Hotel Monterosa - Astotel

Very clean room, very quiet surroundings, about ten minutes walk from the subway station, very convenient to go anywhere, Montmartre is next door, it is also very nice to go shopping at night.
The room has a beautiful glass door, every morning the sun shines in and the mood is very good!

We stayed here for 6 nights in November. We were very happy with the service as well as the ability to control the thermostat/temperature in our room. It was cold and damp in Paris for most of our trip, but our room was cozy warm. The hotel is on a quiet street, so we had great, quiet sleep each night. The staff members were all very friendly and spoke excellent English. Breakfast was much more complete and tasty than we expected. We also LOVED the “Astotour” where we were able to visit other Astotel locations in Paris for free water/coffee/tea, snacks, and restrooms starting at 2pm each day. We visited 4 other locations - all employees were extremely welcoming and the resources were just what we needed to take a break from sightseeing and regroup for more adventures. Overall, we highly recommend this chain of hotels.

It was great! Clean and convenient. Easy check in. Construction in Monterosa didn't cause a bother, we were able to use the breakfast area in the sister hotel across the street

The hotel is located in the 9th arrondissement in the center of Paris. It is very convenient to attractions. You can reach surrounding attractions on foot. There are various bars and dining facilities around the hotel. Although the hotel room is not very big, the double bed is enough for me alone. Drinks are provided free of charge. The bathroom is clean and the service staff are friendly. What is especially commendable is that the breakfast is good and starts at 2:00 p.m. There are free refreshments from 00 to 2:00 in the middle of the night, and there is a lot of food. It was a very satisfying stay. If I go to Paris in the future, I will stay at this hotel again.

The room is very comfortable. The location is very good. You can walk to major attractions in the city center. The price is also relatively affordable. You can smoke at the entrance on the first floor, and breakfast is okay.

I had an 8 night stay at this hotel for a vacation in July. I truly enjoyed my stay. The rooms are spacious for a European boutique hotel. I booked a double room which has one queen size bed. The staff were friendly & helpful. My room was clean & housekeeping did a good job throughout my stay. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast for a fee, which has a nice variety of choices. I ate breakfast at the hotel twice, and I found it satisfying. The hotel has good A/C, which is a treasure on hot summer days.

The hotel is in a good location, very walkable to restaurants, cafés, shops, and some tourist destinations. It is also close to the metro station. Rooms come with a mini fridge, which was refilled each day with complimentary water, juice, and soda. Coffee & tea are provided in the room as well. Snacks & baked goods are also complimentary in the lobby in the evenings.

I don't have many cons to list for this hotel. There is only one elevator, which is small (can only fit 2, 3 ppl max) & very slow so prepare to take the stairs. The hotel only has 5 floors. I stayed on the top floor, and the walk up is not bad. If you have any physical difficulties with stairs, I would suggest requesting a room on a lower floor because there will be times when the elevator is unavailable.
