Where to stay in Nice

Not big variety in breakfast, always tables waiting for cleaning during breakfast. For the daily price we pay it's not acceptable that they charge the sun bed in the beach.

Environment: The only advantage is that it is close to the sea. The balcony has a sea view, which is very beautiful on a sunny day. Service: I ordered milk tea on the day of check-in, but I didn’t finish it and left it in the room and went out for an afternoon. When I came back at night, I found that the hotel service staff had entered the room and thrown away the milk tea?

Spacious and clean. Perfect sea view. Free sparking water is a good plus. With a basement car park connected to the hotel.

Hotel is located right next to a metro stop so that's very convenient. We were here for a couple of nights and had a pleasant stay. The rooftop offers a very nice view of the coast . The breakfast was very disappointing however. Other than that, good stay and great service!

Truly a fantastic stay! Location is fabulous, rooms are great. But the best was the staff!!! Shoutout to Naceur at the front desk who was always so friendly and helpful with all the touristy stuff. All the front desk people were so lovely as were the breakfast crew every morning. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Very nice room. Location is a bit far from town centre. I appreciate it is winter but advance notice that the restaurant and pool bar were closed would have been nice. I ended up changing hotel after 1 night.

Great location very close to the beach, with a great view of the sea. Compared to other hotels, the service here is very poor. Always a 5+ person queue at the reception, and very slow service for even things like beach towels. The first two mornings here, the cleaning staff let themselves into the room at 8am whilst shouting “housekeeping!” Not a nice way to wake up whilst on a relaxing holiday....

Every year we spend a few days at this property and every year we are so impressed with the staff. With two kids in tow, they go out of their way to make us feel supported and personalize our trip. Avocado tartar 3/5 stars - the chef mix the soft and unriped hard avocado so I think that’s not so professional for this top famous hotel Fish soup- 4/5 stars. Their signature dish but I had much better fish soup. Their coutons were very hard and soup was a bit too salty. View was nice but can’t say amazing because you see the streets and the cars

The restaurant is very nice and cute. The food was amazing — everything we tried was delicious. The Steve Molinari fish soup was one of the best dishes we’ve ever had. The portions are generous: we ordered one tasting menu and, for the other person, a starter and a main dish — and we both ended up full. The staff was very friendly and professional. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Our server Emelie (I hope that’s right) was fabulous! We had a great night. We are from Germany and can’t speak French but we we were all working together to make it work. Thank you Emelie! Food was phantastic. Unfortunately, we didn’t like the drinks very much though they were well crafted but I wish there was one or two more classics on the menu like a proper Daiquiri, a Gimlet or anything like that...

This is a not miss restaurant in Nice! The staff are just next level amazing and everyone was so helpful for my dairy and gluten allergy. They brought our gluten free bread and even made me a special dessert. Highly recommend!

Travel to Nice and visited here 2 times ! Really love it !! The food is amazing and same as the service and atmosphere! Even though second visit the service personnel made some mistakes, but the manager and other personnel immediately came over to apologize and gave us some nice cocktails from the house !! We tried tasting menu and also tried some a la carte , all are tasty and beautifully presented...

The perfect hotel for a trip to Nice. A high-end hotel with everything perfect. The spa is also perfect. I was happy to have found such a top-notch hotel. I will definitely stay here again for my next trip to Nice.

The pictures advertised for the room that we booked didn’t match the real room that we received. Instead of a cute little terrace, we got a weird half window. They tried to make us pay for an upgrade. I don’t understand why I have to pay for an upgrade when we didn’t receive a proper room to begin with. Leaving it after a night stay. Will not be coming back.

Perfect experience! The sea view is super beautiful. I also tried swimming and sauna in the hotel. It was really a bit too happy. The hotel is in a very good location, opposite the sea.

The sea view is first-rate, nothing to say. Except for the occasional maintenance noise during the day, it was OK most of the time, and the front desk was very friendly. Overall, it is traditional, but I am very satisfied with it.

I have a lot of praise for this hotel, especially its service. I had a spare phone, a relatively new one, which fell on the bed. I had already checked out and left my luggage at the hotel. When I came back from a day out, they immediately recognized me and gave me my phone. It is a very reliable hotel.

