Super welcoming staff. Nice apartment all equipped which is bigger than what I expected. Good amenities. Location close to the station. Only negative are the curtains which are super light, the room was all bright with the street lights at night.

The room is clean and tidy. Felts comfortable here. Staffs are nice and helpful. The train station just 5mins to go. I will stay here if I back to Marseille.

The front desk is very welcoming. The first floor is the reception. There is also a garden and a place to play billiards. The room I stayed in not only has a kitchen, but also pots and pans. It's very good.

The hotel is located near Niceville Station downtown, so it's easy to move around and breakfast is delicious. It's a hotel I want to visit again when I come to Nice. All employees are kind and great customer service is the best. I love you, everyone!!!

Share inn was in such a fantastic location in the middle of the main tourist area with everything you wanted to see within walking distance and super accessible public transport nearby. It's a B&B, and the overall space is relatively large, but the facilities look old for a while, and the sound insulation is not good. You can hear the door opening and talking in the next room. The advantage is that it is in the city center and there are a lot of shops just outside, which is very convenient.

They only informed me two days before check-in that I couldn't use the elevator. The check-in time was late, so even though we contacted in advance, no one answered the call, so we had to carry all the heavy luggage up to the 3rd floor ourselves.

The serviced apartment has a kitchen, refrigerator, and microwave, and the space is quite large. However, it is old, the door is not soundproof, and the bathroom is very small. We arrived very late at night, around 2:30am, and found the receptionist to be quite rude and unwelcoming; almost as if we had disturbed him from watching a film on his phone! Room was nice, but curtains let in a lot of light around the edges. 10 minute walk to the airport.

Room quality is bad for the price that is charged.  One of the sliding wooden windows is dislodged from its track and no one bothers.  The floor tiles with the air conditioning on just feels cold. Vinyl floor tiles would be better.  Location is good as it is near the Promenade Anglais and access to the tram station is good.  The hotel needs a renovation sooner rather than later.

Perfect location for exploring Nice. Our room lacked basic maintenance, the bathroom extractors did not work, the overhead shower did not work and the heated towel rail was stuck on maximum making use of the toilet beneath uncomfortable. The hotel is well located. The room is simple and the hotel does not have parking, which is not compatible with a 4-star hotel. I strongly recommend that everyone who travels to Nice not miss this hotel. The perfect location makes it easy for you to access almost all the places you want to go. Importantly, you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset on the terrace of the room, which is undoubtedly a great experience.

Wonderful location facing the sea. The staff were kind and friendly. Effort was made to make our room look lovely as it was our wedding anniversary. I would definitely stay again. An added bonus is that there is a bus stop a couple of 100 yards from the hotel entrance that means you can take an easy ride to and from the airport.

The hotel is a 10-minute drive from the airport. It's a little far from the city center. The room is relatively small. There is air conditioning in the room, and you can open the window. But it will be noisy when the window is opened. The hotel lobby can help you fill water. Overall, it's okay, after all, the price is not expensive.

It served its purpose being near the airport for an early flight. It overlooks the airport apron. Given that it was room for 3 guests I would say it was lacking in amount of storage spaces for personal belongings but it was decent. Bathroom was clean.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good quality place to stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and the accommodation excellent. The location is a short walk to the sea front and handy for some good quality restaurants.

The space is small but good for a quick trip or layover. The only downfall is there is no wifi or food other than breakfast. Check in was extremely good and easy overall I would give it 3.5/5

All are good and up to standard. Only downside was when I was there, the WiFi is down so it goes without internet. Other than that, it's good. There's an interesting feature where if you go with friends and stay in different rooms, there's a secret door connecting to two rooms.

Hotel Florence is a petit sized hotel located in a very convenient and decent neighborhood. You can easily hop on to the tramway (which is less than 5 mins away), or take a short walk southward towards Place Massena in around 10 mins. The service overall was excellent, but they had some miscommunication with the booking agency and configured the room incorrectly. Overall a great for value hotel.

The location is great. Service at reception is excellent. Unfortunately it is a budget hotel. Rooms are old and small. Could hardly fit the three of us. The bed mattress was old and uncomfortable. Cosy hotel you want to come back to I was on my own in Nice and am very glad that I stayed at Hotel de la Fontaine. First of all the staff is very friendly and helpful. I am especially happy with both of the young men that helped me park my car in the garage and the young man who helped me set up the GPS in my car on the day of departure. Nice quiet location yet still in the heart of the new town of Nice. Walkable to beach, bars and shops and very close to tram stops. I was disappointed though that I booked a room with a balcony expecting a balcony we could sit out on (the photos of the room I booked with a garden view showed this) but unfortunately our room had a balcony that you could barely stand on and no table and chairs. Amazing stay, amazing location and superb service. Right near train station for all the French Riviera day trips, 10-15 min walk to downtown Nice, wonderful breakfast option if you choose to have it and everyone was super accommodating and friendly. Staff were super caring and helpful, location is excellent for transport (for both within the city and the nearby towns), as well as walking (the Old Town and beach are just a walk away), and the room was lovely. Would have liked some more vegan options at breakfast but we were given plates and cutlery to eat food from outside when needed, which was very helpful - the shops nearby are good. Overall...

This is a great mid-range hotel. The building is a little older, but it is decorated with style and character. The rooms are simple, but clean, offering all that you need for a good nights rest. The location is great, being only 5 minutes from the main train station and less than 10 minutes from the beach.

Nice, cozy hotel near the center of Nice. The room was spacious, the air conditioning worked well, and everything was clean. We enjoyed the little balcony, overlooking a green park.

Fantastic Boutique hotel. It is an extraordinary boutique hotel with lovely courtyard with flowers and trees. The staff, Chloe, Julie and Emma hosted us like at home. Breakfast is elaborate and excellent. Maison Durante is right across the Nice ville railway station proximity to the tram line to visit the old town, sea side and café, restaurants, sightseeing, etc.

The hotel front desk was friendly and welcoming, but the facilities in the room were average, not dirty but not very clean either. Because of the garden, there were flying insects, so the windows needed to be closed. The price-performance ratio was average.

We only stayed one night and did not book breakfast. The welcome upon arrival was excellent. Nice and clean room, fantastic shower. The only inconvenience was the bathroom exhaust fan which was very noisy, unfortunately we realized it at 11pm and so we preferred not to call anyone and with the bathroom door closed it was a little less audible.

Perfect solo one night stay fabulous hotel near Nice Ville Station - staff fantastic room more than comfortable bedding and room lovely and felt very safe as solo traveller - would def return

It was a pleasant stay. Staff are really kind and the location is good, particularly if you plan to travel by train.
