A lovely little hotel, with friendly staff in a wonderful vibrant part of Paris. The lady at reception was friendly and able to recommend an restaurant, which was also amazing. Rooms are a little small but well appointed clean and comfortable. Lovely little view from the room. Cool decor throughout (love the elevator).

Stayed here for the Olympics and paid olympic prices, which is obviously not an issue as it was in the 18th and not far from the Stade de France in St Denis. Unfortunately, the bathroom was slightly mouldy, the room was very small and a very tight bathroom. It felt very claustrophobic. However, the sheets were washed and the room was clean to a large extent ( I found a random pill under the bed). The area had a bakery and nice places at night. Overall, not a bad stay.

The hotel is modern and well located in the Montmartre area, a few steps away from Sacre Cour Badilica (0.3 miles) and a Metro (12 line) station.
No more than 5 or 6 rooms per floor.
Breakfast has a good selection of food.
A good A/C system keeps you cool when in the room.
The area has quite a few restaurants, including a Boulangerie round the corner and a Venezuelan food outlet a few steps away.
The all important (for teens) WiFi is included.
One thing to note is the size of the bathroom, quite small but well equipped.

Fantastic location, easy walking distance to 3 metro stations and monmartre/sacre coeur. Perfect for arrival by Eurostar as its only a few stops to Simplon. Friendly staff, very clean rooms, daily housekeeping. Chiller water machine in reception. As per other reviews...the rooms and bathrooms are small, so if space matters, this isn't the hotel for you. It didn't bother us.

A 15 min taxi ride from Gare DeNord. As expected in Paris room was small with an ensuite. Very clean and comfortable bed. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Would stay again if in the area.

Excellent location, very nice rooms by the Paris standards. The staff is wonderfully friendly and forthcoming. It's an excellent value for money and a nice base for your exploration of Paris.

This is more a 2-star than a 3-star hotel. The rooms are very small, there was mold in the bathroom and the hairdryer didn’t work. When I ask for a hairdryer in the reception, they just ignored the problem.
For 1 night it might be okay, but for 3-4 nights I would stay somewhere else.

Room is very clean, but very small. We expected the room to be small but it was still shocking. Might be one of the smallest rooms I ever booked.
The bed was smaller than usual beds, I have 1.77m and it was not enough.
They had some works on first floor during our stay and they started at 9AM. It was horrible to wake up with the power drill sound, felt like home. I understand they habe works but starting at 10 AM would be more reasonable since we are on vacation and don't want to wake up like this.

Very nice friendly hotel. The staff is very sweet and friendly and go above and beyond to make you as comfortable as possible. I woud recommend this hotel.

Have been visiting the hotel's coworking space! Staff is very polite and hotel is clean! Situated in a great location around many amenities