The hotel is well located! The rooftop bar is very nice! Breakfast is very good! We liked the hotel. Unfortunately, the room didn't smell very good... and the furniture isn't the newest... The price/performance ratio isn't always good... as far as the rooms go... otherwise, everything was top-notch... The staff was very accommodating!

Fairly basic room but had good air conditioning and the location was fantastic being a nearby walk to both the Airport and train station. Staff were friendly as well making the check in and check out processes nice and straightforward.

Make sure you reserve the parking first prior arrival or you may need to pay extra for parking near the hotel (Ibis / novotel). Friendly staff, and strategic location if you want to travel to Cannes, around Nice and Monaco by car (30 mins drive) and Airport is just nearby the hotel

Stayed here for a weekend with a group of friends. Really friendly staff, great location opposite the beach and a short walk to the town/markets. Rooms are fine for the weekend. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, best part of this hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet, excellent location! However, the state of our rooms was quite disappointing. The rooms have not been kept up well. Some outlets didn’t work, horrible ineffective 1970’s hair dryer attached to the wall, banged up dirty walls, peeling/chipped paint and ripped carpeting. The scenery of this hotel is very good. You can see the sea directly from the balcony. It is very beautiful~ Every day when I come back to the hotel and look at the sea view, I feel really comfortable! I highly recommend this hotel. You must get a sea view room!

The service was outstanding for us. We had 1 night in Nice to fly out the next morning and changed hotels last minute due to our first hotel there being gross and terrible. The room is suitable for a family of three. You can see the blue sea when you open the door. It has a balcony, which is suitable for watching the sunrise. The location is relatively superior, suitable for leisure and vacation, and the transportation is convenient to the train station and Monaco.

The hotel is very nice with an excellent location in Nice. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only downside is that a lot of the equipment in the gym was broken unserviceable.

Staff were friendly and everything was very clean. The views from the roof are amazing. The location was convenient for us: 10 minutes from the train station where we arrived and used to visit Monaco and Eze, and 10 minutes from the beach club the hotel partnered with for a discount. The walk to Old Nice was over 20 minutes but not unpleasant to walk along the beach.

From Denmark, Copenaghen, I traveled to my holidays in Nice. I visited the pub in late July and was blown away by the incredible view! Brenda, who worked there, provided exceptional service. Hotel is a long walk from the old town, made very easy with the short 5min Tram ride with a stop outside the hotel. Staff are very welcoming, friendly and super helpful. Breakfast buffet is fairly extensive in choice. Only disappointment was the mattress which was uncomfortable.

I not know how many stations of bus or trams at the door of the hotel . I feel very easy and convenient to almost sightseeing places.the staff are professional and kind .the breakfast is good.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, welcoming, and beautifully run. The rooms were fresh and spotless, with great air conditioning and a very comfy bed. While the décor could benefit from a slight refurbishment, overall the room was excellent. I especially appreciated the Rituals toiletries — such a nice touch! The hotel is a bit old, but the rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. While not central, the location is convenient and easy to reach. A good option for a quiet and restful stay.

The hotel is right by the sea, a few hundred meters away from the Castle Hill Park. You can see the Cote d'Azur of Nice by going downstairs. The sanitation and environment are very good, with everything you need. The only drawback is that the room is a bit small. Overall, it is a very good experience!

The bathroom smells very bad and disgusting. I can't change rooms. I pinched my finger when I opened the window for ventilation. The wooden blinds on the window and inside are unreasonable. It's easy to pinch your hand and it hurts. There is a strong smell of paint in the corridor

I stayed in this hotel for a few days and it was the best experience I have ever had at a hotel. The receptionist was extraordinary, the hotel was well cleaned and maintained, the rooms were amazing with views and the bed was super comfy!!!! We had a wonderful mini break in Nice and the friendly and welcoming experience of the Beau Rivage hotel was a lot of what made it a memorable vacation. The rooms are bright and clean and the breakfast options were superb! We hope to go back very soon and will keep a lookout for any mid-week deals.

