Overall, this was one of the best-run hotels of our entire trip. The decor was up to date and ‘felt like Paris’, the flowers and planting outside gave it a charming ambiance. We also appreciated the free minibar and the breakfast buffet was - again - the best we had seen of all of the buffets in our tour through multiple cities - there wasn’t an overwhelming variety of items, but what was there was carefully prepared and beautifully presented. I even appreciated the dishware - in keeping with the entire design! The staff were extremely professional and accommodating, the rooms were spacious - with a special ‘accessible’ room for those who can’t do stairs. The only downside, which has nothing to do with the hotel itself, was that location was not great for us in terms of bus lines, really the only option for accessible public transportation - but it was a good location for getting to the airport when we departed.

Hôtel was so cute and welcoming. Room had everything you could need with refreshments refilled daily. Location was absolutely amazing! So close to metro, lots of shopping and cafes all over.

Very nice looking hotel, not far from centre Pompidou and Louvre (around 20 min of walking). There are a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and cafes around.
The hotel is situated in a quiet street, so you can sleep without problem.
The staff was super friendly.
Thank you, we enjoyed our time in Paris

Great location, walkable to many trains at the République station; surrounded by amazing cafes. 7 minute walk to Canal Sant Martin. A bit pricier but worth that. Lovely sitting area and cute breakfast in the hotel; rooms were lovely and included a nice complementary mini bar service. Only downside was there was not much storage for putting away clothes.

I really wanted to like this hotel and by looking at the pictures, they gave a super nice impression perhaps increasing my expectations a bit too much. However, rooms are nice, but extremely small, we struggled to have our suitcases open, I guess this is Paris standard. Breakfast is not included, which I don’t think is ok in terms of value for money. In general, rooms look at bit different than the pictures. Location was good though and quiet. Air conditioning was great, also with the heat.

Excellent hotel in a good location to Marais, also several metro stops to easily navigate around Paris.

Friendly and welcoming staff, easy check in and out.

Rooms good size (for Europe) and excellent shower/bathroom. Wifi was excellent throughout.

I was excited when booking Hotel Taylor but unfortunately the stay fell below expectation. I booked the Mini room. Granted, I knew the room would be small and in fact I was curious and looking forward to how they would cleverly organise such a small room with all its advertised amenities. The room decor was nice, the mini bar was limited but free. A nice touch I would say. The location is quiet and very convenient to travel from. Even for walking around the neighbourhood, this is a good choice. However, the bathroom was unbelievably small. I couldn’t take a shower without constantly bumping my elbows against the walls and it was hard to keep the water from flowing out because the shower area was so small and covered with a shower curtain only. Everything was really a little too compact to move around in. The room was adequate but there was almost no space to get around comfortably. This was fine with me though. Bedding was very comfortable. However, the window isn’t entirely soundproof so some noise is often audible. What was advertised was a view of the roofs of Paris. Well, my room was facing a wall and a ventilation vent of some sort. Not quite what I expected. Lastly, the service leaves a little to be desired. The staff come across rather jaded. The reception folks were nice enough but certainly not warm and rather standoffish at times. I know this is Paris but i’ve been in other similar grade hotels in Paris where the level of professional service is considerably better. The lift is helpful since the hotel goes up to 6 floors (7th in actual) but also super tiny, fitting two people only. I would hesitate to choose this hotel again, for the mini room category and its price.

So many aspects of this hotel made it a great and comfortable stay.

1. Close to bustling republique metro station which has multiple lines.

2. The hotel itself is quiet as there are only a few rooms per floor/stairwell, we never heard our neighbours.

3. Clean and spacious rooms + free mini bar restocked daily!

I would highly recommend and will be returning for my next trip.

Personally the service provided by Theo and the rest of the staff is what made this experience a better one. Sadly it’s in an alley behind the main streets, it’s lit okay, but I was not comfortable walking at night after 8pm. In the morning it’s okay, no problem. It’s about 5 minutes walking distance from the metro ( solo women, take republic NOT Saint Denis) that area was rough and made me feel uncomfortable. The rooms could use more love when it comes to being cleaned. Breakfast was delicious and worth for 6 euros. Cant beat that anywhere else. Loved the shower. Comfortable bed. Quiet place, elevator yes. There is always someone ready to assist.

We had a lovely stay with our 4 month old baby. The room was very spacious and quiet, way more than I expected! Excellent location, walking distance to most of the places we wanted to visit. Friendly and helpful staff. Would return on our next visit
