Everyone was very friendly. The hotel was super clean and the location is great. It‘s ideal if you don‘t want to spend that much on your trip bc it is not that expensive and includes fridges and a big kitchen that can be used by everyone.

Inside the rooms carpets and wall decor and furniture could do with upgrading. But DO NOT let this put you off. The hotel is on a pedestrianised area full of bars and restaurants. Had a problem with toilet not flushing, mentioned to staff, fixed straight away. Whole place is immaculately clean. Communal kitchen with 4 hobs to do own cooking. I would recommend and stay again

We loved our stay at the Share Inn! The location is top, surrounded by bars and restaurants and right around the corner of the main shopping street and a quick ~5 min walk away from the beach! The check in and out was super easy, the room perfectly clean and the air con worked great as well! All these things for a really fair proce makes the Share Inn a perfect place to stay! Thank you!

Comfortable, perfectly located hotel with friendly staff and efficient check in out of hours. They accomodated last minute changes to my booking and were a pleasure to deal with. Great hotel! Lovely, spacious room with a kitchenette and in a great location at a very reasonable price. Even had a nespresso machine and there’s a nespresso shop just around the corner so we could have nice coffee in the morning. Best place we stayed at during our entire France trip. Clean, quiet, decent size apartment with 1 bedroom. Pretty well equipped, both in the kitchen and otherwise. The hallways look tired and like out of The Shining, but the apartments are good! The location could not have been better. We stayed in mid-october, and felt it was great value for money.

Awesome experience; I didn’t want to leave. My room was over the street below (very soundproof with doors/windows closed) and was great. Very nice hotel sea-front. We stayed just one night but was a positive experience. Room seaside is a plus! Breakfast is delicious and with all kind of food. Restaurant offers tasty seafood and the service is perfect. We also used the SPA with a pool, jacuzzi, hammam and sauna. The hammam was not working but the waiter discounted our fee (appreciated).

The rooms are beautiful for a 4 star hotel! The breakfast in bed is so good for 28 EUROS. Housekeeping comes everyday and the environmental friendly atmosphere is very helpful. Good location, not sure if this is a 4-star hotel. We stayed in a junior suite, and the room was still small. The remote for the TV did not work (which we did not mind), and there is no fridge. Great hotel in Nice. Very comfortable king size beds and amazing views of the city. The only problem is there’s no parking, and the area is a tourist center with a lot of traffic. There’s one 24 hour paid lot by the train station, but you will run over a few tourists driving there!!!

Cleanliness 9/10. I liked the rooms; they were modern and elegant. However, I couldn't adjust the shower water to be cold, only warm. The breakfast lacked nutrients and had insufficient vegan and vegetarian options, and the coffee was bad, so I wouldn't recommend the breakfast.

Our flight got cancelled in the evening so we had to quickly find another hotel to spend the night & we found this one by coincidence. Couldn‘t have found a better one! Arrived late (plane), I was guided by phone then I received a personalized welcome, a very good quality meal in a spacious and nicely decorated dining room. The room is very well designed, it is spacious and the hygiene products of quality. Breakfast is royal in this beautiful dining room. The hotel rooms are terrible. Very old furniture, smells, my window view was blocked by an old tree. The backyard was in bad shape. Breakfast was okay, albeit repetitive. The only benefit of this hotel is its location, which is close to many things. Overall, the hotel serves the purpose of a place for going to sleep after a long day outside.

Very good location. But you are not allowed to eat food in your room. We bought a pizza on the night we arrived, our train was 3 hours late. An employee directed us to the terrace area to eat. The next morning we took our breakfast to the terrace area, only to be told by another staff member abruptly that this area is for coffee only.

I think it is one of the best options if you like to stay in centre. Good value for money. In the beginning they didn't provide a baby crib (although i mentioned it in my reservation notes), but after doing some pressure they arranged it. It was very strange.

This hotel was just perfect for our 5 day trip to Nice. The location is just perfect. On the whole the staff were very helpful particularly the 2 ladies on reception who managed to change the 2 booked rooms so that they were right next to each other. This hotel was cheaper than many of the other local options, and I think it was well worth it. Super good! The room was always very clean and the air conditioner REALLY works for the summer, which is a huge plus. I forget a thing at the room after the check out and remembered some hours after and then went to the hotel to get it back, and it was waiting for me at the reception, pretty cool.

Friendly staff, nice room but the parking option is limited. You pay 23€ to park on the public street, which is dangerous in this area - they broke my window. So, ignore the parking option. The rest is very good.

We stayed here exactly these dates last year, late review!! We were there for 5 nights. The room was decent sized and clean. The whole hotel has a very charming, rustic feel to it. Staff is friendly. The hotel location and rooftop pool and lounge are fantastic. The junior suite size was very nice and comfortable. However, the AC really struggled to keep up with the heat and the bed was like sleeping on the floor with springs in your back. The beds need a major upgrade!

Pretty good hotel near the beach and walking distance from Nice Ville train with luggage. The hotel is a bit old and the carpets look like they really need steam cleaning, but generally everything worked and was good value for the money (we paid about 400 euro per night for a room sleeping 4).

We went here in February for a little vacation and this hotel is excellent! First of all, it's a very good location right near the beach and not too far from the airport, secondly the staff are so nice and welcoming. The breakfast was also outstanding! Enjoyed our stay, the staff are incredibly friendly, nice big bed and modern bathroom. Unfortunately despite the Accor app stating free mineral water is included in the room it’s not provided but were water dispensers and a carafe provided. We also had no heating in our room which was reported but not addressed too. Fortunately it’s wasn’t too cold being in Nice.

Premium experience, nice and spacious rooms, beach 2 minutes away. Breakfast is served in a large selection and in a wonderful milieu. Great cleanliness and all the staff are very courteous and kind. They obviously take great care of this. I can only recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Nice.

Facilities are well kept, clean and generous with space. The staff were always attentive and helpful (with excellent English which was no expectation but so appreciated!) the location was excellent, right on the boulevard but not close to noisy clubs, and very accessible to the old town.
