Bath room needs improvement for renviation . Hair dryer too old

Great location very close to the beach, with a great view of the sea. Compared to other hotels, the service here is very poor. Always a 5+ person queue at the reception, and very slow service for even things like beach towels. The first two mornings here, the cleaning staff let themselves into the room at 8am whilst shouting “housekeeping!” Not a nice way to wake up whilst on a relaxing holiday....

Every year we spend a few days at this property and every year we are so impressed with the staff. With two kids in tow, they go out of their way to make us feel supported and personalize our trip. We stayed for several nights, under a low season (starting Nov 1) deal. The hotel was very quiet except for Friday. The outside is very grand indeed. A fantastic place to stay in Nice. The hotel lobby is beautiful, the staff are warm and welcoming, the pool has a fun vibe with great music, and the rooms are very spacious. They have nice little finishing touches like macaroons as a welcome treat. Spa is included in your stay. The location is great and makes it very easy to walk around Nice. Highly recommend for your stay here!

Avocado tartar 3/5 stars - the chef mix the soft and unriped hard avocado so I think that’s not so professional for this top famous hotel Fish soup- 4/5 stars. The restaurant is very nice and cute. The food was amazing — everything we tried was delicious. The Steve Molinari fish soup was one of the best dishes we’ve ever had. The portions are generous: we ordered one tasting menu and, for the other person, a starter and a main dish — and we both ended up full. The staff was very friendly and professional. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Good location. Very close to the beach. Bring shoes that you can use in water, because the stones are going to hurt your feet. Friendly staff. Our room felt a little bit dated. I visited here last week with my daughter. We had a spa day to start and it was excellent. The location of the hotel is perfect. Walking distance to several beaches, restaurants and shopping! Our room overlooked the sea and you are able to open your window. The view in the day and especially in the evening is incredible. It is worth the upgrade. I had a wonderful stay, what a beautiful hotel, with an incredible view over the Nice and the Mediterranean. The silence and privacy of the rooms are really appreciated. We stayed at this lovely hotel for a week and enjoyed every minute. We had a room with a large terrace (203) that had a wonderful view of Nice and the sea that enabled us to enjoy our breakfast and the sunset outside. The hotel is clean, modern and well run. This was a very nice hotel located in a quiet area. The hotel had great views of the city. Very professional staff - clean, helpful friendly environment. Wonderful drink and dining area outside and nice pool. Inexpensive Uber trips to any place in Nice, especially museums and old town. We will stay there next time we are on holiday in Nice.

The superior room I booked had two sockets next to the bed that didn't work, and I couldn't plug in my phone. The elevator was broken on the day I checked in, so I had to carry my suitcase up to the fifth floor. The superior room had three large windows, and the curtains on the window facing the bed were broken and couldn't be pulled down.

Loved our stay at Yelo Jean Médecin Hotel, Sonder! The design was stylish and modern, with thoughtful touches that made the room feel welcoming and comfortable. The location was perfect—right in the heart of Nice, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It truly felt like a relaxing getaway. It was wonderful. It was very clean. I recommend a room with a bath. You can go to many places within walking distance. The hotel always smelled good near the front desk. They bake bread in the hotel. There was a female staff member who could speak Japanese. I asked this hotel to make a reservation for a local restaurant before I left Japan, and they responded quickly and kindly.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, cosy and nicely designed with a comfy bed and chairs to lounge in.

The hotel is nicely furnished and designed. The AC was not working properly in our room so Cesar at the front desk upgraded us to a bigger room with functional AC. The breakfast was excellent. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend the Gounod for a visit to Nice.

The room is clean and tidy, the front desk and cleaning staff are very enthusiastic, but the room is small, the lighting is poor, the partitions and decorative panels in the room have a pungent smell, I don't know what materials they are made of.

The hotel's location is indeed not comparable to those by the sea, but I like this hotel very much. It is not too far to walk to the old town. The overall decoration is very comfortable, and there are many freshly made choices for breakfast. What surprised me most was their service. Every staff member was very considerate and made me feel pleasantly taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Splendid. We were lucky and was assigned room 510 which was comfortable and had the added bonus of a balcony. The staff were so welcoming, helpful and accommodating. This hotel is amazing! The rooftop pool and hot tub allow for the most amazing view. All the waiters we encountered were kind and accommodating, and Romeo made sure we enjoyed our time there. The breakfast is very good and diverse. We will come back!

The hotel is very nice with an excellent location in Nice. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only downside is that a lot of the equipment in the gym was broken unserviceable.

The Windsor Jungle Art Hotel was a great spot for visiting Nice. Close to the promenade and in the Carré D’or neighborhood. The staff is very accommodating and serves a nice breakfast in the garden. Comfortable rooms with large tubs are available. You can get a voucher for the beach club and even a massage can be arranged for rejuvenation! Tréy bien!

My partner and I were so excited to stay at this hotel, and while the staff was friendly, the rest of the experience was a letdown, especially for the $660 we paid for three nights. ​Our room felt old. Not Like The Pics online at all. The window blinds had a bizarre yellow tint, which didn't feel very clean. The hotel has some great features, notably the garden, pool and art. Also secure parking. And obviously a great location. But the bathroom didn't meet our expectations for 4* and needs renovation and in the meantime, a deep clean. It would also be helpful to have a sign from the parking to indicate that you have to walk back out onto the street then all the way round the block to access the hotel...

The hotel was in a really good location which was a short walk from Port Lympia and Nice Riquier station if you want to get to Monaco. The old town was also close by. Very well located hotel. The building has the French charm for sure. Quiet road, close to shopping and you can walk to the beach within 10 min. Our room was small for a triple room as it had two huge king size beds but we could barely move around. The toilet door did not close well, the TV didn't work. Adored this place. Our room was perfect, and the service at the hotel was excellent. Even though we had a room on the street, we slept like babies. Enjoyed the breakfast and the lovely classical music that was always playing in the common area. All in all lovely and will be visiting again.
