Bath room needs improvement for renviation . Hair dryer too old

Great location very close to the beach, with a great view of the sea. Compared to other hotels, the service here is very poor. Always a 5+ person queue at the reception, and very slow service for even things like beach towels. The first two mornings here, the cleaning staff let themselves into the room at 8am whilst shouting “housekeeping!” Not a nice way to wake up whilst on a relaxing holiday....

Every year we spend a few days at this property and every year we are so impressed with the staff. With two kids in tow, they go out of their way to make us feel supported and personalize our trip. Avocado tartar 3/5 stars - the chef mix the soft and unriped hard avocado so I think that’s not so professional for this top famous hotel Fish soup- 4/5 stars. Their signature dish but I had much better fish soup. Their coutons were very hard and soup was a bit too salty. View was nice but can’t say amazing because you see the streets and the cars

The restaurant is very nice and cute. The food was amazing — everything we tried was delicious. The Steve Molinari fish soup was one of the best dishes we’ve ever had. The portions are generous: we ordered one tasting menu and, for the other person, a starter and a main dish — and we both ended up full. The staff was very friendly and professional. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Our server Emelie (I hope that’s right) was fabulous! We had a great night. We are from Germany and can’t speak French but we we were all working together to make it work. Thank you Emelie! Unfortunately, we didn’t like the drinks very much though they were well crafted but I wish there was one or two more classics on the menu like a proper Daiquiri, a Gimlet or anything like that...

This is a not miss restaurant in Nice! The staff are just next level amazing and everyone was so helpful for my dairy and gluten allergy. They brought our gluten free bread and even made me a special dessert. Highly recommend!

Travel to Nice and visited here 2 times ! Really love it !! The food is amazing and same as the service and atmosphere! Even though second visit the service personnel made some mistakes, but the manager and other personnel immediately came over to apologize and gave us some nice cocktails from the house !! The hotel is well located! The rooftop bar is very nice! Breakfast is very good! We liked the hotel. Unfortunately, the room didn't smell very good... and the furniture isn't the newest... Facility, location, cleanliness all top!

The hotel was in a really good location which was a short walk from Port Lympia and Nice Riquier station if you want to get to Monaco. The old town was also close by. Service at the hotel was really good, staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a good size even though the bathroom was quite small. Breakfast was a buffet with a good selection.

Staff were friendly and everything was very clean. The views from the roof are amazing. The location was convenient for us: 10 minutes from the train station where we arrived and used to visit Monaco and Eze, and 10 minutes from the beach club the hotel partnered with for a discount. The walk to Old Nice was over 20 minutes but not unpleasant to walk along the beach.

The hotel has some great features, notably the garden, pool and art. Also secure parking. And obviously a great location. But the bathroom didn't meet our expectations for 4* and needs renovation and in the meantime, a deep clean. It was wonderful. It was very clean. I recommend a room with a bath. You can go to many places within walking distance. The hotel always smelled good near the front desk. They bake bread in the hotel. There was a female staff member who could speak Japanese. I asked this hotel to make a reservation for a local restaurant before I left Japan, and they responded quickly and kindly.

The room is clean and tidy, the front desk and cleaning staff are very enthusiastic, but the room is small, the lighting is poor, the partitions and decorative panels in the room have a pungent smell, I don't know what materials they are made of.

The hotel's location is indeed not comparable to those by the sea, but I like this hotel very much. It is not too far to walk to the old town. The overall decoration is very comfortable, and there are many freshly made choices for breakfast. What surprised me most was their service. Every staff member was very considerate and made me feel pleasantly taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this lovely hotel for a week and enjoyed every minute. Beautiful sea view room, a bit of noisy in the night

We stayed here for four nights in December 2024, and it was a nightmare. The noise level was unbearable, I could easily hear traffic from the road, and my room was near a parking area. Every morning around 6am, I was woken up by loud dumping sounds, likely from a service truck. The most terrible part was the shower water, it was not hot at all. In colder weather, I felt like I might catch the flu...

It was fantastic, the room is so spacious and with sea view! The service is very good and the staff are very kind! The bathroom is also big and with bathtub.

Not big variety in breakfast, always tables waiting for cleaning during breakfast. For the daily price we pay it's not acceptable that they charge the sun bed in the beach.

