Great location very close to the beach, with a great view of the sea. Compared to other hotels, the service here is very poor

Always a 5+ person queue at the reception, and very slow service for even things like beach towels

One of the best views in Nice ! Great varieties at breakfast and a very nice bar.

The following days placed the do not disturb sign to prevent it, and then room wasn’t cleaned at all. Had to call on an evening to request it. No water refills despite 30+ degree weather outside

The first two mornings here, the cleaning staff let themselves into the room at 8am whilst shouting “housekeeping!” Not a nice way to wake up whilst on a relaxing holiday

Not the level of service that would be expected when booking a suite and paying well over £1000 per night

The room has a view of the sea. The service is very thoughtful and enthusiastic. It is convenient to take a taxi. It is very convenient to eat and shop. The interior of the hotel is very unique

The rooms are partially renovated and some facilities are a bit old, such as the beds. But the hotel is in a very good location and the hotel's private beach is beautiful

Unfortunately, we didn’t like the drinks very much though they were well crafted but I wish there was one or two more classics on the menu like a proper Daiquiri, a Gimlet or anything like that cause I think it’s perfect for a hot night at the French Riviera

Travel to Nice and visited here 2 times ! Really love it !! The food is amazing and same as the service and atmosphere! Even though second visit the service personnel made some mistakes, but the manager and other personnel immediately came over to apologize and gave us some nice cocktails from the house !! We tried tasting menu and also tried some a la carte , all are tasty and beautifully presented...

All sorts of croissants and other tasty pastries, great coffee and tremendous service, especially by Amira who is not only quick on her feet but also able to propose the best breakfast options tailored to my preferences

The portions are generous: we ordered one tasting menu and, for the other person, a starter and a main dish — and we both ended up full. The staff was very friendly and professional. We’ll definitely be coming back

The rooftop pool and restaurant and bar are very nice also. I’m surprised I read the reviews that say the rooms are tired because ours seemed like it had just been remodeled

I went on a family vacation, and everything was absolutely wonderful. We had a room on the 6th floor with a beautiful sea view, and it was very clean and comfortable

The breakfast were very high quality with a huge selection. The dining room area is very well laid out and includes indoor and outdoor seating. All of the staff were very friendly and spoke good English

Spacious and clean. Perfect sea view. Free sparking water is a good plus. With a basement car park connected to the hotel.

Environment: The only advantage is that it is close to the sea. The balcony has a sea view, which is very beautiful on a sunny day

Not big variety in breakfast, always tables waiting for cleaning during breakfast. For the daily price we pay it's not acceptable that they charge the sun bed in the beach.

She also brought balloons and welcome champagne as it was a special trip with a lovely card from the hotel staff. She was amazing and is a credit to the hotel. Location 7mins to the beach and 7mins to the train station

Fantastic hotel with great location. Rooms were lovely with a terrace. Lovely touch at night with a turndown service. Spa and rooftop pool were great especially after a long day sightseeing

Rooms cleaned to perfection and all fresh towels and bedding. Staff were fantastic especially Samantha who checked us in. She was friendly and gave plenty of recommendations for eating and heading out on day trips

Pluses: late breakfast, which end at 14:30, it’s perfect, no need to rush You have billiard and good cocktails at the bar Nice swimming pool, but small a little bit Minus: there are no thick curtains in the room, only tulle, because of this it is impossible to sleep normally, you wake up with the dawn of the sun

The walk to Old Nice was over 20 minutes but not unpleasant to walk along the beach

The location was convenient for us: 10 minutes from the train station where we arrived and used to visit Monaco and Eze, and 10 minutes from the beach club the hotel partnered with for a discount

It’s an atrium style where the rooms look down into the breakfast / dinner pool area. The breakfast had a lot to offer (freshly made omelettes always a plus!) which was well needed before a full day of adventuring

Perfect experience! The sea view is super beautiful. I also tried swimming and sauna in the hotel. It was really a bit too happy. The hotel is in a very good location, opposite the sea.

