Hotels on first line in Nice

The rooftop pool and restaurant and bar are very nice also. I’m surprised I read the reviews that say the rooms are tired because ours seemed like it had just been remodeled

I went on a family vacation, and everything was absolutely wonderful. We had a room on the 6th floor with a beautiful sea view, and it was very clean and comfortable

The breakfast were very high quality with a huge selection. The dining room area is very well laid out and includes indoor and outdoor seating. All of the staff were very friendly and spoke good English

Spacious and clean. Perfect sea view. Free sparking water is a good plus. With a basement car park connected to the hotel.

Environment: The only advantage is that it is close to the sea. The balcony has a sea view, which is very beautiful on a sunny day

Not big variety in breakfast, always tables waiting for cleaning during breakfast. For the daily price we pay it's not acceptable that they charge the sun bed in the beach.

Great location very close to the beach, with a great view of the sea. Compared to other hotels, the service here is very poor

The following days placed the do not disturb sign to prevent it, and then room wasn’t cleaned at all. Had to call on an evening to request it. No water refills despite 30+ degree weather outside

The first two mornings here, the cleaning staff let themselves into the room at 8am whilst shouting “housekeeping!” Not a nice way to wake up whilst on a relaxing holiday

Not the level of service that would be expected when booking a suite and paying well over £1000 per night

The breakfast was good value with plenty of choice. The staff were mostly great except the women at the pool bar in the evening who was very rude and condescending. I would stay here again purely based on location

Very nice hotel. Breakfast more than perfect because there is a lot of choice while being of quality. The view from the 7th floor is just wow!!!!. Spacious room as well as the bathroom. In short, everything was perfect.

The room is simple and the hotel does not have parking, which is not compatible with a 4-star hotel. The room was very clean, there was hair all over the bathroom, including the bathtub, when we first entered the room

Our room lacked basic maintenance, the bathroom extractors did not work, the overhead shower did not work and the heated towel rail was stuck on maximum making use of the toilet beneath uncomfortable

Check-out was before 12:00 pm, at 9:50 am the employee was already entering the room

Perfect location for exploring Nice

A fantastic place to stay in Nice. The hotel lobby is beautiful, the staff are warm and welcoming, the pool has a fun vibe with great music, and the rooms are very spacious

The location is perfect, walkable to the beach and old town and also right next to a small shopping mall. Would definitely return if we were to come back to Nice again

We asked at the counter if we could eat at the pool above, NO, due to the bad weather no food on the 6th, around 4 pm we come swimming 6th floor, all tables are set, then we think we will quickly make a reservation, but no already fully booked

We stayed for several nights, under a low season (starting Nov 1) deal. The hotel was very quiet except for Friday. The outside is very grand indeed. Inside it has been modernised, but not perhaps to everyone's taste

My wife and I ended our time in France in Nice and Hotel Boscolo was the only hotel in our whole trip to make our honeymoon feel special! It is in a great location for access to the train station, and is also walking distance to other public transportation options, with a light rail station with service to the airport essentially right outside! We would definitely stay again

This hotel is located right on the best section of the Promenade des Anglais. Those rooms facing the sea has 180 deg view of the Nice coastline and our corner room has even more expanded view

Had a wonderful visit in Nice at this hotel. Wonderful location on the promenade. Able to walk all over Nice, restaurants, old town. Had a garden room looking over the museum

They go above and beyond to make sure the guests are enjoying their stay. The guest room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the sea. The breakfast was excellent—a nice variety to choose from

Stayed here for a weekend with a group of friends. Really friendly staff, great location opposite the beach and a short walk to the town/markets. Rooms are fine for the weekend. Air con in the double wasn't great

Bus and trams just in front of the hotel, train station nearby, therefore suitable alternatives to travel to Monaco. Gym and indoor swimming-pool available, however pool closed as outside season

Staff are super friendly which bumps up the rating. Pool was closed for our entire stay which was disappointing

Breakfast was acceptable, there could have been more choices on the cooked counter and the fruit could’ve been fresher. Rooms were ok, bed was squeaky, walls very thin, but to be expected from a mid-range hotel

We stayed here as a family of 3 adults. The hotel was in a great location to explore the old town of Nice and all the beautiful attractions. Good sized rooms with a free water dispenser on each floor being very welcome

The breakfast buffet was of a very good range and quality. The staff were all friendly and extremely helpful and the costumer service was excellent

The hotel's location is excellent. One thing that made a huge difference in our experience at this hotel was the attention and care we received from the staff member, Vivian. Always smiling, she made us feel at home

Close to beach and there are restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk in any direction. Our room was compact but cosy and had everything we needed and very clean. We were room only so can't comment on food

The hotel is very close to the beach, a 5-minute walk away. The nearest subway station is a 10-minute walk away. There are many restaurants and dessert shops around, and the taste is OK. In short, it is a good choice!

