Very Good location relatively close to the metro and to an area full of life even at night.
Room was relatively cozy. It had a safe locker which was not working. We loved the water boiler and the tea and coffee bags to make something warm. The bathroom has a tub which is nice to have as well so you can make quick showers or relax in the tub.
The staff also nice and kind.
A small but funcional elevator.
A secure place to deposit bagage.

Several points why you should waste your money on this hotel.
1- Inability to communicate with hotel staff. Staff is not proficient in English.
2- Desired booking didn't not come right through booking.com that we had to ask for what we were promised.
3- Ill maintained facilities and poor housekeeping.
4- Customer service was lacking in addition very poor communication and guidance about our stay.
5- Key card were asked to be left at the front desk each time we needed to leave the hotel.
6- Not mention that the beds were small as in length they were under 200cm.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Great staff! The rooms are fit for the quintessential minimalist! The area is filled with shops, good food options, bikes for rent, and trendy people! J'adore.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and warm. The location was fantastic. I would definitely return.

It was a great value hotel. The room was clean upon arrival. The room was actually quiet and I rarely ever heard a neighbor. It was also in a good location, near the transit. I was not, however, a fan of leaving my key at the desk everytime I left. Came back late one night and receptionist didn't seem happy to unlock the door... Then why have this policy? Also, the sink is tiny and the blow dryer is too weak to be worth anything. That said, we had a good stay and the pros outweighed the cons.
