Everyone was very friendly. The hotel was super clean and the location is great. It‘s ideal if you don‘t want to spend that much on your trip bc it is not that expensive and includes fridges and a big kitchen that can be used by everyone.

Inside the rooms carpets and wall decor and furniture could do with upgrading. But DO NOT let this put you off. The hotel is on a pedestrianised area full of bars and restaurants. Had a problem with toilet not flushing, mentioned to staff, fixed straight away. Whole place is immaculately clean. Communal kitchen with 4 hobs to do own cooking. I would recommend and stay again

We loved our stay at the Share Inn! The location is top, surrounded by bars and restaurants and right around the corner of the main shopping street and a quick ~5 min walk away from the beach! The check in and out was super easy, the room perfectly clean and the air con worked great as well! All these things for a really fair proce makes the Share Inn a perfect place to stay! Thank you!

It's a B&B, and the overall space is relatively large, but the facilities look old for a while, and the sound insulation is not good. You can hear the door opening and talking in the next room. The advantage is that it is in the city center and there are a lot of shops just outside, which is very convenient.

They only informed me two days before check-in that I couldn't use the elevator. The check-in time was late, so even though we contacted in advance, no one answered the call, so we had to carry all the heavy luggage up to the 3rd floor ourselves.

Visited Aston La Scala on my honeymoon and the only thing going for it is the location. It’s PRIME to say the least. Everything else is just beyond average…. Excellent place, nice and helpful personell, I lost some items in the room and all was returned when I came back to pick up my luggage. Delicious food as well! I recommend it for short and long stays in a great location.

Location is spot on. We stayed from 8 Sept 2023 to 11 Sept 2023. Hotel is clean, staff very friendly. My gripes were that our room wasn't serviced for a day and we had to ask. A blow dryer could not be provided for as they couldn't find one. Eventually someone found one. The shower drain was blocked and the shower taps were faulty..

Fantastic hotel! Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Othman went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. The hotel itself is so modern and clean. The breakfast was delicious. Cleanliness 9/10. I liked the rooms; they were modern and elegant. However, I couldn't adjust the shower water to be cold, only warm. The breakfast lacked nutrients and had insufficient vegan and vegetarian options, and the coffee was bad, so I wouldn't recommend the breakfast.

Our flight got cancelled in the evening so we had to quickly find another hotel to spend the night & we found this one by coincidence. Couldn‘t have found a better one! We had a very relaxing evening. The breakfast was amazing and prepared us for our long flight. The staff was so nice! Especially Othman! He made us feel very welcome! Will definitely come back! :)

Arrived late (plane), I was guided by phone then I received a personalized welcome, a very good quality meal in a spacious and nicely decorated dining room. The room is very well designed, it is spacious and the hygiene products of quality. Breakfast is royal in this beautiful dining room. Perfect for a young group. Great location, lovely staff, comfortable beds. As it was October, the heating was set to “heat” so we had no air con and had to leave the windows open which was very noisy at night. Great shower pressure and a spacious room for sleeping 4 single beds

The hotel rooms are terrible. Very old furniture, smells, my window view was blocked by an old tree. The backyard was in bad shape. Breakfast was okay, albeit repetitive. The only benefit of this hotel is its location, which is close to many things. Overall, the hotel serves the purpose of a place for going to sleep after a long day outside.

Very good location. But you are not allowed to eat food in your room. We bought a pizza on the night we arrived, our train was 3 hours late. An employee directed us to the terrace area to eat. The next morning we took our breakfast to the terrace area, only to be told by another staff member abruptly that this area is for coffee only.

I think it is one of the best options if you like to stay in centre. Good value for money. In the beginning they didn't provide a baby crib (although i mentioned it in my reservation notes), but after doing some pressure they arranged it. It was very strange.

We stayed here for four nights in December 2024, and it was a nightmare. The noise level was unbearable, I could easily hear traffic from the road, and my room was near a parking area. Every morning around 6am, I was woken up by loud dumping sounds, likely from a service truck. The most terrible part was the shower water, it was not hot at all. It was fantastic, the room is so spacious and with sea view! The service is very good and the staff are very kind! The bathroom is also big and with bathtub.

The hotel is a 10-minute drive from the airport. It's a little far from the city center. The room is relatively small. There is air conditioning in the room, and you can open the window. But it will be noisy when the window is opened. The hotel lobby can help you fill water. Overall, it's okay, after all, the price is not expensive.

It served its purpose being near the airport for an early flight. It overlooks the airport apron. Given that it was room for 3 guests I would say it was lacking in amount of storage spaces for personal belongings but it was decent. Bathroom was clean.

Small rooms but it's the lowest price in Nice and near the airport so if you have an early flight or arrive late, it's perfect. The wifi is good too and the staff was welcoming. Clean, with a small bottle of water and a small desk to work. We had a twin room, with 2 comfy beds and a bit of space in between. We've seen much worse than this in budget hotels. Recommended for budget travelers.

Hotel Florence is a petit sized hotel located in a very convenient and decent neighborhood. You can easily hop on to the tramway (which is less than 5 mins away), or take a short walk southward towards Place Massena in around 10 mins. The service overall was excellent, but they had some miscommunication with the booking agency and configured the room incorrectly. Overall a great for value hotel.

If staying in Nice I highly recommend the Hotel Florence. Excellent location only a few minutes from trams 1 & 2 and a 10 minute walk to the Old Town. Got a cute little room on the top floor. I like small room so everything is within 2 steps reach. I have a backpack only. If you have a big suitcase, get a bigger room. Nice walk between airport line tram station to the hotel. Shower closet is extra small. If you are large, check your room type if they come with a bigger shower.

