We stayed two nights at this hotel during our time at Nice. The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from Nice Riquer train station. There was some confusion during our check in where the staff was saying they need to charge 20 Euro supplement for our 11 year old kid, whereas we had booked the room accordingly with child occupancy. Finally we had to show our email confirmation for clarification. The rooms...
It was a very pleasant two nights stay for me. Every staff was professional, including interns. I had issue paying with my euros card but the staff was patient enough to sort it out for me. The room upgrade for platinum members was also done smoothly. The welcome amenities were great compared with the other NH I’ve stayed at. Rooftop restaurant was small but lovely with awesome pool view. The only...
Celebrated our 1st Wedding Anniversary at the NH Nice. The hotel celebrated with us. Rooms were lovely, pool was cold, but you got used to it! Food was delicious, breakfast was good with fresh pastries and real coffee. Good location next to the trams and some great food!
Great staff and services. Rooms are lovely as well. Only minor complaint is that the heating is centrally controlled. Which means our room was too warm but you can't cool it down.
The hotel is 20 min away from the beach/promenade. It's a nice hotel, decent lobby space, street parking is a bit awkward for taxis or shuttles to park. Housekeeping was efficient and daily. Shower and toilet rooms are separate, TV, sufficient closet space and full length mirror are included in room.
The hotel is in an excellent location! The room we stayed was in the 3rd floor, fully renovated, spotless clean! There's some noise but only if you open the window. The staff was very polite and very helpful in every problem or demand we had. We stayed for 3 nights. They changed the towels every day. The breakfast was excellent 👌🏻. There's a roof top bar with an great view. Also gym and sauna was included...

The room is not as big as I expected, but it is comfortable and clean. The staff are very nice and friendly. The restaurant offers good good with reasonable prices, which makes it a convenient choice for dinning without the need to go out and explore. The lobby atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, with nice sitting areas, restrooms, and iced fruity tea.
The staff at conceiage as a whole was so welcoming. Really appreciated the daily provision of cold tea at the lobby which was so great in these hot days. The water machine on each floor was definitely good and I appreciate it very much. Room size is good enough for a family of three. Housekeeping was not bad, only my cups weren't cleaned every day. A bit disappointing about the bed sheet which was...
The room was sufficient and close enough to main restaurants. The hotel restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was amazing, as was dinner and there was one waiter on our first night - Antolio ( sorry if I misspelled) who was efficient, funny and very very helpful. It was a pleasure being served by him. Thank you.
We was a little disappointed over the standard of the room. Pictures on the web shows just newer room in all categories. This room was old with carpet, but clean. Most of the staff had very good service. We were also disappointed when we checked out and they did not ask how our stay was or welcomed us back. Hotel is just near the tram who take you to the “whole” city. Very good location.
We had a lovely 4 night stay here. It is very conveniently located on the tram line at Palais des Expositions. We did feel there wasn't a ton of restaurants or things to do in the area of the hotel but the accessibility of the tram line made traveling to sights very easy. The hotel was super clean and well equipped. I would definitely recommend staying here for a trip to Nice.
Not comfy beds, heavy used beds. Breakfast delicious. We've been staying just one night and didn't eat anything else there.

Loved this hotel and its vibe. Staff very friendly and helpful. We booked a standard room for our vacation and although it was a little underwhelming, because of the yellow wallpaper, red, white and grey striped curtains and brown paint, it was fine for our stay. Just one thing. We used the bath as it was much too slippery to stand and shower, but getting out of the bath was quite difficult without...
Fantastic location along the promenade. The hotel is perfectly situated for walking around the city and the waterfront. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and bakeries within walking distance of this hotel. The hotel staff were very attentive and professional and friendly! The room was clean, and the on-site restaurants were very good.
The staff here were kind enough to upgrade our room upon checking in for no extra charge - as a result we had a top floor sea view room with the most beautiful view. The hotel was lovely though a little further out from the old town than anticipated. I would recommend this hotel, but be prepared for a decent walk to the old town/marina.
After spending a week at the West End hotel I had to leave a review. This hotel is extremely well kept. Very clean, the location is amazing. We had the breakfast every day and it never disappointed! We ate dinner at their restaurant on my daughters birthday and it was a fabulous meal. We arrived after a long flight from the US and the front desk gal Selema showed us to our room and asked if we were...
An absolutely beautiful hotel. It was so nice to wake up looking at the sea. The hotel staff were exceptional. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. I had a fantastic stay at the Hotel West End.
I had a decent experience here. Check in was easy, parking was right behind the hotel in a garage for 25 euros a night. The breakfast was included in our room, it was average, nothing to write home about. The room was a decent size, had a little spot to put our luggage in and out of the way. The bed was average, could’ve been better however, it was a bit stiff. The AC worked however at least. Bathroom...

