Hotels near sea shore in Nice

Nice views to beach from room 122 and from rooftop pool and bar area. Noise from road and planes quite loud if doors are open but if closed then OK. Cons: Far from the old town, a very long walk

Not big variety in breakfast, always tables waiting for cleaning during breakfast. For the daily price we pay it's not acceptable that they charge the sun bed in the beach.

Best feature is an amazing rooftop terrace and pool. Pool very clean and plenty of chairs and clean towels. Service at the pool mediocre at best

Environment: The only advantage is that it is close to the sea. The balcony has a sea view, which is very beautiful on a sunny day

Very nice room. Location is a bit far from town centre. I appreciate it is winter but advance notice that the restaurant and pool bar were closed would have been nice. I ended up changing hotel after 1 night.

When I came back at night, I found that the hotel service staff had entered the room and thrown away the milk tea?

Great location very close to the beach, with a great view of the sea. Compared to other hotels, the service here is very poor

The following days placed the do not disturb sign to prevent it, and then room wasn’t cleaned at all. Had to call on an evening to request it. No water refills despite 30+ degree weather outside

The first two mornings here, the cleaning staff let themselves into the room at 8am whilst shouting “housekeeping!” Not a nice way to wake up whilst on a relaxing holiday

Not the level of service that would be expected when booking a suite and paying well over £1000 per night

The room has a view of the sea. The service is very thoughtful and enthusiastic. It is convenient to take a taxi. It is very convenient to eat and shop. The interior of the hotel is very unique

The rooms are partially renovated and some facilities are a bit old, such as the beds. But the hotel is in a very good location and the hotel's private beach is beautiful

Unfortunately, we didn’t like the drinks very much though they were well crafted but I wish there was one or two more classics on the menu like a proper Daiquiri, a Gimlet or anything like that cause I think it’s perfect for a hot night at the French Riviera

Travel to Nice and visited here 2 times ! Really love it !! The food is amazing and same as the service and atmosphere! Even though second visit the service personnel made some mistakes, but the manager and other personnel immediately came over to apologize and gave us some nice cocktails from the house !! We tried tasting menu and also tried some a la carte , all are tasty and beautifully presented...

All sorts of croissants and other tasty pastries, great coffee and tremendous service, especially by Amira who is not only quick on her feet but also able to propose the best breakfast options tailored to my preferences

The portions are generous: we ordered one tasting menu and, for the other person, a starter and a main dish — and we both ended up full. The staff was very friendly and professional. We’ll definitely be coming back

I highly recommend purchasing tickets for the beach club across the street through the hotel. The concierge can call ahead and reserve lounge chairs (ask for the front row by the water for the most beautiful views!)

It’s an atrium style where the rooms look down into the breakfast / dinner pool area. The breakfast had a lot to offer (freshly made omelettes always a plus!) which was well needed before a full day of adventuring

this could not be further from the truth. The level of service, friendliness and helpfulness exhibited by all the staff at this hotel tops any hotel we've visited (even fabulous stays at Ritz and Four Season)

My family just had a wonderful stay at this Hyatt in Nice. The location is perfect for everything in the city. The rooms are well appointed and the pool was fantastic

The staff found it and had it shipped to our home. Our hotel room was enormous with a gorgeous view of the coast. Any request we had for more waters, wine glasses, blankets, etc. was answered promptly and with a smile

As you can see from the photo it was NOT. This is very poor for a 5* hotel. I had read on other sites that all rooms have at least a partial sea view

She also brought balloons and welcome champagne as it was a special trip with a lovely card from the hotel staff. She was amazing and is a credit to the hotel. Location 7mins to the beach and 7mins to the train station

Fantastic hotel with great location. Rooms were lovely with a terrace. Lovely touch at night with a turndown service. Spa and rooftop pool were great especially after a long day sightseeing

Rooms cleaned to perfection and all fresh towels and bedding. Staff were fantastic especially Samantha who checked us in. She was friendly and gave plenty of recommendations for eating and heading out on day trips

We recently visited this hotel and loved it. The staff were very friendly (naturally) and nice. We were with our dog and a dog bowl & a dog bed were provided by the hotel

it was really fine, it was cheap and gave us a room that is normal for its price. The staff was nice enough and it was useful when we asked for help

After telling this to the reception they just come up with excuses that they were fully booked which was absolutely false. The management doesn’t offer any compensation and it feels more like a self service hotel

We had an issue with the bathroom, and it was quickly and kindly resolved. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need for an overnight stay. The staff are very kind and helpful

Good charging ports, enough room to move around if you had two small luggages - maybe a bit harder with bigger luggage but it could be managed. Bathroom was tiny but shower worked well. For its price, an awesome stay

Good location with tram and bus station across the street. Staff is friendly and the hotel is newly built in 2020. The prices are respectable compared to other hotels surrounding this area around the airport

The staff here were kind enough to upgrade our room upon checking in for no extra charge - as a result we had a top floor sea view room with the most beautiful view

I reserved a room on the top floor with sea view. These rooms are modern here and with more space. The hotel is the first hotel on the promenade des Anglais, so prepare yourself that it is old style but I adore it