Nice room, quite snug especially with two big luggages. Room is old but can see patches of minimal refurbishing done to the bathroom. Was skeptical due to other comments about bathroom smell but wasn’t an issue for our room. Breakfast buffet was great with loads of selection and decent price compared to having breakfast elsewhere. Love the complementary coffee whenever the restaurant is open.

The Hotel Locarno offers an amazing experience during your stay in Nice. The rooms are clean, have air conditioning and are not too small. The hotel is super! Both in location and in everything else. Zero complaints, 150% satisfaction from the stay. There is a great restaurant with a Michelin star around the corner, 5 minutes to the supermarket, 7 minutes to the embankment and wherever you go, everything is close. I recommend it.

We received a warm welcome on reception, and the hospitality continued. The food: Delicious! Breakfast was fresh and tasty, dinner, the same. The Service: Warm, efficient, and attentive. Location: There's not much locally, tho it's just a 3 minute walk to the tram that gets you into the city in 30-45 minutes. We'd return and certainly recommend to others.

Location was very central in a safe area and close to public transport. Staff were super helpful. Rooms are extremely small e.g. the bed taking up the whole room so we were unable to open our suitcase while someone was laying in bed although this didn’t bother us.

Super good! The room was always very clean and the air conditioner REALLY works for the summer, which is a huge plus. I forget a thing at the room after the check out and remembered some hours after and then went to the hotel to get it back, and it was waiting for me at the reception, pretty cool.

Nice hotel, convenient location, but noisy outside, some people were smoking even though it was forbidden to smoke even on the balcony, as the smell was spreading into other rooms. Overall it would be a good choice for short stays.

The room is quite big. I booked the top floor with a balcony. It is very large and comfortable to look out over the city. The lighting reserved for work is quite poor. This is a great mid-range hotel. The building is a little older, but it is decorated with style and character. The rooms are simple, but clean, offering all that you need for a good nights rest. The location is great, being only 5 minutes from the main train station and less than 10 minutes from the beach.

Nice, cozy hotel near the center of Nice. The room was spacious, the air conditioning worked well, and everything was clean. We enjoyed the little balcony, overlooking a green park.

We stayed in this lovely hotel for just one night, and had the best experienc! What was most outstanding was the service, and the hospitality. Emma our hostess and also our chef, asked upon checkin if we had any allergies. As a celiac in France, I was starving! And when I said gluten free, she personally surprised us and baked me a gluten free breakfast cake at the impressive home cooked breakfast...

Friendly staff, nice room but the parking option is limited. You pay 23€ to park on the public street, which is dangerous in this area - they broke my window. So, ignore the parking option. The rest is very good.

We stayed here exactly these dates last year, late review!! We were there for 5 nights. The room was decent sized and clean. The whole hotel has a very charming, rustic feel to it. Staff is friendly. We didn't have breakfast there. The location is great, 5 mins to the train station and a nice short walk to the beach or old town

Newly renovated and love the design! Staff were very attentive and friendly, still a little renovation work to be completed in the courtyard but can't wait to come back once it's finished. Very convenient location if you arrive by train or want to do day trips. I could just wheel my suitcase 5 minutes to the train station to go to Paris. Area is quiet but only a few minutes from the main shopping street...

Great location, good facilities and accommodations. The old elevator is a masterpiece of that place. Easy access to city center, shops, restaurants and public transportation. The personal was friendly, English speakers:) and provided a lot of information. Reception 24/7.

Spent a long weekend here with one of my besties. We had a very pleasant stay. There were good and bad points. Pros -Fantastic location, Masséna Plaza is about a five minute walk or less. The location is perfectly located and the staff are so kind and helpful. This hotel is walking distance to almost everything in Nice. The bathroom of this hotel room was moldy and not very clean. The shower had pretty significant mildew, I didn’t even want to shower in it and the sink in the bathroom was like a wood material that was falling apart. The sink was also not the cleanest. The room otherwise...

The staff was very very nice. The room was clean and tidy the only thing that was bothering me was that the bathroom was small. The location is great. We could leave or bags until we had to get to the airport and we were able to stay in the lounge area, very nice.

The superior room is well worth the slightly extra cost - bigger rooms and most importantly they face away from the streets and are very quiet (noise seems to be most people's main complaint). Showers are not great (low pressure with temperature changing), however the air con is excellent which given the summer heat was a game changer for us. I've seen reviews saying 'you'll get better for the money...

Great location but super noisy: not only from the streets (comes with the location) but also from inside as the walls are paper-thin. You can understand every word even if your neighbors speak in a hushed voice. Imagine other sounds...! One word of advice to réception staff: if you collect city tax at check-in, and ask for it again at check-out again despite the guest showing you the credit card receipt...

We absolutely loved the Brice Garden hotel. Great accommodation and great value. next time I would book earlier to secure one of the big rooms at the front of the hotel because they’re gorgeous. The location was excellent with the promenade, old town and the many restaurants and bars nearby easily reached on foot. The efficient tram system was just a few minute’s walk from the hotel and serves the city very well. Room was kept very clean, especially the bathroom with plenty of fresh linen and towels. We recently stayed with friends whilst seeing the south of France. The hotel was great, the staff where incredible and couldn't do enough for us. It was very close to the beach and locals shops and restaurants. It was roughly 20 minute walk to the old town which was fabulous. The staff recommended some amazing restaurants. Pretty good hotel near the beach and walking distance from Nice Ville train with luggage. The hotel is a bit old and the carpets look like they really need steam cleaning, but generally everything worked and was good value for the money (we paid about 400 euro per night for a room sleeping 4).

We went here in February for a little vacation and this hotel is excellent! First of all, it's a very good location right near the beach and not too far from the airport, secondly the staff are so nice and welcoming. The breakfast was also outstanding! Also there are many nearby restaurants. Very good location as it is near the promenade. Also, we all loved having a free hot chocolate every night!