Staff were friendly and everything was very clean. The views from the roof are amazing. The location was convenient for us: 10 minutes from the train station where we arrived and used to visit Monaco and Eze, and 10 minutes from the beach club the hotel partnered with for a discount. The walk to Old Nice was over 20 minutes but not unpleasant to walk along the beach.
From Denmark, Copenaghen, I traveled to my holidays in Nice. I visited the pub in late July and was blown away by the incredible view! Brenda, who worked there, provided exceptional service. She was attentive, friendly, and made me feel truly welcome. Thanks to Brenda, my experience in Nice was truly special. Finding such genuine hospitality is rare, especially compared to other places I've stayed...
Good: -Clean room -Friendly staff, kept breakfast stocked and were helpful at answering questions and providing service -Comfortable beds and pillows -Had a balcony with a nice view -Nice spa -Beautiful rooftop bar and breakfast area -Decent food -Nice pool -Maintenance was consistent Bad: -The room had NO AIRCONDITIONING after advertising they had it. From our arrival (group of 10) and being greeted by Avetik, who was friendly, informative, and jovial. To the service on the rooftop by Ines and Pat. They really made the stay at this hotel fantastic. There was nothing they would not do for us. We were always greeted by a smile from them. Rooftop jacuzzi was amazing, a little small, but we were aware of that. Rooms were fine, beds were comfy, black...
Very nice rooftop pool and djacuzzi with a bar, spacious rooms and good service. Only downside is slow elevators.
The rooms are pretty old and tatty, they’re not splendid at all, it’s hard to believe it’s a 4 star hotel. But the rooftop pool and jacuzzi truly are splendid, the fitness centre isn’t bad, breakfast is pretty ok, staff are friendly and helpful. If you can get it at a cheap price, go for it, but if it’s only available at full price, you’ll probably be pretty disappointed with the tired old rooms.
Well located 10 minute walk from city center and 5 minutes from the promenade Also close to the train station If you coming from the airport there's a tran 5 minutes away Great breakfast Nice and clean Staff speaks English Nice and available to help

