We enjoyed our stay overall, except that one man at reception was very rude and demeaning. Everything else was excellent. Rooms were clean, location was perfect, all the other staff was kind, polite, and helpful. Amenities were great. It would have been a perfect review except for first impressions by rude receptionist.

We love staying here, the terrace rooms are fantastic although when it is very hot it could do with an umbrella for shade but I understand that the wind up there does not make this possible. The staff are friendly & polite and were extremely helpful. This hotel is always our go to when we are in Nice

This hotel is okay if you want to be close to the airport. 5 minutes drive. It is rather new. Rooms are pretty cramped versus what they show on their website. Very little space to manœuvre between table and beds. The bathroom cabin is a good idea but it is on the cheap side. Nothing like a Japanese bathroom cabin unfortunately. Great big family room with bathtub and large shower. Nice pool. Alright breakfast. But best of all were the receptionists, all sweet and helpful in more ways than one. Definitely recommend! Two stops away from the airport, very practical.

The room is large with a large table. The hotel parking lot costs 18 euros per night, but there is an open-air parking space at the right-hand corner facing the hotel, which is free at night. The swimming pool is small and deep.

Studio with its own kitchen. Of the kitchen utensils there are all pots, spoons and mittens, including a corkscrew and a can opener. It's amazing location it's a big room for couples easy to walk everywhere close to city center and restaurants everything it's close to you by walk 10 min or less

The place is convenient, there are restaurants nearby and the station can be reached in 5 minutes. A professional-grade hair dryer is provided; the cooking stove sometimes overheats and stops, and hot water may not be supplied when used by many people.

It's a B&B, and the overall space is relatively large, but the facilities look old for a while, and the sound insulation is not good. You can hear the door opening and talking in the next room. The advantage is that it is in the city center and there are a lot of shops just outside, which is very convenient.

They only informed me two days before check-in that I couldn't use the elevator. The check-in time was late, so even though we contacted in advance, no one answered the call, so we had to carry all the heavy luggage up to the 3rd floor ourselves.

It's quite ok. The location of the house is very convenient. The promotional pictures are not taken well. The environment is better than expected. It is the same company as the Lafayette Hotel. They are all very good.

The serviced apartment has a kitchen, refrigerator, and microwave, and the space is quite large. However, it is old, the door is not soundproof, and the bathroom is very small. The location is very good. There is a tram stop not far away. It is very close to many restaurants and ice cream shops. It only takes five or six minutes to walk to the beach.

Super welcoming staff. Nice apartment all equipped which is bigger than what I expected. Good amenities. Location close to the station. Only negative are the curtains which are super light, the room was all bright with the street lights at night.

The front desk is very welcoming. The first floor is the reception. There is also a garden and a place to play billiards. The room I stayed in not only has a kitchen, but also pots and pans. It's very good.

The hotel is located near Niceville Station downtown, so it's easy to move around and breakfast is delicious. It's a hotel I want to visit again when I come to Nice. All employees are kind and great customer service is the best. I love you, everyone!!!

The room wasn't big, but it had all the amenities I needed. It even had a small balcony, but since it was on a low floor, I didn't go out much. The best part was that I could watch Netflix on the TV!

Very beautiful hotel but the Mexican girl when I check out she is not very friendly as all.

The city center is very convenient, a 2-minute walk to Place Massena. The only problem is that the hotel has no elevator, the rooms are not cleaned every day, and there is no reception after 8 pm. However, the hotel is very new and you can cook.

Good break in Nice My wife and I enjoyed a three day break in Nice. This place was very nicely located, next to the old town and barely a two minute walk to the beach. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly and our room was quite large and spacious.

Super little hotel/guest house in fantastic location. Very quirky, shabby chic rooms. Very clean with comfortable bed. You feel like a local entering through a big wooden door straight off a street of high end designer shops.

I was completely taken with the ambiance of this place. My host was awesome. I had the pleasure of a fabulous street performer at the nearby intersection playing and singing beautiful songs. I knew it was an excellent location.... but it was even better than expected. In case you need to know where Chanel, Armani, YSL, LV, etc etc are.... they are in this street.

My family of four stayed in apartment #3 for five nights. Simply put, everything was perfect. Just off Garibaldi Square, the apartment was clean, contained all the amenities we needed (i.e., dishwasher, stovetop, clothes washer, microwave/oven, towel dryer), had plenty of space, and was very convenient to restaurants, cafes, a grocery store, and pharmacy.

Lovely quiet hotel great view but a bit far from city centre

The owner was very helpful about travel plans and restaurants in the area. Breakfast was a very nice continental breakfast.

The property was spotless & the manager very helpful. It was a bit remote a very early last bus up the hill but that was my own fault for not researching it properly.
