this is the worst hotel in Europe if not in the world they don't know how to clean if it's 3 stars? It doesn't even pull 1 on the first floor in general the rooms themselves are the worst in general it's better to live under the Eiffel Tower than in this terrible hotel

We have stayed a couple of times. the park is really close and very quiet. Transportation also is perfect. We had a really really wonderful time. Especially the kitchen was small but very practical. Thank you so much for having us. We would be back definetely!

The accommodation is ok, the lunch also ok as well as the staff, there is just one remark in some rooms which did not smell fresh, there was a lack of cleaning

See title Unneccessary stress given we were coming over for my daughters best friend's memorial. Phoned on day of our arrival and thankfully the man who answered emailed the qr code. I had emailed a week ago to ask about how we would access our rooms and am upset that I had to end up phone calling to get the code on the day of our arrival.

Hotel that does not correspond to 3 stars. My room was small, without a regular wardrobe, it did not correspond to the photos published on Booking. small bathroom with battered fixtures. Showering in the tub without a rubber mat is very uncomfortable and slippery. CLEANLINESS to be improved everywhere. Fridge not working. The cleaning products (shower gel and shampoo) were not put back into the bathroom every day, I had to request them. Common areas with dated and unwelcoming furnishings due to lack of cleanliness. Check in without requesting documents. Only positive note: quiet location and good sleep.

Small but friendly and well appointed hotel in the 14th arr (South of the main tourist attractions of the city centre), a 10 minute walk from Porte d'Orléans metro station and from there an easy ride to the centre of Paris. The rooms were small but had everything you need for a short stay including tea and coffee making facilities and a small kitchenette which enabled basic microwaving, fridge and washing up. The shower-room was in need of a little updating but was otherwise ok.
A lift is available to the higher floors and you can leave luggage in the entrance loby on your final day, by arrangement with the staff. Entry to and from the hotel is via a key fob for the duration of your stay but you need to check in before staff leave for the day (check arrangements with your booking agent).
Staff are readily on hand downstairs to help and spoke mucu better English than my smattering of basic French. Breakfast is available for a small extra sum per day but was a generous and varied continental style buffet with fresh bread, pastries and copious amounts of coffee and juice if required.
The Parc du Montsouris is at the end of the street and a pleasant place for a stroll or run.

Very central to metro, trams. Which is again very central to most main attractions. Clean and quiet suburb. Some of the rooms are much more spacious than others. 2 lovely bistros around the corner. Next to a lovely park for walking and running.

This small hotel in a quiet neighborhood of Paris was a pleasant surprise. Price was very reasonable, the room was clean and had a microwave, hot plate, and refrigerator along with pots pans and utensils for meal preparation, also had a decent bed and a nice window. The room is small, but that is expected in this price range, in Paris. Just note that the front desk is not open 24 hours per day, but they do email you codes to enable you to enter the property before and get into your room when the staff is not present. Highly Recommended!

The hotel is on a quiet side street, instructions to enter by QR code are sent by email if arrival is after 8pm. Small single room with en-suite bathroom was comfortable, clean, window opened, TV worked, tiny kitchenette with fridge. Good location in south Paris near to Cite Universitaire, next to the park, 15 minute tram ride to the Expo, nice brasserie round the corner serving decent menu until late.