Great service for a late night check in. Room that was initially given to us lacked any character, paint job was wearing off and sheets were super thin and uncomfortable mattress and no headboard. Second night we requested a different room due to space constraints from the original booking, but the super reception...
Hotel is a short walk from all the main areas, beach, shopping and dining. Hotel itself is very comfortable and the service is excellent. Our room was a surprise, with a wraparound balcony. With the pleasant weather we were able to enjoy the ambiance and soak in Nice.
Once we had got over the size of the room, everything else was great. The staff very friendly and efficient plus great location, can walk to most places.
I stayed two nights at this hotel last week and it was perfect for my needs. It is very central, walking distance to all the all the main shopping streets, the Promenade, and restaurants. The room was a bit small but fine if you only use it to sleep there (and the bed was very comfortable), and the bathroom spacious and modern. The staff was very nice and helpful.
A nice central location, a lovely and spacious room, nice staff and a nice breakfast service. They also have a water station with carafes in the lobby and canisters of loose leaf tea in a lovely set up.
We could check in earlier, everybody was very friendly, the location of the hotel is amazing and we loved our spacious balcony. There was the opportunity to get fresh water from the lobby- amazing!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Nice Beau Rivage. The location was fabulous- smack in the middle of town and a stone's throw away from the beach. I had sadly read some negative reviews of the hotel, posted only a few weeks before my arrival date, and therefore was a bit unsure of what to expect. However, the negative reviews couldn't have been more wrong. Sure, my room was a little outdated...
The hotel is nice and clean and in the best location. 1 minute to the beach with their own beachclub. In old town nice. Room was very small, shower not big enough for my boyfriend who is 1.93. People were very friendly. Price/quality was good!
This is not 4 star hotel. To many out dated furniture, stains on the carpet, and broken shower and flooring in bathroom. The shower didn't work correctly according to pictures. The water went from hot to cold during showering. Multiple stains on carpet. Only good thing is Location in old Towne nice.
A very elegant City Hotel near to the beach which definitely enhances any stay in Nice. A fantastic location making many of the great sights and experiences of Nice very accessible. The Hotel also has great rooms and staff ready to help you enjoy your stay. Breakfast is very well catered to meet small or large appetites and following this start to the day exploring Nice, and it environs, is a challenge...
This hotel was recommended to us. Our overall was excellent! The location was excellent with great customer service. You could walk directly into old town or cross the street to the beach. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! It’s an excellent choice for a great price—everything was clean, cozy, and comfortable. I especially want to mention Fahd, who went above and beyond to make our stay incredibly enjoyable. He was always there to help with any questions or concerns, making everything so much easier. Nice rooms, friendly service - especially the receptionist (Othman), train and bus stations near the Hotel, free water and coffee. It was our second trip and we are very happy. We will come back.
Cleanliness 9/10. I liked the rooms; they were modern and elegant. However, I couldn't adjust the shower water to be cold, only warm. The breakfast lacked nutrients and had insufficient vegan and vegetarian options, and the coffee was bad, so I wouldn't recommend the breakfast.
Our flight got cancelled in the evening so we had to quickly find another hotel to spend the night & we found this one by coincidence. Couldn‘t have found a better one! We had a very relaxing evening. The breakfast was amazing and prepared us for our long flight. The staff was so nice! Especially Othman! He made us feel very welcome! Will definitely come back! :)
Arrived late (plane), I was guided by phone then I received a personalized welcome, a very good quality meal in a spacious and nicely decorated dining room. The room is very well designed, it is spacious and the hygiene products of quality. Breakfast is royal in this beautiful dining room. Until the start, everything was of an exceptional level of service and quality.
Very nice served, many options and fresh food for the breakfest. 😋 The hotel was very clean, room service on daily base, including towels change. I think it was really not necessary. This is a great place to stay. We only spent one night at the Mercure, as we were flying out the next morning, but it will be my go-to in Nice from now on! You cannot beat the location: directly on the promenade in Nice. Great mid-way on the promenade. Conveniently located near restaurants and shops. Not the best but in terms of price to quality i can say it is ok. The bathroom and toilet are in different locations?!? in the room. Lady in the desk was a little bit rude in the first day but then she was ok. The blowdryer is the worst!!!! It even does not help a little bit to dry your hair.. Visited Aston La Scala on my honeymoon and the only thing going for it is the location. It’s PRIME to say the least. Everything else is just beyond average…. This is a 2 maybe 3 star hotel acting like a 4 star. We arrived in Nice at roughly 11am and obviously we weren’t expecting to get into our room. The First lady we spoke to was lovely and said she would put us in a priority to get the room cleaned...
very well located, and rooms are ok if you don’t intend to spend a lot of time in the rooms. Cleaning is not done well, and the rooms are old. Our shower had some moldy corners. Shampoo etc wasn’t refilled. Overpriced for the quality you get.
Stayed here for a long weekend as a group of 4 with 2 rooms that were paid for as the same. First impression was good, nice location near the newer area with all the shops and only a 10-15 min walk from the older town. Excellent place, nice and helpful personell, I lost some items in the room and all was returned when I came back to pick up my luggage. Delicious food as well! I recommend it for short and long stays in a great location.

