Truly a fantastic stay! Location is fabulous, rooms are great. But the best was the staff!!! Shoutout to Naceur at the front desk who was always so friendly and helpful with all the touristy stuff

A perfect stay at the Radisson Blu Nice! We stayed on the 6th floor, with a lovely view and truly attentive service throughout. The team was wonderful, the room spotless, and the room service absolutely delicious

The first two mornings here, the cleaning staff let themselves into the room at 8am whilst shouting “housekeeping!” Not a nice way to wake up whilst on a relaxing holiday

Always a 5+ person queue at the reception, and very slow service for even things like beach towels

The breakfast was good value with plenty of choice. The staff were mostly great except the women at the pool bar in the evening who was very rude and condescending. I would stay here again purely based on location

Our room lacked basic maintenance, the bathroom extractors did not work, the overhead shower did not work and the heated towel rail was stuck on maximum making use of the toilet beneath uncomfortable

Perfect location for exploring Nice

Disappointing welcome. The television did not work despite the intervention of two hotel technicians. A cleaning lady had put vinegar in the kettle. Impossible to make tea or coffee. Disgusting smell in the kettle.

We were given a very small room, even though we had booked a 20 sq. The room and the bed were very worn, there were no bathrobes or slippers (which are part of a 4-star hotel). There were also a lot of bed bugs

We called a lady from reception and showed her, took pictures, but nothing helped us. We were told to stay in the room anyway because an unexpectedly large number of guests were arriving for a conference

The interior is modern and white and it feels glamorous, with the hotel rooms following suit

We stayed for several nights, under a low season (starting Nov 1) deal. The hotel was very quiet except for Friday. The outside is very grand indeed. Inside it has been modernised, but not perhaps to everyone's taste

My wife and I ended our time in France in Nice and Hotel Boscolo was the only hotel in our whole trip to make our honeymoon feel special! It is in a great location for access to the train station, and is also walking distance to other public transportation options, with a light rail station with service to the airport essentially right outside! We would definitely stay again

The main entrance area was roomy, but bright white, with some very weird art installations. We did not find that these improved the ambience! The bedroom we had was basically nice

The convenient “included breakfast” had a good selection of options ,such as precooked scrabbled eggs, a machine to boil eggs, another to make small pancakes and self serve automatic coffee machine with lattes, cappuccinos etc

They go above and beyond to make sure the guests are enjoying their stay. The guest room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the sea. The breakfast was excellent—a nice variety to choose from

This hotel is located right on the best section of the Promenade des Anglais. Those rooms facing the sea has 180 deg view of the Nice coastline and our corner room has even more expanded view

CONS: I had booked it because they advertised with parking available, but when I showed up they said I had a big van and it would not fit on their parking and recommend to park at Parking Meyerbeer, which is around the block from the hotel but had to pay €42 daily rate

Stayed here for a weekend with a group of friends. Really friendly staff, great location opposite the beach and a short walk to the town/markets. Rooms are fine for the weekend. Air con in the double wasn't great

Pool table and free tea and coffee between certain times of the day in the reception area so if your leaving your room at 12 noon and your flight isn't till later you have access to the drinks, shower area and they will store your suitcases

Good people make a difference in our perception of the hotel and our experience in the city. Vivian is definitely one of those people who made the difference in giving us the best references for our stay in Nice

The breakfast buffet was of a very good range and quality. The staff were all friendly and extremely helpful and the costumer service was excellent

We stayed here as a family of 3 adults. The hotel was in a great location to explore the old town of Nice and all the beautiful attractions. Good sized rooms with a free water dispenser on each floor being very welcome

The hotel's location is excellent. One thing that made a huge difference in our experience at this hotel was the attention and care we received from the staff member, Vivian. Always smiling, she made us feel at home

Location very near bus and tram stops. Only 10 minutes walk from Place Garibaldi Staff were superb especially Ksenia on the front desk who gave excellent advice and explained how to use the trams and buses

The lobby and bar/restaurant area is quite clean, modern and smells good. Area surrounding hotel feels very safe

Our room was super clean, comfortable and well equipped with appliances, TV, mini bar…Breakfast is great! Couldn’t ask for a better place here. We highly recommend this hotel

Close to beach and there are restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk in any direction. Our room was compact but cosy and had everything we needed and very clean. We were room only so can't comment on food

We did move due to noise issues. this is not the fault of the hotel though, due to central location there are early deliveries and refuse collection… after 5 nights we asked to be moved

We heard work going on in nearby rooms so we assume some are being upgraded or repairs happening. These didn't spoil our stay as we were too busy out and about exploring the area

The rooms are partially renovated and some facilities are a bit old, such as the beds. But the hotel is in a very good location and the hotel's private beach is beautiful

Very stylish restaurant with great food and excellent service. Surroundings truly breathtaking. Lost a star in rating as they don’t offer zero alcohol sparkling which nowadays isn’t really acceptable in a 5 star hotel

What a great evening here! The staff really are the best part. We loved the service and atmosphere! We had chicken, steak and a burrata starter! The wine list was comprehensive

Good location, close proximity to tram station, main highstreet and walking distance to the beach. Breakfast was of expected quality. Staffs were friendly and multi-lingual. Would come back for the next visit.

