It is quite old building hotel but the location is perfect for travelers. Quite centered and accessible. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only problem is WiFi. It is very often disconnected.

Great location, only 15 mins in a taxi from the airport and all the key areas of interest are within 10-15 minutes walk. Plenty of restaurants close by. Hotel was fresh, clean and decor to a high standard for the level of hotel. Rooms were spacious enough, enough hangers and shelving. Good selection at breakfast all fresh and tasty. Beautiful hotel with old charm. We arrived early and we got our room immediately which was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful and gave good recommendations and tips. The room was pretty but very small, much smaller than in the pictures. The balcony was a nice addition but the view was not the best. The building is incredibly beautiful. Good location just past the main streets and close to trams and trains. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The workers were all super friendly. The hotel itself is so pretty and lovely. Only problem i found is that the bathroom is too small and i hurt myself a few times because of it. The hotel was clean, safe, good location and staff very helpful. There were a couple of things about the room that would have been helpful. A luggage rack, rather than a chair or perhaps instead of the fridge would have been very helpful. Also some hooks in the bath for the towels and a place for at least two dop kits would have been really great. All in all happy to stay there.

The hotel is clean and still ok but the service could improve a lot. Room service was not given everyday. After telling this to the reception they just come up with excuses that they were fully booked which was absolutely false. Really good location close to beaches and in a less touristy bit of town. Good little apartments which are well set out and clean. Not lavish but really clean and functional with a really good roof terrace. The fire escape door to the roof was locked which was worrying and we flagged to the staff who said it shouldn't be unlocked. We will report this separately as it was a concern.

My wife and I recently stayed at rhis hotel for 3 nights. Exceeded our expectations. We had a corner room with terrace. Very nicely appointed and clean. Hotel staff were super accommodating. The room is small with somewhat dated finish. It's ok for staying at night while you go on day trips out of town. The breakfast has good selection. The location has easy access to train station, grocery store and the beach/sightseeing area. There is no camera in the elevator.

Got it thru tourist office outside train station Take the Nu 12 bus to the promenade. Walk from there. I got a 39 price and breakfast served in my room. Elevator. Clean.

It is a nice place to stay. Philippe was very nice at the reception, he even took his time to explain us where we should check out during the stay. His suggestions were spot on. The hotel is small and cozy. I will definitely go back there again.

Best thing about the hotel is it’s location. Otherwise it is an old hotel. ROOMS are spacious but do offer basic amnesties like water kettle. Parking through the hotel is not advised at all. At the same cost one can park on the road and avoid the hassle of driving down 3 floors in an underground private car park. Also you have to deposit the key back every time you take or drop off your car.

Probably the best decision to stay here in Nice...bigger rooms, central location and the Manuela made our stay most memorable with all her help and assistance. Among the best choice of hotels better than some 4 star hotels also.
