Bath room needs improvement for renviation . Hair dryer too old

Great location very close to the beach, with a great view of the sea. Compared to other hotels, the service here is very poor. Always a 5+ person queue at the reception, and very slow service for even things like beach towels. The first two mornings here, the cleaning staff let themselves into the room at 8am whilst shouting “housekeeping!” Not a nice way to wake up whilst on a relaxing holiday....

Not big variety in breakfast, always tables waiting for cleaning during breakfast. For the daily price we pay it's not acceptable that they charge the sun bed in the beach.

Environment: The only advantage is that it is close to the sea. The balcony has a sea view, which is very beautiful on a sunny day. Service: I ordered milk tea on the day of check-in, but I didn’t finish it and left it in the room and went out for an afternoon. When I came back at night, I found that the hotel service staff had entered the room and thrown away the milk tea?

The hotel is very nice with an excellent location in Nice. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only downside is that a lot of the equipment in the gym was broken unserviceable.

Stayed there 2 years ago and experienced the most fabolous breakfast. Now the breakfast was, at best, average.. Big disappointment

Staff were friendly and everything was very clean. The views from the roof are amazing. The location was convenient for us: 10 minutes from the train station where we arrived and used to visit Monaco and Eze, and 10 minutes from the beach club the hotel partnered with for a discount. The walk to Old Nice was over 20 minutes but not unpleasant to walk along the beach.

Stayed a week in September. Perfect in every way. Room was comfortable. Location very near bus and tram stops. Only 10 minutes walk from Place Garibaldi Staff were superb especially Ksenia on the front desk who gave excellent advice and explained how to use the trams and buses. We would definitely like to return. Highly recommended.

Hotel is a long walk from the old town, made very easy with the short 5min Tram ride with a stop outside the hotel. Staff are very welcoming, friendly and super helpful. Breakfast buffet is fairly extensive in choice. Only disappointment was the mattress which was uncomfortable.

We booked this property because it had airport shuttle only to find out upon arrival it is not working. Although hotel is in walking distance to airport, we had a lot of luggage and had to get a taxi to take us. Was told their shuttle is electric and does not working often. The hotel is right by the sea, a few hundred meters away from the Castle Hill Park. You can see the Cote d'Azur of Nice by going downstairs. The sanitation and environment are very good, with everything you need. The only drawback is that the room is a bit small. Overall, it is a very good experience!

The bathroom smells very bad and disgusting. I can't change rooms. I pinched my finger when I opened the window for ventilation. The wooden blinds on the window and inside are unreasonable. It's easy to pinch your hand and it hurts. There is a strong smell of paint in the corridor

I stayed in this hotel for a few days and it was the best experience I have ever had at a hotel. We had a wonderful mini break in Nice and the friendly and welcoming experience of the Beau Rivage hotel was a lot of what made it a memorable vacation. We’d definitely recommend. The location is great, giving a nice balance between the old town and beach, without costing too much. The breakfast was very nice and generous.