This hotel is located right on the best section of the Promenade des Anglais. Those rooms facing the sea has 180 deg view of the Nice coastline and our corner room has even more expanded view

The hotel is within an easily walk along the coast to the Nice old town or take a bus ride with 2 to 4 stops. There is also a tram station not far with the L2 tram goes directly to the Nice airport terminal

We had a corner room on the top floor, it was spacious, clean, with a fantastic view, and we could hear the ocean at all times. Breakfast buffet was very extravagant and well stocked

Very good place to spend a few days in Nice, small choice for breakfast, clean, a bit noisy at night but it didn't bother us, close to restaurants 10 minutes from the promenade, we liked it very much

The rooms at the hotel are not necessarily the latest fashion and one can say for sure a bit used, but well, all I need is a good and clean bed, and it was very comfortable for a good night rest

As I also took some time to jump over to Monte Carlo, Cannes and Grasse, it turned out that the Gare de Ville, the main train station also is just located like a 10 minute walk

Augustin train station, from where it is easy to do day trips to places like Antibes, Cannes or Monte Carlo. Spacious and comfortable rooms. The swimming pool is not big but very clean and never crowded

Walkable distance bit one can use the regular airport shuttle at no cost. The rooms are clean and spacious and contemporary. There is an adjoining restaurant where you have a pool and food is available

I would like to recommend Park Inn Nice airport hotel in Nice, France. The hotel has many advantages: 1. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, who easily manage even difficult problems. Excellent location near Nice St

All the people at the front desk Mohammed, Beatrice and Marie made my stay comfortable and were always there to help and answer queries. If I come back and want to live close to the airport this is where I'm staying

The hotel bathroom is relatively large, the facilities are relatively old, it is very close to the British Avenue, and it is very convenient to see the sea.

Nicest staff I encountered in a while! So attentive and genuinely friendly! Free coffee and quality tea all day at the lobby, super clean, great breakfast included with fresh french croissants, pastries, eggs, cheese and more

For a 4-star hotel the design and the attention to detail is so good and soothing. Even the plates and mugs at breakfast are the same color scheme as the lobby and the rooms

Very convenient location to the train station and 10 minutes walk to the beach. Room is cleaned but temperature of the shower varies (very hot or very cold). Good continental breakfast.

My wife and I recently stayed at rhis hotel for 3 nights. We had a corner room with terrace. Very nicely appointed and clean. Hotel staff were super accommodating. Hotel is strategically located in Nice

The staff are really nice and supportive, especially the gentlemen in the reception. The rooms are nice and clean, although there is no view. But the location which is near the beach is nice

Not to mention the filtered water system with the glass bottles they provide. Their breakfast was included and was good as well. I would definitely stay here again

Location wise this hotel is walking distance to the train, tram, lots of dining, shopping, entertainment and about a 15 minute scenic walk to the beach

The room was a bit small but fine if you only use it to sleep there (and the bed was very comfortable), and the bathroom spacious and modern. The staff was very nice and helpful

A nice central location, a lovely and spacious room, nice staff and a nice breakfast service. They also have a water station with carafes in the lobby and canisters of loose leaf tea in a lovely set up.

There is a supermarket downstairs and a mall within a 5-10 minute walk 3/Breakfast is a home kitchen style, simple meal, eggs, ham, sausage, 1-2 kinds of fruit + canned fruit, bread, cereal, etc

Very good, the room is bigger than expected, the bathroom is clean, not far from the beach in Nice. The surrounding environment is still quiet, but not far from the dining area, very good

Very good value hotel. The room is not big butbit’s enough. The location is perfect. The breakfast not too many options but good food. Very recommended

The hotel is in a good location close to a tram stop, the beach, several restaurants and my favorite - a French cafe next door with 50% off pastries after 7 pm

The only downside for me was no microwave in the room, although the rest of the stay was great, so that was really just a small thing

Breakfast had a lot of choices. Heavy on the pastries but enough other options. The rooftop is amazing in view service and few. The front desk staff was helpful. If I stay again, I’d prefer a higher floor

The location was convenient for us: 10 minutes from the train station where we arrived and used to visit Monaco and Eze, and 10 minutes from the beach club the hotel partnered with for a discount

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Nice Beau Rivage. The location was fabulous- smack in the middle of town and a stone's throw away from the beach

We were there for the Ironman World Championship and it was a perfect location for that. Even if we had just been visiting, everything was very convenient

We had a wonderful mini break in Nice and the friendly and welcoming experience of the Beau Rivage hotel was a lot of what made it a memorable vacation

Got upgraded by Holiday Inn as they were full. Good hotel, breakfast was great with nice selection and a chef to make omelettes on request. Stayed only one night for a flight the next morning

Lovely hotel, very well situated within two minutes of tram and rail links, with underground parking available to the rear of the hotel for those bringing or renting cars. Pricey parking though at €22 a day

The hotel has an underground garage for 20 a day. There are also many parking spaces on the street, which is convenient for self-driving tours

The room is very new and has a resort style. The first floor is very nice to take photos. It is on the edge of the old town and is close to everything. There is a big Carrefour nearby where you can buy things
