surprisingly nice ! all staffs are helpful and kind !
me and friend staying in twin bed room, with my 33” Luggage could be opened completely. In kind of modern AC system that not dry like traditional heaters, big enough bath room but without bathtub is fine; I like the balcony in view of street also bringing fresh air in; Our favorite must be the private sauna, we enjoyed 1 hour in the leisure room 😃😃😃! surrounding numbers of cafe, chinese, japanese, vietnamese cuisine, supermarket etc, and for sure the Arc just 2 streets away, perfect stay !

This is a beautiful, quiet hotel in a perfect location. The interior decor is lovely and it is clean and understated. The service is impeccable.
We will stay here again and highly recommend it.

Le Tsuba was a great choice for us for our short stay in Paris. For the price point it is a solid 5 stars. The staff were friendly, check in, check out were seamless. The four stars were given for the room and location because the rooms were rather small, but well equipped. We liked the location while it’s close to the bustle of Champs Elysees it was tucked away off a quiet street, and Uber pickups were convenient. Great choice at a good price!

The hotel overall is good. The service is great.
However I got a room on the first floor, on the street side (despite asking for a quiet room).
The windows are not sound proof. In addition, many trucks will start early morning to unload goods from 6:7am which is very disturbing.
I was not able to sleep well in the past 2 nights. Except that, everything was perfect

I have stayed at Le Tsuba countless of time (4 times a year minimum) and I really enjoyed it - good location, recent build, good value for money, calm etc. but recently the service has gone down - pretty rude team (except Francesco), room not cleaned, hotel maintenance issue which may me believe its relatively “new” construction would get dated easily if they dont take care of it better. I asked for extra pillows in day 1 due to my back problem and it was a hard no; the next day someone else at the reception helped with the request.

Excellent stay at Hitel Tsuba for the Olympics. Great location. Five star service. Good little gym. Lovely breakfast. Clean room with lovely toiletry bag with goodies and water bottles to take home. Brilliant.
