Overall, our stay at Le Derby Alma was very good indeed. The staff we encountered were all very friendly and efficient. My only real issue was common to almost every hotel I ever stayed in, i.e., the pillows were far too soft.
The continental breakfast was of a high standard but the cooked bacon and sausages were not to my taste.
With it's great location and, for Paris at least, decent price, I'd definitely stay there again.

We moved into this hotel after staying at La Comtesse. The hotel overall was very charming and we had a nice side view of the Eiffel Tower. However, the service was slightly slow but that could have been due to NYE. Overall the hotel is small and charming. The staff is friendly and the location of the hotel is great.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Do NOT!! Go to this location, I still have not revived the hold on payment that was for 150.00€ and I decided to do the laundry service here and they charge me way too much, thankfully I have the receipts where it says they are wrong but still decided to charge my card once more. Without my consent! Even though I had talked to the receptionist and agreed they were only going to charge me for what’s fair and what I order. Guess what an hour later they decided to charge me the rest. I had also requested a taxi from reception and when I got to the location the screen said I was only supposed to get charge 16.00€ but of course the taxi driver decided to charge me 26.00€ instead. I know the fee is the taxi drivers fault but why would the hotel offer this then. They should be taking care of their guest. It’s all about taking your money here in the few days I stayed. Just order Uber if you stay here. I was open and ready to tip the service of the hotel but once I notice what they were doing I reserved myself from leaving anything. Good location but the service and managements is sad.

Beautiful hotel, so near the Eiffel Tower in a great neighborhood. Room was very beautiful and comfortable you don’t want to leave. Service at the hotel is amazing good. They received us at the lobby first as usual and then inside the room there was also a handwritten welcoming note!! Food is room service any time, or breakfast in a self service downstairs , it isvery expensive the food here but great all. I’ll definitely would love to come back to this hotel in Paris again. Thanks!!

What a lovely hotel! The staff are warm and hospitable. It’s so centrally located, so near to the Eiffel Tower and the Siene. I highly recommend it and would stay here again the next time I’m in Paris.

The staff made our stay truly magical with their kindness and understanding. They always had smiles on their faces and made us feel so welcome. They made what was a rough start turn out great. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Good location. WalkIng distance to the Eiffel Tower and Seinne River. Not too efficient. Wish there is at least 2 chairs to sit on since there's 2 of us and not too heavy to move. Comfortable
Bed,there's a small bedside table but no drawer. There is not enough light since my eyes are not so good. Whoever recommended the sink is out of his mind. There is no comfortable place for 4 suitcases. It has bathroom amenities.

Great overnight stay. My flight was cancelled last minute and I was able to book online the morning of my stay. I chose this hotel because it was near the Eiffel Tower and just a 9 minute walk. I only had a night to explore Paris so accessibility was important. I’m also from NY and pretty picky with hotels. I was happy with this hotel. It has a modern/upscale vibe, the bed was very comfy, there were toiletries in the bathroom, drinks and snacks in the fridge and customer service at the front desk was great. Everyone was so polite. The hotel is in a safe area and within walking distance to many restaurants. Staff also arranged for my taxi to the airport the next morning. I’ll definitely return when I’m in Paris and already recommended to everyone I know.

I would like to commend the whole staff in giving their best effort to their guests. We got the room on the 6th floor and it was spacious. There are a lot of food establishments nearby and it’s near to the Eiffel tower. I would definitely consider Hotel Le Derby on my next visit!

Exceptional hotel and staff. In my years of travelling never met such a jovial, professional and kind team. At Hotel Le Derby Alma they know the meaning of hospitality. Thank you all for making our stay extra special and for the mini gift for my birthday. We will be back. Warmest regards