Great location, minutes away from the beach & all the great restaurants. The room we booked was spacious enough for 2 people. They provide shampoo, body wash and additional grab & go towels for your beach day

Where do I start? Me and my father arrived and were greeted by fantastic staff member at the reception, Jerome, who was happy to help us and was able to give us an upgrade to our room, as well as offering help for whatever we need

Pros: You can see the Nice coastline when you open the window. There are many people running and walking in the morning. The scenery is nice! It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the train station in a straight line

We got upgraded to a sea view room. That made me me give a 4 star. Staff is friendly and helpful. I was eligible for free breakfast during weekends but I wasn't informed. When I tried the breakfast for €19

The hotel is close to the shopping district and next to the famous brand street. It is very convenient for shopping. You can see the beautiful Angel Coast when you cross the road

The surrounding accommodation is very convenient and the CP value is very high

There are many restaurants downstairs, most of which allow walk-in dining. You can ask the front desk for a toothbrush, but they will only give it once

Premium experience, nice and spacious rooms, beach 2 minutes away. Breakfast is served in a large selection and in a wonderful milieu. Great cleanliness and all the staff are very courteous and kind

We asked for the aircondition, but were told that it could not be used before May, so we just had to open the window (we stayed there from april 27th to may 2th)

The room is clean, there is an elevator, the kettle needs to be borrowed from the counter, the soundproofing is a bit poor, but everything else is good

Outside it was very noisy from the tram and all the people and cars. The temperatur outside was 26˚ C plus the sun and inside the room it was 28˚C

The hotel should turn the AC on according to the weather and not the calender! The breakfast was average in a very small room

The price/performance ratio is very high. The room is right next to the sea when you open the door. The room is cleaned every day and is very tidy

there are few beaches around just 2-3 mins walking. the area is walkable to nearby amazing restaurants and the port. there is an amazing walk by the coaston the other side. would just enjoy my glass of wine by the window

If you want that vibrant beach scene you may not like this more laid-back hidden gem. Parking was plentiful and free (sometimes required creative placement of the car but still worlds better than Old Nice)

Rooms were just large enough to not feel cramped, and with the large windows open you get a nice pleasant sea breeze with spectacular views and very little road noise

There is also a desk in the room, which is convenient for occasional overtime work at night

Bring shoes that you can use in water, because the stones are going to hurt your feet. Our room felt a little bit dated. Bathtub was not built for me with broader shoulders. AC worked quite well at start

Walking distance to several beaches, restaurants and shopping! Our room overlooked the sea and you are able to open your window. The view in the day and especially in the evening is incredible

It’s an atrium style where the rooms look down into the breakfast / dinner pool area. The breakfast had a lot to offer (freshly made omelettes always a plus!) which was well needed before a full day of adventuring

Perfect experience! The sea view is super beautiful. I also tried swimming and sauna in the hotel. It was really a bit too happy. The hotel is in a very good location, opposite the sea.

The sea view is first-rate, nothing to say. Except for the occasional maintenance noise during the day, it was OK most of the time, and the front desk was very friendly

One of the children in our group was tearful and a female staff member got all of the kids popsicles unprompted to pacify the situation. My daughter forgot her baby blanket that she has held dear for 5 years

This is probably the best hotel that I've ever stayed. I've stayed at their resorts in multiple Hawaiian islands as well as Barcelona, but this was the best. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful

We enjoyed drinks overlooking the sunset on the Mediterranean at night. Great for romantic getaways to families. You can rent e scooters and bikes in the hotel lobby which was an added surprise

Maison Durante is right across the Nice ville railway station proximity to the tram line to visit the old town, sea side and café, restaurants, sightseeing, etc

We stayed here exactly these dates last year, late review!! We were there for 5 nights. The room was decent sized and clean. The whole hotel has a very charming, rustic feel to it. We didn't have breakfast there

It is an extraordinary boutique hotel with lovely courtyard with flowers and trees. The staff, Chloe, Julie and Emma hosted us like at home. Breakfast is elaborate and excellent

The only inconvenience was the bathroom exhaust fan which was very noisy, unfortunately we realized it at 11pm and so we preferred not to call anyone and with the bathroom door closed it was a little less audible

This is a 3 Star property! No a/c to speak of … it’s so hot in the room, I can barely sleep or get dressed. To blow dry your hair you can’t do it in the bathroom you need to do it in the dark room

No power on blow dryer whatsoever. Asked about a new one told they are all the same. They updated the showers but that’s it! Staff all very nice, breakfast meh

The real highlight is the location - centrally located, a short walk to the beach, Colline du Château, and the Old Town, and close to transit for a day trip to Monaco or Eze

The location is between the center of Nice and the airport. There is a tram right outside the door. It only takes 11 minutes to get to the beach in the center of Nice

We stayed in this hotel for 6 days and 5 nights in the south of France. The front desk specially arranged a room on the top floor with a 270-degree sea view for us

It is very convenient to take the tram to the airport at the hotel entrance. You can also take the train to other cities in the south of France at the Grand Arena station next to the airport

Just beside Tram station ( L2 &L3). Room is small but with this rate it is totally acceptable. Breakfast is Horrable ( i am sorry but this is really far from normal standard)

Close to old town and city center. Very convenient for walking to the beach. Variety of cheese and bakery in the breakfast. Nice coffee. We like our 2 day stay. Highly recommended.

( I can't start the day with my tea !) But all in all, its a great location just behind the seafront, and easy walk into town and good value for money

The staff are wonderful; helpful without being intrusive. The courtyard with the fountain is a real gem; having our morning coffee there was such a treat. Definitely saving this place for future trips to Nice

Super comfy, spotless, and perfectly located. We stayed in Room 1 on the ground floor, and it was surprisingly quiet despite the hotel being in a busy, touristy area

Weve visted Nice quite regularly in the past and this Hotel , although smaller than most weve stayed at- gave us a lovely time, and will definitely be returning

The only downside is that the bedroom was a bit too small, and the tea and coffee making facilities a bit sparce- they don't provide milk so we had to buy some