It is far from the old town and Castle Hill, and you have to take the tram/bus to travel. There is no room upgrade as seen in the comments, and there is no heated swimming pool. The staff were fantastic, especially the sweet cleaning lady and receptionists and the location is pretty good. Rooms were alright, the large clown over the bed was pretty off-putting though and some parts of the room seemed worn out.

The location is great, and the hotel is a cozy relaxed space. Everything about this hotel is spot on. The only (and major) issue is the beds. The mattress is too firm. I simply couldn't sleep. Even my friend, in a separate room, complained of the same issue. A few nights in, we decided to switch to another hotel so we could sleep better. No other complaints about the hotel, honestly.

Room is clean, very close to nice city centre. The staff was very welcoming, close to supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy. Restaurants in the area are quite decent, you can reach the beach within 10 mins of walking. The breakfast is a bit expensive(＞20 eur).

My wife and I recently stayed at rhis hotel for 3 nights. Exceeded our expectations. We had a corner room with terrace. Very nicely appointed and clean. Hotel staff were super accommodating. Breakfast was lovely. Hotel is strategically located in Nice. Within walking distance of promenade, restaurants and retail stores.

The room is small with somewhat dated finish. It's ok for staying at night while you go on day trips out of town. The breakfast has good selection. The location has easy access to train station, grocery store and the beach/sightseeing area. There is no camera in the elevator.

The hotel is a little far from the old town, and there is a main road under construction, which slightly affects travel. The smell of the hotel lobby is not very good, the room is quite large, and the facilities and hygiene are pretty good.

The location is about 1.5 kilometers from the beach. There is a road under construction in front of the door, which is a bit messy. There is a supermarket not far away. Parking is in a parking building across the road. You need to go to the front desk to get a barcode before driving over. You have to scan the barcode twice to enter and exit the parking building, which is a test of thinking and action...

Lovely hotel, very well situated within two minutes of tram and rail links, with underground parking available to the rear of the hotel for those bringing or renting cars. Pricey parking though at €22 a day. Rooms were spacious and well kitted out with rainfall showers and king beds in ours. Staff friendly and helpful, great selection for breakfast and dinner menu looked nice also.

I recently stayed at the Crown Plaza Hotel Nice, and I was thoroughly impressed by both the accommodation and the exceptional service. The hotel is definitely beautiful and full of California vibes! It’s clean and staff are very friendly. The toilet is separated from the bathroom and bed is comfortable. It’s have kettle and fridge in the room, with huge wardrobe and cabinet for us to put our shopping spree. The only con we found is the aircon in the room will auto turn off after sometime which me and my husband are not used to it

The room is very new and has a resort style. The first floor is very nice to take photos. It is on the edge of the old town and is close to everything. There is a big Carrefour nearby where you can buy things. The hotel has an underground garage for 20 a day. There are also many parking spaces on the street, which is convenient for self-driving tours.

The entire hotel was very welcoming, and the staff were all genuinely kind. However, one lady in particular, Louise, made my stay especially comfortable. She made the booking process effortless and was always ready with helpful advice and options. I highly recommend at stay there.

Good for our 2 night stay but likely not ideal for more than that. Could hear people next to us, located near construction, bathtub is high up so have to high step into it and there's rust in it, no fan in bathroom so paint and water damage, bugs on bed and mosquitos flying around, carpet floors with stains. It is a nice place to stay. Philippe was very nice at the reception, he even took his time to explain us where we should check out during the stay. His suggestions were spot on. The hotel is small and cozy. I will definitely go back there again.

Best thing about the hotel is it’s location. Otherwise it is an old hotel. ROOMS are spacious but do offer basic amnesties like water kettle. Parking through the hotel is not advised at all. At the same cost one can park on the road and avoid the hassle of driving down 3 floors in an underground private car park. Also you have to deposit the key back every time you take or drop off your car.

Probably the best decision to stay here in Nice...bigger rooms, central location and the Manuela made our stay most memorable with all her help and assistance. Among the best choice of hotels better than some 4 star hotels also.

Great price, lovely helpful staff and great pool. It's not near the town centre but is near the airport. For a few days peace and quiet by a pool with good sleep in a city it was great.
