We loved this hotel. Check in experience was great. Sara at the front desk along with everyone else were always extremely nice, courteous and helpful. The doormen were always nice and pleasant. Manager Rachid was on top of things the whole time, he was so much help, he guided us and helped with restaurant reservations. Location was great. The view from our room was so beautiful, tour eifel and the arc of de triumph. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The location is simply perfect, right on the famous Champs-Élysées, with easy access to iconic attractions, fine dining, and luxury shopping. Whether you're walking to the Arc de Triomphe or exploring the surrounding neighborhoods, everything is just steps away.

Their suites are spacious and relaxing. It was equipped with a full kitchen, that is ideal for longer visits or those who enjoy cooking themselves. They’ve small balcony, which was nice add on, especially that my suite was with Champs view. Floors are accessible in card only, hence very safe & secure.

What really stood out, though, was the service. From check-in to check-out, the staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. They made me feel at home and were always willing to offer recommendations or assist with any request. It’s clear they’re dedicated to create a top-tier guest experience.

Despite being in such a lively area, the atmosphere inside was peaceful and relaxing.

I recently stayed at Fraiser Claridge in Champselysee , and while the overall experience was fine, I felt it was a bit too pricey for the value I received. Unfortunately, a couple of issues took away from the experience: the water being hot and cold which was inconsistent, and the air conditioning wasn’t functioning properly during my stay. Although putting it in cold it keep giving hot air.

However, I have to give full credit to Ben, who made a huge difference at the end of my stay. I was staying in a duplex on the 6th floor with 7 heavy bags. Ben single-handedly managed to help me with all of them, without any assistance from his colleagues. He was incredibly fast, supportive, and professional throughout. His outstanding service deserves a 5-star rating. Thank you, Ben! 🙏👍

You know when the say first few minutes upon check in at any hotels matters it’s either a fail or an experience you take with you

Yes at first I was a bit upset the fact that I had to pay a deposit but honestly I want to thank Mr. Romain who personally came to greet me and explain the hotel policy he definitely knew how to handle the situation in an extreme professional manner same goes to Mr Louise thank you for your hospitality and continuous consideration

The location is excellent it is right next to Sephora Champs
Rooms are really spacious , with a kitchenette

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Fraser Suites, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel exudes luxury and comfort, making it the perfect choice for anyone seeking a top-notch stay.

Stayed in a one bedroom suite as a family of four for a week in late March. Kids stayed in room with twin beds and parents stayed on pull out. All sleep arrangements and bedding very comfortable. Wonderful to have a separate kitchen (stove, dishwasher, fridge with pots, pans, cutlery etc). Airbnb feel with top notch hotel service amenities/housekeeping daily. Free laundry downstairs, which was helpful nearing end of trip for kids.It is an older property with some wear expected. Otherwise, beautiful, peaceful hotel with excellent, responsive service. Location is central to major landmarks and very close to multiple metro stops on 1 line but very luxury/high end shopping heavy with expensive food options. Was able to take advantage of spring sale, which was good value.
