it was really fine, it was cheap and gave us a room that is normal for its price. The staff was nice enough and it was useful when we asked for help. The place is close to the train station but far away from the city center

The hotel is clean and still ok but the service could improve a lot. Room service was not given everyday. After telling this to the reception they just come up with excuses that they were fully booked which was absolutely false. The management doesn’t offer any compensation and it feels more like a self service hotel. Nobody wanted to help and you don’t even get an apology. You are left alone here...

It was great service and lovely to meet someone within the tourism industry that was willing to speak English. Dirty towels and a not vacuumed floor in our room was unfortunate however.

This is absolutely all you need for a night near the Airport. We had a 6AM flight and we got into the hotel at 9PM. Staff had some cold dishes as well as pizza available for purchase. My wife and I recently stayed at rhis hotel for 3 nights. Exceeded our expectations. We had a corner room with terrace. Very nicely appointed and clean. Hotel staff were super accommodating. Breakfast was lovely. Hotel is strategically located in Nice. Within walking distance of promenade, restaurants and retail stores.

The room is small with somewhat dated finish. It's ok for staying at night while you go on day trips out of town. The breakfast has good selection. The location has easy access to train station, grocery store and the beach/sightseeing area. There is no camera in the elevator.

The hotel rooms are terrible. Very old furniture, smells, my window view was blocked by an old tree. The backyard was in bad shape. Breakfast was okay, albeit repetitive. The only benefit of this hotel is its location, which is close to many things. Overall, the hotel serves the purpose of a place for going to sleep after a long day outside.

Very good location. But you are not allowed to eat food in your room. We bought a pizza on the night we arrived, our train was 3 hours late. An employee directed us to the terrace area to eat. The next morning we took our breakfast to the terrace area, only to be told by another staff member abruptly that this area is for coffee only.

I think it is one of the best options if you like to stay in centre. Good value for money. In the beginning they didn't provide a baby crib (although i mentioned it in my reservation notes), but after doing some pressure they arranged it. It was very strange.

Super good! The room was always very clean and the air conditioner REALLY works for the summer, which is a huge plus. I forget a thing at the room after the check out and remembered some hours after and then went to the hotel to get it back, and it was waiting for me at the reception, pretty cool.

It served its purpose being near the airport for an early flight. It overlooks the airport apron. Given that it was room for 3 guests I would say it was lacking in amount of storage spaces for personal belongings but it was decent. Bathroom was clean.

Great wee stay for a few nights in the city. Cheaper than being in the centre but lovely walk to Old Nice along the beach, or very quick and accessible tram link. Maybe a bit far out if you want true hustle & bustle but we prefer being away from that anyway. Clean, comfortable, well staffed, perfect for what we needed.

The location is really good, very close to the promenade. The apts are clean and have everything you need for a short stay. It’s a bit overpriced tho considering there is only 1 small complementary water bottle (knowing we were 2 adults a baby and a dog) and parking is an extra 15 euros

Really good location close to beaches and in a less touristy bit of town. Good little apartments which are well set out and clean. Not lavish but really clean and functional with a really good roof terrace. The fire escape door to the roof was locked which was worrying and we flagged to the staff who said it shouldn't be unlocked. We will report this separately as it was a concern.

The hotel is at great location. Try to get the room in top most floor(5th) as the balcony area is slightly bigger then the other floors. We had a duplex room, with 2 bathrooms, which was very convenient. The beds were very comfortable, and there was also a Nespresso coffee machine in the room. :-) The room is equipped with a small fridge, too. Beautiful hotel with old charm. We arrived early and we got our room immediately which was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful and gave good recommendations and tips. The room was pretty but very small, much smaller than in the pictures. The balcony was a nice addition but the view was not the best. The building is incredibly beautiful. Good location just past the main streets and close to trams and trains. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I stayed two times at Monsigny and I can say that it was overall a good experience. The rooms are not very spacious but clean and sunny, very comfortable bed. I appreciated an office corner where I could work on my laptop. Good breakfast with a variety of choice. The only thing to complain is that I had only one power socket in my room which was not very convenient as I have a lot of gadgets to change

Good place to stay when visiting Nice, breakfast great, room and other areas are clean. Parking is a bit hard to find, you have to drive over the side walk. Parking is not gated and accessible by everybody who walks along the street.
