Every year we spend a few days at this property and every year we are so impressed with the staff. With two kids in tow, they go out of their way to make us feel supported and personalize our trip. Nice hotel, with views of the Mediterranean. Good service, polite attentive staff. Roof top bar and pool. Room, at least ours, was a bit on the small side but was fine. Shower is the standard European one with half a glass wall so naturally I got water on the floor every single time. Shower floor is very slippery so be on your guard. Staff were friendly and everything was very clean. The views from the roof are amazing. The rooms are pretty old and tatty, they’re not splendid at all, it’s hard to believe it’s a 4 star hotel. But the rooftop pool and jacuzzi truly are splendid, the fitness centre isn’t bad, breakfast is pretty ok, staff are friendly and helpful. If you can get it at a cheap price, go for it, but if it’s only available at full price, you’ll probably be pretty disappointed with the tired old rooms.

My wife and I recently stayed at rhis hotel for 3 nights. Exceeded our expectations. We had a corner room with terrace. Very nicely appointed and clean. Hotel staff were super accommodating. Breakfast was lovely. Hotel is strategically located in Nice. Within walking distance of promenade, restaurants and retail stores.

The room is small with somewhat dated finish. It's ok for staying at night while you go on day trips out of town. The breakfast has good selection. The location has easy access to train station, grocery store and the beach/sightseeing area. There is no camera in the elevator.

The staff were fantastic, especially the sweet cleaning lady and receptionists and the location is pretty good. Rooms were alright, the large clown over the bed was pretty off-putting though and some parts of the room seemed worn out.

Hotel is a short walk from all the main areas, beach, shopping and dining. Hotel itself is very comfortable and the service is excellent. Our room was a surprise, with a wraparound balcony. With the pleasant weather we were able to enjoy the ambiance and soak in Nice.

Once we had got over the size of the room, everything else was great. The staff very friendly and efficient plus great location, can walk to most places.

Very warm welcome and felt recognised as a member. We didn’t have a reservation but nevertheless we got an upgrade and checked in within a few minutes.

I’m very satisfied to stay in Holiday Inn Nice. The room is clean and has lots of space , good enough for one / two persons. They offer one free snack, tea, coffee, chocolate and one bottle of water for my stay. The bathroom have a tub. I like the toiletries, they smell good and nice. The guy and girl in front desk are very helpful and cheerful. Totally recommend it!

Lovely hotel, very well situated within two minutes of tram and rail links, with underground parking available to the rear of the hotel for those bringing or renting cars. Pricey parking though at €22 a day. Rooms were spacious and well kitted out with rainfall showers and king beds in ours. It is a nice place to stay. Philippe was very nice at the reception, he even took his time to explain us where we should check out during the stay. His suggestions were spot on. The hotel is small and cozy. I will definitely go back there again.

Best thing about the hotel is it’s location. Otherwise it is an old hotel. ROOMS are spacious but do offer basic amnesties like water kettle. Parking through the hotel is not advised at all. At the same cost one can park on the road and avoid the hassle of driving down 3 floors in an underground private car park. Also you have to deposit the key back every time you take or drop off your car.

Probably the best decision to stay here in Nice...bigger rooms, central location and the Manuela made our stay most memorable with all her help and assistance. Among the best choice of hotels better than some 4 star hotels also.

Out of the many hotels I’ve stayed in, this hotel has the best service I have ever experienced. Manal, the lovely receptionist was very hospitable. As soon as she found out it was our anniversary she made sure to cater us accordingly. The room was clean, and the hotel in general was in a good location.
