Terrible service – never again
The hotel service was simply unacceptable. We accidentally left behind a stuffed toy, and after arranging over the phone with reception that a friend (living on the opposite side of Paris) could pick it up, they pretended to know nothing about it. When we followed up by email, they said we needed to book an appointment with a fixed date and time – for a stuffed toy, not a Rolex! After explaining that we live abroad and it would be difficult for us to collect it, they rudely hung up the phone.

On top of that, the rooms were very small and far from exceptional. Honestly, you can find much better places to stay in Paris.

I made booking through agoda with breakfast, paid everything in advance but still i was charged 30€ in terms of tourist tax at checkin or else no checkin and forget your money. Where as in booking nowhere was mentioned to pay extra if it would have i would have never booked at this place plus no cleanliness, no room service, rude receptionist. In Breakfast they served cold and yesterday fruits molded and rotten.

Rooms was not cleaned,shower and toilet was too small with broken lights and clog drains.Fiid was not suitable for the money you paid for breakfast.

Paris was absolutely packed this week and left us with no affordable option, so this hotel was last resort. We paid approx $250/ night, and it was absolutely overpriced.
We understood that hotels are typically smaller in Paris, but the sink size was the size of a palm. It was impossible to brush teeth without spilling water. There were signs of mold and rust.
There's no air conditioning. It was 35 degrees daily, and it was hotter in the room than outside due to poor ventilation. Unable to sleep at night as it was facing main street, and needed to crack the window for air. The washroom was invaded by bugs when you cracked a window for air.
Staff were unwelcoming & rude. Both day & night time staff were rude, and it wasn't due to the language barrier. We booked a room with 2 beds, and the night staff refused to give us 2 keys without any explanation. My friend & I had split agenda and tried to ask the morning staff for additional key, he refused and also demanded us to leave the key to him, stating it was explained to us at check in (we received zero info). When I got back late night alone, the staff didn't allow me to wait for my friend in the lobby and asked me to go home. He only gave me a second key card when I said I would stand here next to him to wait for my friend, given my friend had the only one key card.

Location is in Paris. However, still a 15-minute walk to a nearby metro station. I think having a supermarket nearby was the only positive thing I could say.

Overall, the hotel was horrible, old and unrenovated, lack of communication, rude and untrained staff. It was a very negative experience from the actual hotel room to the management. Would never recommend this hotel.

One of the Worst Hotel Experiences I’ve Had

My stay at this hotel was a deeply disappointing start to my trip to Paris. Despite having already paid for my entire stay online, I was confronted at check-in and told I needed to pay the full amount again. The staff insisted I hadn’t paid and showed no intention of checking calmly. Even after realizing the mistake was theirs, they didn’t apologize — not a word. The whole experience felt more like a scam than a hospitality service.

The room was dirty, the walls paper-thin, and the noise from other rooms and hallway doors was unbearable. Doors slammed so loudly it was impossible to sleep. On top of that, the hotel doesn’t even have a sign on the front — it’s unmarked, which made it feel sketchy and untrustworthy from the very beginning.

Overall, this hotel provided neither comfort nor professionalism. It left me feeling unsafe, disrespected, and regretting I ever booked it. I absolutely do not recommend it.
