All front desk personnel are very polite and helpful especially when asked about directions.

Great hotel, I recommend! We stayed there twice. They always left our luggage for safekeeping without any extra charges, and left a tip when we left. You can pay for breakfast separately and it will be cheaper than a cafe. Great location - 2nd district - center. It's 5 minutes to the opera, and not far from the Louvre. Literally 5 minutes to the metro. There's a great cafe next to the metro, very popular with locals.

A very small room with only a frosted sliding glass door for the bathroom. So not very private. Also no space in the bathroom for your stuff. Otherwise the room was fine. The walls in the hallways and in the elevator were black. A very interesting choice not making it very inviting.

A Charming Parisian Experience
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Paris. The room was a junior suite and had a charming Parisian layout. At night, we left our window open to listen to the sounds of the city, which was both peaceful and quiet when needed. The hotel's location on a smaller street provided a sense of privacy.

Parking appeared to be limited as is the case all over Paris, so I would recommend using public transportation or Uber. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay in Paris. The receptionists were wonderful each time we interacted with them. They made our experience fun and were very polite and kind. They also took our bags and stored them for us when we arrived well before check-in time.

Great Location in Paris
The location was the best part of this hotel. The rooms are small and I couldn´t get the air to work (though I could open the window) but overall it was nice and the front desk was pleasant. The bed was pretty stiff but ok for a couple of nights.

Very kind and helpful staff, the structure is close to the metro which in a few minutes takes you to all the main attractions, it is close to many restaurants and clubs
