The staff is very friendly, and I will consider staying here again next time I come to Paris.
But more importantly, the staff was friendly and always eager to please. From a bottle opener to umbrellas, they met every request. In particular, Christelle, the day manager, was delightful. Not only was she always responsive to our needs and wants, but her positive attitude and friendly spirit made a wonderful trip even better. She was off-work the day we left, so she left a lovely note for us with another member of the staff. We kept it as a keepsake of Christelle's kindness and a reminder of how great customer service can be with the right people on staff. I recommend Paris France Hotel without reservation!
There is a lot of street noise at night, but we are in the middle of the city after all
The room was clean and cozy for one person, but the outside sounds could be a little disturbing.
I didn’t have water or a fridge in my room.
The staff was so nice and friendly.
The hotel staff was so friendly and warm it was hard to believe this was the same reputational Paris. They took care of the little details and stored our luggage for the day when we checked out. The bed was very comfortable and the room was meticulously cleaned every day. It was a great stay here and we enjoyed it very much.