The sea view is first-rate, nothing to say. Except for the occasional maintenance noise during the day, it was OK most of the time, and the front desk was very friendly

One of the children in our group was tearful and a female staff member got all of the kids popsicles unprompted to pacify the situation. My daughter forgot her baby blanket that she has held dear for 5 years

This is probably the best hotel that I've ever stayed. I've stayed at their resorts in multiple Hawaiian islands as well as Barcelona, but this was the best. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful

We enjoyed drinks overlooking the sunset on the Mediterranean at night. Great for romantic getaways to families. You can rent e scooters and bikes in the hotel lobby which was an added surprise

Bus and trams just in front of the hotel, train station nearby, therefore suitable alternatives to travel to Monaco. Gym and indoor swimming-pool available, however pool closed as outside season

Staff are super friendly which bumps up the rating. Pool was closed for our entire stay which was disappointing

Breakfast was acceptable, there could have been more choices on the cooked counter and the fruit could’ve been fresher. Rooms were ok, bed was squeaky, walls very thin, but to be expected from a mid-range hotel

We stayed here as a family of 3 adults. The hotel was in a great location to explore the old town of Nice and all the beautiful attractions. Good sized rooms with a free water dispenser on each floor being very welcome

The breakfast buffet was of a very good range and quality. The staff were all friendly and extremely helpful and the costumer service was excellent

The hotel's location is excellent. One thing that made a huge difference in our experience at this hotel was the attention and care we received from the staff member, Vivian. Always smiling, she made us feel at home

You need to go to the front desk to get a barcode before driving over. You have to scan the barcode twice to enter and exit the parking building, which is a test of thinking and action ability

There is a road under construction in front of the door, which is a bit messy. There is a supermarket not far away. Parking is in a parking building across the road

The hotel is a little far from the old town, and there is a main road under construction, which slightly affects travel

The smell of the hotel lobby is not very good, the room is quite large, and the facilities and hygiene are pretty good

To put it bluntly, it is a bit confusing. The hotel facilities are not bad, but it is a bit old. I don’t know if it’s the water pipes or some equipment that occasionally starts at night, it’s a bit noisy

The hotel is in a good location close to a tram stop, the beach, several restaurants and my favorite - a French cafe next door with 50% off pastries after 7 pm

The only downside for me was no microwave in the room, although the rest of the stay was great, so that was really just a small thing

Breakfast had a lot of choices. Heavy on the pastries but enough other options. The rooftop is amazing in view service and few. The front desk staff was helpful. If I stay again, I’d prefer a higher floor

I also really enjoyed the breakfast variety which included a delicious quiche, croissants and a selection of French pastries

Still plenty of restaurants, souvenir shops, pharmacy and grocery with a few minutes walking

This hotel is located right on the best section of the Promenade des Anglais. Those rooms facing the sea has 180 deg view of the Nice coastline and our corner room has even more expanded view

Had a wonderful visit in Nice at this hotel. Wonderful location on the promenade. Able to walk all over Nice, restaurants, old town. Had a garden room looking over the museum

They go above and beyond to make sure the guests are enjoying their stay. The guest room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the sea. The breakfast was excellent—a nice variety to choose from

Stayed here for a weekend with a group of friends. Really friendly staff, great location opposite the beach and a short walk to the town/markets. Rooms are fine for the weekend. Air con in the double wasn't great

Room is clean, very close to nice city centre. The staff was very welcoming, close to supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy. Restaurants in the area are quite decent, you can reach the beach within 10 mins of walking

And it was a wonderful time, the hotel is located absolutely perfect, only minutes to the beaches, to the restaurant and to the main shopping streets

The rooms at the hotel are not necessarily the latest fashion and one can say for sure a bit used, but well, all I need is a good and clean bed, and it was very comfortable for a good night rest

As I also took some time to jump over to Monte Carlo, Cannes and Grasse, it turned out that the Gare de Ville, the main train station also is just located like a 10 minute walk

I had a couple days available and quickly decided to spend them in the South of France. I haven't been there for years, about time to catch up

Walkable distance bit one can use the regular airport shuttle at no cost. The rooms are clean and spacious and contemporary. There is an adjoining restaurant where you have a pool and food is available

If you don’t like it, you can change the room. The room has a large wardrobe, which makes the room look smaller. It should be noted that the hotel does not provide drinking water and slippers

Hotel location: The hotel is directly opposite the airport T1 and can be reached on foot. There are many hotels nearby, and the hotel prices are not much different

If you want to live near the airport, there are many choices. Room: For the room type, please note that some are not square, of course, it is also because of the appearance of this hotel

