I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone due to its bad service.
Rooms are clean and the location is so convenient that you can access to the nearest station in 5 minutes on foot, and in 10 minutes to the city center by train.
However, the service was awful... they could not change the dates of my stay, despite that I requested it 2 month before my stay and just after my booking as well as the rooms are not full. It was not big change(only 6 nights stay to 5 nights), so I was so surprized. I would understand and could accept it if my stay were during olympic, but it was not. The name of the staff member was Alexandra, whom other comment referred to as bad.
In addition, when I arrived at this hotel, it seemed that one staff member expressed a kind of bad feeling to me on her face. I don't know why, but I hope it was not a kind of unconscious discrimination bcz I'm Asian. I had other bad experiences here, but I must stop here as I don't wanna make my good memories in France stained.

Even though I made a reservation on their website and paid twice, they do not make the reservation. I paid for the second time and it was deducted from my card, but they cannot create a reservation because their website gives an error. They don't help at all. Some tourist trap, I guess. Never make a reservation.

Ring was stolen!
My partner forgot her ring on the nightstand. 2 hours after checking out she called the hotel and they said nothing was found. We were 100% sure she left it there, so it is not possible they couldn’t found it.
Next to that, the 2 person bed was 140 cm wide! That’s really really small for two persons. Maybe it’s just enough for two children.

Apart from the vampiresque/kitsch decor we had a great couple of nights here.
All veeery clean and the room size was decent! Good bathroom.
They also kept the food we ordered with Uber while we were not there.

I had booked a double deluxe room for three nights. When arriving we got given room 605. This was a double standard room. I had found this out because of a sign inside in every room at the back of the room door. I had not been informed at all that we were downgraded and therefore extremely dissapointed because i did indeed book a deluxe room and was paying for it while getting a standard room. When asking the next morning in reception, staff were clueless and said they can give us some „discounts” without specifying for what at all or something else but didnt know what to say…, the next day supposedly the manager was in and i got offered free breakfast for the rest of my stay which didnt cover the cost of the room change. I was NEVER offered the correct room……? just free breakfast but so i insisted on getting my money back for atleast the price of the room differential and got that done or atleast hopefully the money will arrive in my account after a maximum of 5 business days. Overall still very extremely dissapointing that i didnt stay in the room i BOOKED and didnt get offered to stay in it at all so my expectations where completely ruined. Also the rooms are very close to each other on tight corridors so every opening of another door is very loud and literally can wake you up depending on how deep you sleep, this was also quite annoying. Overall I dont recommend it at all due to the problems we incurred.

Matthew at the lobby always goes the extra mile, he got ice for us when that is not a normal thing in Europe 😀, he really knows the concept of customer service, the room was a little bit small but very pleasant and the bed was very comfortable. We'll be coming back. Thank you Matthew again.

The staff was very nice and attentive. The hotel is clean, the beds are made and rooms are cleaned every day. It is well located in walking distance of Place de la Nation.

Stayed here as part of a trip to Disneyland and enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean and tidy but was noisy due to our location on the ground floor. Service was excellent and reception was really friendly. Nothing really around in this part of town but metro was close by so quite handy!

Great Hotel to stay for a few days to explore Paris. Not on the city center, but great metro connection. Our room facing the busy street were very well sound proofed, we heard nothing. Very nice staff, good amenities (free coffee in the room, luggage storage, fast wifi)

Everything about this hotel was excellent.
As an Asian it’s hard to anyway find good places in Paris but I was so surprised by that place. The rooms are small but it didn’t bother us because they were fully equipped and very comfortable. The front desk staff was also really nice and helped us check in atleast an hour before since the rooms were available. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
