We arrived tonight at Hotel de Arts Bastille. We were given a first room where the light wasn’t working, so we asked for another room and were given a room with poo on the bathroom wall and door - as well as disgusting mold in the shower (see images below). The receptionist was helpful and gave us the choice between two other rooms - one of them had pee in the toilet that wasn’t flushed. This is unacceptable and not following sanitary standards.

When I arrived, all I can smell was the food cooked by the restaurant even when I was in the stairs ! However, when you arrived in your room, it's an another Story: comfy, warm and a pleasure for the rest
