Hôtel Monterosa - Astotel in Paris

The hotel located in a very nice area, good bakeries and cafes nearby.
Staff are helpful, polite and helpful. The mini bar has cola, juice and water which is great.

Great customer service and thoughtful touches!
The complimentary snacks served from 2 PM to 10 PM are a definite plus. Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable — a solid stay all around.

That was a wonderful stay in Paris. Hotel location is superb, placed on the quiet street with plenty of restaurants and food shops nearby. Three or four metro stations are close to the hotel, but we never used it, just walking - all major spots (Sacre Coeur, Louvre, etc.) are in 20-40 minutes reach.

Rooms were clean and tidy, nothing to complain about. The only thing is a plumbing issue - not possible to get warm water in the shower on 5th floor where we stayed, only hot one. Maybe some issue with water pressure, but who knows. We were so happy with everything else, that this issue was almost unnoticeable.

Another remarkable thing is breakfast. It is served on the ground floor with lovely street view. Tea, coffee, juice, eggs, bacon, some fresh fruits, fresh bread, etc. Absolutely satisfying. Some snacks are available during the day, but again we never used it, we were returning to the hotel only in the evenings.

In a nutshell, I 100% recommend this hotel for short stay in Paris.

My husband and I used Hotel Monterosa as a home base for our 3 week trip to Paris. The rooms were very clean! The location is in a non-touristy area. We found that to be a plus, because we were able to find great meals at reasonable prices. The walk to the Metro station or bus was about 5 minutes. We felt very safe walking in the area. The hotel has a great breakfast (for a fee). We ate breakfast here every day! In the afternoon and evening, they set out snacks, nonalcoholic drinks and water in the breakfast area (free). You can visit any Astotel in Paris to take advantage of the snacks. We visited 5 or 6 other Astotels and they were all lovely and welcoming. There is also a free minibar with soft drinks in the room that is restocked daily. The best thing this hotel offers is amazing customer service. Emma at the front desk went out of her way to make our stay awesome! If we ever visit Paris again we will stay at Hotel Monterosa. I would recommend any of the other Astotels as well.

Very clean room, very quiet surroundings, about ten minutes walk from the subway station, very convenient to go anywhere, Montmartre is next door, it is also very nice to go shopping at night.
The room has a beautiful glass door, every morning the sun shines in and the mood is very good!

We stayed here for 6 nights in November. We were very happy with the service as well as the ability to control the thermostat/temperature in our room. It was cold and damp in Paris for most of our trip, but our room was cozy warm. The hotel is on a quiet street, so we had great, quiet sleep each night. The staff members were all very friendly and spoke excellent English. Breakfast was much more complete and tasty than we expected. We also LOVED the “Astotour” where we were able to visit other Astotel locations in Paris for free water/coffee/tea, snacks, and restrooms starting at 2pm each day. We visited 4 other locations - all employees were extremely welcoming and the resources were just what we needed to take a break from sightseeing and regroup for more adventures. Overall, we highly recommend this chain of hotels.
