3 hours late. An employee directed us to the terrace area to eat. The next morning we took our breakfast to the terrace area, only to be told by another staff member abruptly that this area is for coffee only.

I think it is one of the best options if you like to stay in centre. Good value for money. In the beginning they didn't provide a baby crib (although i mentioned it in my reservation notes), but after doing some pressure they arranged it. It was very strange.

The rooms are old, but the beds are comfy. They serve a great breakfast and the location is good. There are two tram stations nearby. There's also a supermarket nearby, and I loved the view from our window/French balcony. We got a great deal, so it was worth it. We had a generously delivered sized, well appointed room with balcony and pretty views across rooftops. Friendly, helpful staff and great breakfasts. Super location. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel from start to finish. The room was clean and well prepared. The fabulous breakfast kept us going for most of the day, and we cannot thank Georgia enough for her kindness and professionalism. A thank you too for the lovely welcome we got from John and Jenny. A very nicely decorated hotel in a convenient but very noisy location. A good breakfast which could have been kept hotter, (warm plates would help). I booked a room with a balcony but was disappointed it was so tiny. Although we reported the loose basin tap in the bathroom it did not get fixed. The shower which was awkwardly placed in the bath did not have great water pressure or a decent sized shower...

Felt the shower room and tiny separate toilet needed refurbishment. As there was a door separator between the next room and I could hear them talking and sneezing. Not good. Very comfortable bed. Nicely cleaned room every day. Good breakfast First-class service at reception. Warm, welcoming and always helpful.

We recently visited this hotel and loved it. The staff were very friendly (naturally) and nice. We were with our dog and a dog bowl & a dog bed were provided by the hotel. We appreciate it. I‘m sure that we will come back again in the future!

Overall it was a great experience and everything was as expected based on reviews and photos. However I have to mention I had 100 euros stolen out of my bag from our room. 99% sure it was from the cleaning service obviously can’t be 100%.