The room is small with somewhat dated finish. It's ok for staying at night while you go on day trips out of town. The breakfast has good selection

We had also very early check-out and guy from reception would like to arrange breakfast package for us with extra payment, even we had our stay includes breakfast. It was little bit strange for us

The hotel offers free snacks and drinks including various types of coffe and tea. The canteen is spacious, cozy and relaxing. It offers different zones which cater for my needs. I can do my offical work there

Hotel is located far from the center and you need to take a tram for 35 minutes to reach to Jean Medicine street! There is nothing within 5-10 kilometers around hotel and if by chance you arrive at night, you can’t find any supermarket nearby! I’m still wondering why no investment of opening supermarkets in Nice! Hotel is clean but same as other European hotels, facilities are lacking so many items...

The hotel calls itself a 4 star one, but for 4 star, there should be a mini-fridge and a kettle in a room. Other than that, our stay was good.

The canteen offers reasonable priced dinner. The shampoo, body wash and hand wash is good. The staff are nice and they were willing to assist you and cater for your need

Really good option for people who are looking for a hotel near the airport. Commuting to the city centre is convenient using the trams.

Lastly, the room was also very good, with two bathrooms and a balcony. Overall 10/10, will be coming here again if I am back in Nice!

Good service and good surrounding environment

The hotel is very close to the beach, a 5-minute walk away. The nearest subway station is a 10-minute walk away. There are many restaurants and dessert shops around, and the taste is OK. In short, it is a good choice!

Excellent location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants! The rooms were clean and everything you needed was provided. The staff were lovely and friendly. I will definitely stay here again!

Where do I start? Me and my father arrived and were greeted by fantastic staff member at the reception, Jerome, who was happy to help us and was able to give us an upgrade to our room, as well as offering help for whatever we need

I was going to say its very clean for what it is and cleaning staff are good, but on the last day they forgot to give me any new loo roll or towels so I had to go to reception and get those, so that annoyed me

It's located near the Parc Phoenix tram stop (5 minute walk) which is good for access to the main city or the airport. The hotel is basic and cheaper than staying in the centre, and easier from the airport

If going on day tours its a good hotel to be picked up from compared to central Nice because it's harder for drivers to stop in the centre

Convenient It was a nice hotel, convenient as it’s walkable distance from the airport and they were able to check me in before 3pm which was really nice after an overnight international trip to get a nice shower right away

Very good location: Nice-Ville train station is the next building from the hotel, 2 mins walking to Avenue Jean Médecin, walking distance to the Promenade des Anglais, 5-7 mins walking to Cathédrale Saint-Nicolas de Nice… and many other beautiful places are located in walking distance

Staff was extremely helpful with my limited French. Breakfast was excellent. Well located near the central train station. Towels were a little on the worn side, but were clean and adequate.

Location was good. Next to railway station, opposite has bus stops. Breakfast was good. Free WiFi was high speed. Had microwave for guests to use.

Reception staff very helpful as we was English and couldn't understand french it was no problem for them to speak English and help us kind Nd friendly staff. Bar men 2 nice guys friendly and make great strong cocktails

We asked for the aircondition, but were told that it could not be used before May, so we just had to open the window (we stayed there from april 27th to may 2th)

Outside it was very noisy from the tram and all the people and cars. The temperatur outside was 26˚ C plus the sun and inside the room it was 28˚C

The hotel should turn the AC on according to the weather and not the calender! The breakfast was average in a very small room

I would probably not recommend the hotel if you plan to have no car and want to walk to everything, but if like us you were planning to drive to nearby places and use the hotel as a quiet retreat, it was perfect

If you want that vibrant beach scene you may not like this more laid-back hidden gem. Parking was plentiful and free (sometimes required creative placement of the car but still worlds better than Old Nice)

I will say the main courses at dinner weren't amazing, but they weren't bad by any means, maybe 7/10. Certainly they were worth the cost to eat outdoors and take in the magnificent sunsets

If I had to mention one improvement point, it would be air conditioning, as it is really gentle, so you must remember to shut the balcony to keep the heat out - during the night, it was perfectly fine though and temperature was just perfect

Bring shoes that you can use in water, because the stones are going to hurt your feet. Our room felt a little bit dated. Bathtub was not built for me with broader shoulders. AC worked quite well at start

The staff found it and had it shipped to our home. Our hotel room was enormous with a gorgeous view of the coast. Any request we had for more waters, wine glasses, blankets, etc. was answered promptly and with a smile

It’s an atrium style where the rooms look down into the breakfast / dinner pool area. The breakfast had a lot to offer (freshly made omelettes always a plus!) which was well needed before a full day of adventuring
