Super welcoming staff. Nice apartment all equipped which is bigger than what I expected. Good amenities. Location close to the station. Only negative are the curtains which are super light, the room was all bright with the street lights at night.

The room is clean and tidy. Felts comfortable here. Staffs are nice and helpful. The train station just 5mins to go. I will stay here if I back to Marseille.

The front desk is very welcoming. The first floor is the reception. There is also a garden and a place to play billiards. The room I stayed in not only has a kitchen, but also pots and pans. It's very good.

The hotel is located near Niceville Station downtown, so it's easy to move around and breakfast is delicious. It's a hotel I want to visit again when I come to Nice. All employees are kind and great customer service is the best. I love you, everyone!!!

If you value human interaction then you should go somewhere else. No front desk : you enter with a code and check in are virtual made with a booth. No breakfast service : there is a large kitchen that you can use with free coffee machine. It's all very empty. Rooms are not cleaned unless you ask for it (usually it's the other way : rooms are cleaned everyday unless you ask for the room not to be cleaned...

Great location. I like the share in because you have a neat kitchen with your own chilled locker. It works because it is kept clean and sparkly by two hard working little cleaners. The free coffee machine is a real bonus. It's a great place, will return.

Share inn was in such a fantastic location in the middle of the main tourist area with everything you wanted to see within walking distance and super accessible public transport nearby. It's a B&B, and the overall space is relatively large, but the facilities look old for a while, and the sound insulation is not good. You can hear the door opening and talking in the next room. The advantage is that it is in the city center and there are a lot of shops just outside, which is very convenient.

They only informed me two days before check-in that I couldn't use the elevator. The check-in time was late, so even though we contacted in advance, no one answered the call, so we had to carry all the heavy luggage up to the 3rd floor ourselves.

It's quite ok. The location of the house is very convenient. The promotional pictures are not taken well. The environment is better than expected. It is the same company as the Lafayette Hotel. They are all very good.

The serviced apartment has a kitchen, refrigerator, and microwave, and the space is quite large. However, it is old, the door is not soundproof, and the bathroom is very small. The location is very good. There is a tram stop not far away. It is very close to many restaurants and ice cream shops. It only takes five or six minutes to walk to the beach.

We arrived very late at night, around 2:30am, and found the receptionist to be quite rude and unwelcoming; almost as if we had disturbed him from watching a film on his phone! Room was nice, but curtains let in a lot of light around the edges. 10 minute walk to the airport.

Hotel Florence is a petit sized hotel located in a very convenient and decent neighborhood. You can easily hop on to the tramway (which is less than 5 mins away), or take a short walk southward towards Place Massena in around 10 mins. The service overall was excellent, but they had some miscommunication with the booking agency and configured the room incorrectly. Overall a great for value hotel.

Nice hotel, although the room is quite small for 4 people. The convertible sofa and the bed almost touched. Ideal for two people.

Room quality is bad for the price that is charged.  One of the sliding wooden windows is dislodged from its track and no one bothers.  The floor tiles with the air conditioning on just feels cold. Vinyl floor tiles would be better.  Location is good as it is near the Promenade Anglais and access to the tram station is good.  The hotel needs a renovation sooner rather than later.

Our room lacked basic maintenance, the bathroom extractors did not work, the overhead shower did not work and the heated towel rail was stuck on maximum making use of the toilet beneath uncomfortable. Disappointing welcome. The television did not work despite the intervention of two hotel technicians. A cleaning lady had put vinegar in the kettle. Impossible to make tea or coffee. Disgusting smell in the kettle.

We were given a very small room, even though we had booked a 20 sq. m. The room and the bed were very worn, there were no bathrobes or slippers (which are part of a 4-star hotel). The hotel is well located. The room is simple and the hotel does not have parking, which is not compatible with a 4-star hotel. The location is great. Service at reception is excellent. Unfortunately it is a budget hotel. Rooms are old and small. Could hardly fit the three of us. The bed mattress was old and uncomfortable. The location is excellent, and both the old town and the new town are within walking distance. The supermarkets and restaurants are just a few steps away. Breakfast starts at 5:30, and the variety is complete. Parking spaces need to be reserved in advance, and the entrance and exit of the parking lot is very narrow, which tests the driver.

Our flight was cancelled due to the storm. The room we were given the next day was damp and had a musty smell. We also found bugs on the bathroom floor. After communicating with the hotel, we were able to change the room and were quite satisfied. Thank you to the hotel staff.

Got a cute little room on the top floor. I like small room so everything is within 2 steps reach. I have a backpack only. If you have a big suitcase, get a bigger room. Nice room, quite snug especially with two big luggages. Room is old but can see patches of minimal refurbishing done to the bathroom. Was skeptical due to other comments about bathroom smell but wasn’t an issue for our room. Breakfast buffet was great with loads of selection and decent price compared to having breakfast elsewhere. Love the complementary coffee whenever the restaurant is open.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive. Our room had all the basic amenities and overall well suited for two people. The pool and sauna were a great addition to our stay. My only suggestion would be for the hotel to offer food options besides breakfast. There’s, however, plenty of choices around anyway.

We stayed here for four nights in December 2024, and it was a nightmare. The noise level was unbearable, I could easily hear traffic from the road, and my room was near a parking area. Every morning around 6am, I was woken up by loud dumping sounds, likely from a service truck. The most terrible part was the shower water, it was not hot at all. The building is located along the parade route, so from the ocean view rooms you can get a view like the one in the photo, and from the park view rooms you can see the spectator stands and the park. We only stayed one night but it was great. All the staff were lovely. They were both professional and very friendly. Hotel was very good. Price was too high ( 187 euros for one night).

It served its purpose being near the airport for an early flight. It overlooks the airport apron. Given that it was room for 3 guests I would say it was lacking in amount of storage spaces for personal belongings but it was decent. Bathroom was clean.

I enjoy staying in the hotel and I felt safe with my family.The staff are very supportive and helpful and the breakfast was good for me and the location is very good near to Airport and close to supermarket

The people who work here are very friendly, the hotel very clean and the rooms have a decent size.

The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. The location was great and generally we satisfied with our stay. It was pricy though!

The hotel is very conveniently located. It takes only 15 minutes to walk to the old town by the sea or the train station, and it takes less than 20 minutes to get to the airport by taxi. The room is not very large, and it feels like the standard of a domestic express hotel. Fortunately, it is clean and tidy. You can eat and drink in the restaurant on the first floor.

It was a comfortable sleep and the location was excellent, within 10min walk to the old town and many eateries nearby including a couple of competent boulangeries and a Thai-Vietnamese restaurant.

Hotel Apollinaire Nice is my choice for the second year in a row. Great location, nice big rooms and super amazing stuff! I will definitely be back!

Porters are more helpful than the concierge and front desk staff. The hotel does not worth the price I paid.
