Hotel Léopold was beautiful and just as pictured. The beds were comfy and the rooms were airy and beautiful. The check-in was seamless and easy. The location is great-it’s not right in the action-but it’s in a little tucked away neighborhood with the metro a block away. It was so easy to get everywhere from that metro stop. I was a solo traveler and I felt safe in the neighborhood and was able to walk to things when needed.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Paris and am very grateful and thankful I decided to stay at Hotel Leopold. My overall experience was outstanding. The hotel staff greeted me with a warm welcome 😊🙏🏻, was very helpful and gracious. My interaction with the hotel staff exceeded my expectations as they provided me directions and how best to get to where I wanted to visit. My room was spacious, very clean, fresh, quiet and safe. For myself, I felt the location was great and easy to get to sites in Paris I planned on visiting. I was so happy with my decision to stay at Hotel Leopold Paris! For example, I planned to visit the Eiffel Tower and took the Metro to Trocadero. It was quick and easy. I walked thru the Luxembourg Gardens to the Pantheon 🏛️ which is located in the Latin Quarter as well as the Notre Dame Cathedral and back to the hotel. Very easy! I felt very safe.

The staff were incredible - so kind and helpful! My room was perfect. It was comfortable and clean. And the breakfast had plenty of options. The location of the hotel was close to many sites and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel!!

We loved our stay at the Leopold Hotel. Everything went so smoothly. The staff was so nice and helpful, the location was great, and the rooms were clean and comfy even if they were a little small. Great and delicious breakfast. I would definitely come again. Thank you

I'm SO happy I discovered this place! From the moment I arrived and checked in, the hospitality of the staff was impeccable. The hotel itself is very beautifully designed, down to every little detail. The rooms are a great size, too, and have air conditioning - Which is rare to find in Paris! The toiletries smell incredible. The breakfast each morning is wonderfully thought through and enough to get you started on your day. I checked out and had to wait for a late train, and the staff let me stay in the lobby and have tea while I waited - which I thought was such a kind gesture. I'm recommending this hotel to everyone and can't wait to stay again soon!

I loved my stay! The service was incredible! Every single staff member I spoke with went out of their way to make my stay the best ever. I stayed for 5 nights and could have stayed longer. The location is amazing, so many great restaurants close by. I completely recommend staying here.

Not sure where to start:We stayed for a night, first red flag was how tiny the elevator was and the half floors. Then how tiny the room was, and how basic the amenities were. Then sound insulation. Reviews mentioned rooms being sound proof but our room neighbors had kids and we could hear them running and screaming loud and clear.
Finally came breakfast, we took the time to fill out a menu the night before with our personalized selection but once arrived in the breakfast room (which wasn’t really a dining room) our “server” forgot half of the items we had ordered, having to repeat three times we were missing bread, jam, yogurt, eggs... eventually we ended up not being served eggs...
the staff was pacing back and forth to the check out desk, noisy, arguing with other colleagues. Deplorable behavior and clear lack of professionalism. We travel a lot and we’ve never seen such poor service even in two stars or three stars ⭐️ hotels...
To finish breakfast trays were blocking the elevator (which by the way broke the same day) and at 5:30pm leftover breakfast was still hanging out on the counter of the dining room. Pretty unbelievable.
The neighborhood is nice, room was clean but definitely not up to the standard of a 4 star ⭐️ hotel.

We stayed for 2 nights. I really like it, everything was as expected. The decoration is very nice and we were treated very well. The location is perfect! The room, and specially the bathroom, was super clean. It’s true that the rooms are quite small, but for 2 nights we really didn’t need so much space, so that was not a problem for us. I would recommended.

Very nice hotel, nice and well organised rooms, tiny bathroom but with a nice supply of products.
The staff is nice and eager to help, but very disorganized. No way to have my bathroom made up in 4 days due to non-communication or misunderstandings between the staff. When I asked to make up my room they just made my bed, without changing the sheets nor the towels.
For a 4star hotel I would expect something better.
The reception/bar is very cozy and charming, with a very warm atmosphere. The lift is tiny and the stairs are steep, so be careful what floor you book.
