I booked a non-refundable rate and accepted I’d forfeit the night I couldn’t use. My feedback is about how my request to move one prepaid night to a later date was handled. I wasn’t asking for a straight rebooking - even a small gesture (credit toward the new date, a breakfast/F&B voucher, or a reasonable change fee) would have shown goodwill. Instead, I was told to rebook via Booking.com with no discussion of alternatives or explanation of constraints. We were prepared to vacate early to help housekeeping, but staff showed no interest.
Minor notes: an unlabeled charge for in-room peanuts and unclear advice about “marked” parking (it’s regular street parking and was full). Charming place, rigid service. 2/5