If you call the front desk, they will not be available. The rest of the service is still OK! The room is also relatively clean and tidy

Restaurants, shopping, food, the beach, and public transportation all were just minutes away. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and in good repair

The location is perfect, easy to get to the market place, restaurants and old town, plus easy access to the beach/ front line🏖. We Definitely enjoyed our stay☺️

The sea view is very quiet, warm and convenient

The hotel is right by the sea, a few hundred meters away from the Castle Hill Park. You can see the Cote d'Azur of Nice by going downstairs. The sanitation and environment are very good, with everything you need

We were there for the Ironman World Championship and it was a perfect location for that. Even if we had just been visiting, everything was very convenient

Our room was a good size for us and our toddler, with fun design of stars on the ceiling and a plane flying from the corner. Looked out over the garden and pool and woke to the sound of birds in the morning

The hotel is a nice family run one with quirky rooms. The room we had is nice, a little small but has everything you need. The view from the room was nice over looking the pool and garden, very peaceful

Rooms are individually decorated by artists, so no two rooms are the same. Decent location (5 min walk from beach), and close to main train station (5 mins again). Lovely outdoor, tree covered, seating area with pool

The hotel has some great features, notably the garden, pool and art. And obviously a great location. But the bathroom didn't meet our expectations for 4* and needs renovation and in the meantime, a deep clean

There is a water fountain for free refills and a coffee machine for free coffee in the lobby. The decor is very unique and the location is awesome, close to the beach and the train station at the same time

This is our 2nd time staying here. I Love this hotel! It’s in the perfect location, 2 blocks from the beach and a 5 minute walk to all the popular spots with many stores and restaurants on this street

Very friendly and helpful staff giving great recommendations for restaurants, beaches and day trips. We had a top floor suite for two adults and two kids, there was plenty of space for us

The area is very safe and you can easily walk around with kids in the evening to grab dinner nearby. But I’d also recommend having the breakfast at the hotel

This is a 3 Star property! No a/c to speak of … it’s so hot in the room, I can barely sleep or get dressed. To blow dry your hair you can’t do it in the bathroom you need to do it in the dark room

No power on blow dryer whatsoever. Asked about a new one told they are all the same. They updated the showers but that’s it! Staff all very nice, breakfast meh

The real highlight is the location - centrally located, a short walk to the beach, Colline du Château, and the Old Town, and close to transit for a day trip to Monaco or Eze

Ending the night at the rooftop bar was nice. The area was safe with some nice restaurants nearby in case you don’t want to go to the old town

The hotel is near the tram station, opposite the sea, so the location is very convenient. The room is cleaned every day and is clean

The location is between the center of Nice and the airport. There is a tram right outside the door. It only takes 11 minutes to get to the beach in the center of Nice

We stayed in this hotel for 6 days and 5 nights in the south of France. The front desk specially arranged a room on the top floor with a 270-degree sea view for us

It is very convenient to take the tram to the airport at the hotel entrance. You can also take the train to other cities in the south of France at the Grand Arena station next to the airport

Just beside Tram station ( L2 &L3). Room is small but with this rate it is totally acceptable. Breakfast is Horrable ( i am sorry but this is really far from normal standard)

In front of the building is the beach of the English Street, behind the building is the market of the old town of Nice, and opposite is the City Hall

Sitting on the terrace, you can watch the tourists coming and going, just in time for the French music festival in summer. The breakfast is rich, and you can squeeze fresh juice by yourself

The apple pie and lemon pie are especially delicious

They put soda in the freezer for us, and there was drinking water in the hotel corridor, which is rare in Europe. Their meals are also very OK, with reasonable prices and good taste. My favorite hotel of the whole trip

I really liked the airport pick and drop off shuttle service it was so efficient and was a very warm welcome. The location of the hotel is just 3-5 minutes away by car and it is easy to move from and to the hotel

It was a good experience overall and recommend the hotel. As well perhaps you can enhance your welcome amenities, any small local amenities that won’t cost all a lot will be an additional touch to the hotel

From the Hotel, they have half hourly trip, so just ask at the reception. Although instayed only one night, but the experience has been good. The staff are friendly and helpful

They do provide drinking water for the guest, but you will have took it from the dispenser outside your room along the corridors. (It is good for the environment as it reduces the use of plastic
