The staff was unfriendly, they ensured that I would move to another room bec it was noisy, and after letting me pack, they never did. Not recommended!

Definitely not anywhere close to being a 4 star hotel. I have stayed in 7 other 4 star hotels throughout Europe in the past 3 weeks. This hotel is absolutely not to the standard of any other 4 star hotel I have been to in Europe. The room was smaller than expected, but the room sizes was not the problem. The room had damaged walls, floor lining, and shelves, and looked overall very used. The room was also very dusty and everything had a layer of dirt of it. As for the bathroom, it seemed like there was no type of disinfectant used. It honestly did not seem like the shower was cleaned as there was hair and smudges on the shower wall, and the bathroom mirror ledge also had something stuck to it (hard to see in the photo). The shower pretty much floods the bathroom every time it is used as it goes over the glass doors when they are shut. When we first arrived and saw the state of the room I asked to have someone come upstairs and clean. They sent a maid up but all she would do to clean is wipe the counter with a dry towel. After she “cleaned” there was still stuff stuck onto the bathroom ledge. The air conditioning only worked one of the four nights and when we called down to get it fixed they just responded by telling me that it was works even when it was clearly not working. Honestly it just felt gross and unclean in the room and it sucked that the staff was unwilling to help in any way when asked. They just said “I’m sorry you’re unhappy but we can’t do anything”. Overall very disappointed by the lack of care and cleanliness of this “four star” hotel.
