3 star hotels in Nice

It's too early for a review, we're still staying here.🙂 But so far everything is superlative. Just a problem with one of the socket in room 503, it no longer works, but we will inform the reception staff. I recommend this hotel to tourists.

Very centrally situated but quiet. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Our dog was made welcome too. The receptionist in the morning, who also served us breakfast, was charming. And the translation about the mosquitoes was hilarious!

Nicely positioned. Not too far the walk to beach and centre for shops etc. The staff where really helpful. I lost my room key but it was replaced without difficulty. Great hotel

Fairly basic room but had good air conditioning and the location was fantastic being a nearby walk to both the Airport and train station. Staff were friendly as well making the check in and check out processes nice and straightforward.

Make sure you reserve the parking first prior arrival or you may need to pay extra for parking near the hotel (Ibis / novotel). Friendly staff, and strategic location if you want to travel to Cannes, around Nice and Monaco by car (30 mins drive) and Airport is just nearby the hotel

Very good place to spend a few days in Nice, small choice for breakfast, clean, a bit noisy at night but it didn't bother us, close to restaurants 10 minutes from the promenade, we liked it very much

The hotel was in a really good location which was a short walk from Port Lympia and Nice Riquier station if you want to get to Monaco. The old town was also close by. Service at the hotel was really good, staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a good size even though the bathroom was quite small. Breakfast was a buffet with a good selection.

The hotel's location was fantastic—close to Old Nice and just a five-minute walk from the airport tram, bus stop, and city tram. The breakfast was decent but had limited options. Close to Nice Ville railway station and also Medecin tram station (which goes to airport). Room amenities are basic. Breakfast is normal. Free popcorn at ground floor.

Nice and clean hotel near the railway station. Friendly staff. Big and quiet room with balcony, comfortable beds. Wifi was fast. Breakfast was quite french - croissants, yogurt, boiled eggs and so on, coffee and juice, simple but tasty.

Beds are extremely narrow 70 cm, the mattress was sliding on the box spring. Even at the front-desk apologized about the beds size. Worst night ever. Not as advertised at Trip.com

I love this place, very close to the train station. Not so far away from the city center, around 30 mins walk to the beach section. We stayed here for the carnival and it is very convenient for us to catch the train the next day.

The hotel is right next to Nice train station. It is very convenient to catch a train to Cannes and Monte Carlos. The bathroom is quite small.

Amazing staff, great location The staff was amazingly friendly and welcoming. The room was clean but a bit tinier than I expected. Nevertheless, it didn't upset me as I was staying there just for a night. It's safe and in a great location. If you’re as big a walker as I am, you'll enjoy the fact that the hotel is approximately 1h11 away from the airport. And sure, Promenade Des Anglais is short 5min...

It was wonderful. It was very clean. I recommend a room with a bath. You can go to many places within walking distance. The hotel always smelled good near the front desk. They bake bread in the hotel. There was a female staff member who could speak Japanese. I asked this hotel to make a reservation for a local restaurant before I left Japan, and they responded quickly and kindly.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, cosy and nicely designed with a comfy bed and chairs to lounge in.

The hotel is nicely furnished and designed. The AC was not working properly in our room so Cesar at the front desk upgraded us to a bigger room with functional AC. The breakfast was excellent. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend the Gounod for a visit to Nice.

The room is clean and tidy, the front desk and cleaning staff are very enthusiastic, but the room is small, the lighting is poor, the partitions and decorative panels in the room have a pungent smell, I don't know what materials they are made of.

The hotel's location is indeed not comparable to those by the sea, but I like this hotel very much. It is not too far to walk to the old town. The overall decoration is very comfortable, and there are many freshly made choices for breakfast. What surprised me most was their service. Every staff member was very considerate and made me feel pleasantly taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was near the station, but a good walk to the old town. Clean room, very friendly reception staff and lots going on at hotel for nice carnival. The breakfast was more like a full evening meal as it had so much to offer.

The room was really spacious and the staff is friendly. I had my room upgraded so I have a balcony/terrace during my entire stay, and the view of Nice is just perfect. My stay here was so goood I extended a night. The location is great too, few minutes walk to where all the stores and restaurants are (you just have to explore). Certainly booking here again when I return to French Riviera.

A comfortable and enjoyable 1 nights stay. Close to supermarket and all attractions. An amazing breakfast with a good variation. The room was very big and clean, comfortable Queen bed. I decided to experiment by staying in this hotel as seen through a modern lens. Clean, good shower , very friendly check in. We’re advised of the closest tourist stops to visit. Reasonably priced for Nice. My only complaint would be that the AC wasn’t very powerful as it was hot in Nice at the time.

It is a nice place to stay. Philippe was very nice at the reception, he even took his time to explain us where we should check out during the stay. His suggestions were spot on. The hotel is small and cozy. I will definitely go back there again.

Best thing about the hotel is it’s location. Otherwise it is an old hotel. ROOMS are spacious but do offer basic amnesties like water kettle. Parking through the hotel is not advised at all. At the same cost one can park on the road and avoid the hassle of driving down 3 floors in an underground private car park. Also you have to deposit the key back every time you take or drop off your car.

Probably the best decision to stay here in Nice...bigger rooms, central location and the Manuela made our stay most memorable with all her help and assistance. Among the best choice of hotels better than some 4 star hotels also.

Stayed here for five nights. The location is on point and the overall service was very nice. But the room, facilities and food were not even close to impressive… The towels were worn, internet access was slow and the walls were paperthin, which really came to my attention, when I heard my neighbour snoring the last night before leaving. Hotel is conviniently located about 2 minutes walk away from the L2 station and walking distance to most of the sightseeing spots.comfortable bed and clean. We had a duplex room, with 2 bathrooms, which was very convenient. The beds were very comfortable, and there was also a Nespresso coffee machine in the room. :-) The room is equipped with a small fridge, too. Another great thing is that the reception was open 24/7 and all the staff were amazing and extremely helpful, especially Oumar. At the ground floor, near the reception, there is a water fountain...

The best in this place is the location and the attention of the staff, they were so helpful and nice to us. The hotel has old decoration and ambience. The rooms a little bit to simple but we have very good sleep the 3 days we stay. So I can't say negative things in there.
