Very nice hotel with the incredibly professional receptionist, Leonti. This woman is exactly in the right place. Her communication skills and problem-solving abilities are top-notch. We had a celebrity staying at the hotel, and we had to organize everything at a very high level. Leonti managed everything flawlessly. We are so grateful to her for her excellent work and positive attitude! She is the best receptionist I have ever met!

The Hotel is located in a fantastic neighborhood in Paris. The Front Desk/ Check In Representative who checked us in was lazy, unprofessional and gave us a terrible suite. The suite had 2 pieces of tissue and when I asked the representative for tissue he said there was none until the next day. They were all out. When I asked the representative for Hot Water he said he had to go downstairs and couldn't. This representative is the same one who checked us in and his name is Riyad. Awful! Sits down and does nothing for the Guests!
The room was dirty, dumpy, terrible in everyway, the bathtub had mold and we almost tripped when leaving our room on the broken down threshold that was holding the carpet down. Nothing appealing about their Suites/Rooms.
I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!
The staff I would like to acknowledge is Leanti, Front Desk/Check In Representative, Sabri, also Front Desk/Check In Representative (both gave us exceptional service), another Front Desk/Check In Representative who worked the evening (he gave us his own personal umbrella cause it was pouring outside that evening, super helpful), the Gal who handles the Breakfast Area (very nice and helpful) and their Front Desk Manager, a Woman who assisted us on all matters upon our check in and taped down the threshold so we don't trip again!
Over all dirty, dumpy hotel that is broken down. They should be ashamed of themselves to present this hotel in this manner to their Guests! Even the open areas in the Lobby by their Bar is flithy and dirty. Shameful!
Thank God for the Employees who we recognized. We prepaid the 5 nights so if we hadn't we would have found another Hotel to move too!

I recommend Anthony's services to everyone when you stay at this hotel and to drive you around Paris. Anthony is so helpful and so knowledgeable, very attentive to your needs. This boutique and very charming hotel is so beautiful and so close to everything - Avenue Montaigne's high end shops, great restaurants, and many more. I love this hotel! I will definitely stay here when I return to Paris!

I have stayed here on four trips to Paris, great place! Walking distance to a store, the Eiffel Tower and subway to Louvre. Staff is very helpful and rooms are large by Paris standards, very clean.

We stayed 4 nights in Aug 2021 and enjoyed every moment!
The hotel is of traditional French style and is well maintained! Located close to 2 metro stations (Franklin D. Roosevelt and Alma Marceau) and a walking distance from some of the most famous attractions Paris has to offer. Including: Arc de Triomphe, Place de la Concorde, Petit Palais, Ave de Champs-Élysées and more.
Breakfast is as big as the items you select but it is basic with store bought pastries.
We enjoyed staying in this hotel and we’ll surely come back!

The hotel recommended a place for me to buy my wife Tarte Tropezienne - when I couldn’t get hold of the shop they arranged for one to be left in our hotel room on arrival. This was above and beyond and a wonderful surprise to my wife as we’d been let down by a cake for her birthday just before. Amazing service and very helpful.

We booked this hotel because it has “
Wifi” but the reality is that the wifi doesn’t work at all. We stayed here for a week and it was impossible to work or even use our phones. We complained many times and they didn’t fix anything, of course the owner is extremely cheap because they even wanted to charge us 50 euros for an extra person in the room. We complained and they low the price to 32 euros. Which is still very insulting since the room that we booked was a room for 3 and had a king bed and a sofa bed, they didn’t needed to bring any other beds into the room but they still charged us.
Furthermore the hotel lobby and common areas don’t look like a 4 star hotel. The only good thing about this hotel is basically the location. We will not repite our stay. Very bad!

Great hotel with super staff and made our Paris stay more memorable. Excellent location, with shopping, Lourve, tower and Arch within walking distance.
