Great location, easy access to any where. Just remember to bring along amenities, hotel only provided towels.

Being a hyatt globalist I rarely leave a negative review on any hotel property.
This hotel really deserves a complete review.
French people are known for their attitude but this is beyond ridiculous. Staff are bad. Poor manner. Unknowledgeable. Outright rude. Uneducated.
At night time there is only one staff and she really doesn’t give a damn. There is no amenities in the room. Basic stuff like slippers, toothbrush etc are to be collected fr front desk. I asked for shaving cream and slippers over the phone - she said yes, come to front desk to collect. When I went down she browsed through all the cupboards and couldn’t find any. “You just have to buy for yourself tomorrow”.
Tv was out of order, no signal, on the night of check in. Again the front desk couldn’t do anything until next day. (Not to mention it’s a tiny screen, smaller than a desktop computer)
Check out time is 11am and there is no extension whatsoever.
When I come back to pick up stored luggage after check out. It really feels like I’m bothering the staff playing with their mobile phones. (To enter the premise building you either have a room key or ring the bell). And I asked to use the bathroom before leaving, again the staff needs to tap her card for the stairs/ lifts. (One level up). She also seems annoyed. Feel very unwelcomed throughout my stay.
Not to forget that. It’s a McDonald right next door/ on the lower floor of the same building. High traffic - perhaps that’s why hotel cars required to even enter the hotel building.
And many reviews already mentioned. Noise. It’s right opposite a busy train station. If you are unlucky and given a lower floor, you will definitely feel the vibration when a train passes by.
You have been warned. Book at your own risk.

Pros
1. Excellent location just across 3 major metro lines (and a bus line). Made it super convenient to commute around the city. It’s also Around 15 min walking distance to Tour Eiffel
2. Rooms are comfortable size for Paris standards. Beds were comfy!
3. Studio room comes with a kitchenette, microwave, dish washer, toaster and cutleries making it easy for us to whip up a simple meal for breakfast.
4. Free coffee/tea/hot chocolate and water dispenser at the lobby. Just bring your cup from the room or reusable water bottle to fill up.
5.We were greeted warmly by Ndeye who helped us get settled in for our stay.
6. There was a local market on Sundays and Wednesdays right under the train track.
Cons
1. The lifts are small and only one was functioning during our stay so be prepared to wait or walk down the stairs.
2. There is no daily housekeeping but there is a comfort room where we could replace supplies e.g towels, toilet paper etc. Since we stayed 6 nights, we were given 1 free housekeeping. Overall wasn’t an issue for us, but may be an expectation for some.
3. You can hear the trains zoom by, but the disruption was minimal as the windows came with decent sound proofing.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Citadines!

Overall pleasant stay. But cleanliness can be improved. Room service not done daily.

Terrible lift service. One lift is constantly under repair and unusable and the other is thus overcrowded. Furthermore, the lift is very small. This leads to over 10 minutes process to get from 5th to first floor.
Horrible cleanliness, bedsheets came stained and for the whole stay the cleaning staff did not clean up the room even once.
In terms of amenities, while such things as kitchen equipment and bathroom mats are provided, strangely enough other basic amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste and other toiletries which normally would be expected of a hotel at this price range were not provided.

Staff extremely helpful. Location is very convenient for shopping daily needs and good restaurants and cafes. The carpets in corridor of hotel rooms need to be refurbished and deodorized would make it more memorable

Excellent location! Super close to the Eiffel Tower. Highly recommend staying here, Monoprix supermarket was right in front along with plenty of restaurants and metro/ transportation at the doorstep.

The room is quite old, especially the bathroom. The shower is not good at all, and there is no fan in the bathroom which makes the bathroom very humid. I don’t think it deserves a 4 star, at best 3.5 or 3 star

The location and the view from the room is very good but they didn’t have toothbrushes and bottles of water at the room. AC didn’t work that much even with its maximum power.