The best part about this hotel is the top location. On the other side, if one charges €450-500/night+ for standard rooms, one expects the breakfast, air conditioning and overall friendliness of the staff to be much much better; all of these elements were well below acceptable levels…way below. BEST VIEW IN NICE - so happy we stayed here. Very helpful and accommodating staff and the perfect location, we didn't want to leave. Would definitely come back and recommend to everyone. :)
Perched at the Castle Hill end of the Bay La Perouse is perfectly placed as a base to explore the City, Port and Promenade Des Anglais. The hotel has a modest entrance but walk through to the rooms positioned further back. Sea view rooms are worth stretching for. Not cheap and it’s four rather than 5 stars.
Great location and very kind and helpful staff. Clean rooms (albeit smelling of cheap car deodorant) and generous breakfast buffet. So, why only 3 stars? The hotel looks tired starting from the reception (not what one would expect from a 4* hotel), all the way through the dining room (unattractive) and the bedroom. The view is great, the building has great potential, but interiors are disappointing...
We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel for a family celebration. The best things about the hotel is the location on a hillside under a park (the old castle ruins) next to the old town (5 mins walk to lots of bars and restaurants), the view (we had sea view rooms - it is worth paying for), and the wonderfully friendly staff (Kristin at reception and the energetic and cheery lady running the breakfast...
Facilities and Old Town location were very nice. It's an old building and the elevator situation is a little unusual, but upkeep is really good. Pool is wonderful and clean. The hotel is in a great location, at the top of the Promenade des Anglais, the beach of Nice, and close to the old town. The hotel itself is not great - small rooms with thin walls. For the price, which wasn't cheap, you are paying for the view and location. Service was good - with a free upgrade. But given the size of the room to which we were upgraded, I'd hate to see what we had originally.
Great location with a great view!!! Staff at front desk is really helpful with checking in and introducing the local tourist sights/restaurants. Rooms are little bit old. But the overall experience is quite satisfactory.
We spend new year eve there, booked from online website (agoda) with a very good price which make it a very good cost/quality deal. The location of the hotel is excellent, making it convenient for exploring the city. However, the internet connection is a disaster—unreliable and slow, which was very frustrating. The hotel is in need of renovation; the facilities are outdated and could use some serious upgrades. On a positive note, the reception staff are very accommodating, helpful, and friendly, which made our stay more pleasant...
I stayed the Nice Riviera hotel for total of 4 nights. The hotel location is prime. It’s in close distance to so many things which was the major plus of my stay. The room was average, however clean and neat. I was not impressed that the rooms get only one set of water bottle at check in. You don’t get daily re supply of water and they don’t have vending machines for water supply so you have to go...
Great hotel choice with a great location to everything. I think if I return to the french riviera, I would consider staying here. The Air Conditioning did not work as well as hoped but that is the trend within europe anywhere. All else went well, nice sized room and all
Klejda at the front desk is a very helpful and friendly professional. She went above and beyond in assisting with medical needs and intervening on our behalf. Highly recommended. The rooms are nice with toilets located in the bathrooms (unlike many hotels in France)
Good hotel to just spend the night. I would have expected a bit more for the price but considering how touristy Nice is, well it's ok. Location is the best feature of the hotel. Don't recommend having breakfast at the hotel, quite pricey and not so good. I would always recommend strolling around and having breakfast at the lovely cafes around anyway.
Very good hotel. Nice location close to tram and train. Easy to visit other cities close to nice as wel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit nice and cities around nice. 10/10

A nice and clean hotel in a good location. It is realistically a hotel for three stars, not four, so the price should be low. Rooms on the ground floor should be avoided because there is not enough privacy in them. Small garden is very sweet. The best part of this hotel is the staff who are very friendly.
The location is ok. It’s around a 10 minute walk from the nearby metro station. It’s a very short walk to the promenade Anglais. It’s advertised as sea view and maybe some rooms are but for me I had to stick my head out the window and turn it to see a flicker of sea. It is around a 20 minutes walk to the more central area of Nice like the old town. There is not much going on apart from the promenade...
Rooms are too small for 2 people . You cant even open the luggage or walk around . Really tiny . We stayed for 1 week and the room size was very uncomfortable. The stuff here is very nice and cleaning is great. But won’t stay again only because need a bigger room . Location is great 👍
A really nice hotel!
Very much enjoyed our stay at La Villa. Close to the promenade des Anglais (couple minutes walk) and beaches. Lots of activity around the area and not far from some of the nice walking areas and restaurants (Old Nice was a leisurely half hour walk). Room size was nice, however the one drawback was that we found the bed a little uncomfortable. Would still very much recommend for location and price.
Great place with very kind and helpful staff. Perfect location near the beach, close to public transport if needed, hotel could be also easily accessed by walking, it takes about 20 min from old town. Thank you, we have enjoyed our stay very much!

Excellent 👌 I’m very glad I picked this hotel, it was just want I needed. Very comfortable rooms, convenient facilities and the location is excellent and oddly enough not noisy despite its central location. The staff were great too!
Maurice and the male chef were so nice and kind, all of the staff were really good. Breakfast was tasty and the location was on point! 5/5 would go again!
Good location, not sure if this is a 4-star hotel. We stayed in a junior suite, and the room was still small. The remote for the TV did not work (which we did not mind), and there is no fridge. Very friendly staff and convenient location close to the train station. You can park your car at the interpark (near the station).
The hotel location is very good, close to basically everything. The AC was very good, the room were clean everyday with fresh new towels. Price was also great compared to the service level. Maurice and the team are very helpful and ready to help and guide you. Highly recommended
Location was perfect and it was close to the Nice train station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The AC was strong and the room was comfy. The hot water was not working on the first night but the hotel fixed it right away.
Great hotel in Nice. Very comfortable king size beds and amazing views of the city. The only problem is there’s no parking, and the area is a tourist center with a lot of traffic. There’s one 24 hour paid lot by the train station, but you will run over a few tourists driving there!!!