1/The room is relatively new and the toiletries are good 2/The location is good. There is a supermarket downstairs and a mall within a 5-10 minute walk 3/Breakfast is a home kitchen style, simple meal, eggs, ham, sausage, 1-2 kinds of fruit + canned fruit, bread, cereal, etc.

The staff were fantastic, especially the sweet cleaning lady and receptionists and the location is pretty good. Rooms were alright, the large clown over the bed was pretty off-putting though and some parts of the room seemed worn out.

The location is great, and the hotel is a cozy relaxed space. Everything about this hotel is spot on. The only (and major) issue is the beds. The mattress is too firm. I simply couldn't sleep. Even my friend, in a separate room, complained of the same issue. A few nights in, we decided to switch to another hotel so we could sleep better. No other complaints about the hotel, honestly.

The hotel was in a really good location which was a short walk from Port Lympia and Nice Riquier station if you want to get to Monaco. The old town was also close by. Room is clean, very close to nice city centre. The staff was very welcoming, close to supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy. Restaurants in the area are quite decent, you can reach the beach within 10 mins of walking. The breakfast is a bit expensive(＞20 eur).

I had a couple days available and quickly decided to spend them in the South of France. I haven't been there for years, about time to catch up. And it was a wonderful time, the hotel is located absolutely perfect, only minutes to the beaches, to the restaurant and to the main shopping streets. Close to Nice Ville railway station and also Medecin tram station (which goes to airport). Room amenities are basic. Breakfast is normal. Free popcorn at ground floor.

Very centrally situated but quiet. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Our dog was made welcome too. The receptionist in the morning, who also served us breakfast, was charming. And the translation about the mosquitoes was hilarious!

Beds are extremely narrow 70 cm, the mattress was sliding on the box spring. Even at the front-desk apologized about the beds size. Worst night ever. Not as advertised at Trip.com

I love this place, very close to the train station. Not so far away from the city center, around 30 mins walk to the beach section. We stayed here for the carnival and it is very convenient for us to catch the train the next day.

The hotel is right next to Nice train station. It is very convenient to catch a train to Cannes and Monte Carlos. The bathroom is quite small.

The hotel is near the tram station, opposite the sea, so the location is very convenient. The room is cleaned every day and is clean. However, there is no hair dryer in the room, so every time I need to use it, I have to go down to the reception to borrow one.

Good location . Just beside Tram station ( L2 &L3). Very near to beach as well . Hotel service if good . Staffs are friendly . Room is small but with this rate it is totally acceptable. Breakfast is Horrable ( i am sorry but this is really far from normal standard) . Overall is ok , reccomended to stay but you can find your own breakfast.

The location is between the center of Nice and the airport. There is a tram right outside the door. It only takes 11 minutes to get to the beach in the center of Nice. If you like a quiet environment, you can choose this place. There is a bakery opposite the hotel. It is much cheaper to buy a cup of freshly squeezed juice for breakfast.

Excellent location , close to tram station. The city center is 20 minutes walking. If you take the tram is 7-10min. The employees very friendly . The room was clean , the towels are changed every day . There is a bakery very close in which you can enjoy delicious croissants and so on …

The bathtoom was super small. I have to mantaine the door open for me to get Ready in the morning. The Mattresss and pillow was hard.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and functional, but a bit cramped. Hotel is very convenient to train station, in a OK but not great neighborhood. Getting to prime dining and shopping areas of the city is a long but manageable walk.

The 12 square meter room is really too small, but the sea view facing the Bay of Angels in Nice also makes us forget the size of the space temporarily. In front of the building is the beach of the English Street, behind the building is the market of the old town of Nice, and opposite is the City Hall. Sitting on the terrace, you can watch the tourists coming and going, just in time for the French music...

Good location, cleanliness in the room and the hotel itself is renovated. From the hotel you immediately go out to the embankment and the beach. If you take a Standard room, be prepared that there will be nothing in the room except a kettle and paper cups. The balcony that overlooks the courtyard is good but the view from it is so-so, the minus is also that there is constant noise from the working...
