What a wonderful experience - really quite easy to get to from Gare du Nord - one metro line and a couple of blocks walking - gentle slopes and you step in the door to this wonderful space. Welcome and check in was easy and quick, room was wonderful - clearly someone took a building and created spaces within a shell and so room has lots of interesting shapes and corners, but everything you need is fitted in and to a high quality. Very clean - I mean very clean and even though I was facing the Main Street, very quiet and peaceful. Neighborhod felt safe, plenty of bars and shops around - walked and felt comfortable the times I was out. Spent two nights and frankly I think this will be my go-to next time I visit Paris - excellent space and excellent people to welcome you

The Best Western Plus in Paris offered a clean and quiet environment, making it an ideal retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The staff present at the front desk greeted us very nicely. We loved our room on the top floor and the view from the window.
However, our experience was marred by a significant issue with our reservation. Due to a Priceline Express error, we were charged double the intended amount.
Despite the hotel and Priceline being aware of the mistake, neither party took responsibility for rectifying the situation. The staff member we spoke to about adjusting the room rate for an extra guest was also unhelpful.
While the hotel itself was pleasant, the reservation and customer service failures were disappointing.

The service was phenomenal. The lady in the front desk helped me with early check up, recommended local places to eat. Clean room. Stayed there for one night. Easy access. The streets were very good.

We stayed for 1 night. Staff was helpful when needed. Umbrellas available for rainy day. Breakfast was great. Have a gym, sauna, and shower experience available that we didn't have time to use. We would stay again for sure! Thank you!

The hotel is little , kind and well positioned (it's amazing the idea that every morning you can walk at the "jardins de plant" in few minutes) .
The plus is surely the staff : smiling , kind and professional from the night auditor to the breakfast girl .
I just don't give the best vote only because my room had a damage in the sink ; everything was wonderful and the room was a check in upgrade so this was not a complain but my expectations was to receive also a little compensation like a discount on my extra charges or similar .
I suggest to everybody this hotel if You want to feel yourself at home with all the comfort and luxury of the hotel .

Just returned from a weekend break. We had the superior room (403) which was clean and spacious for Paris standards. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Perfect location for us as we wanted to visit a few places nearby. Chinatown an easy 10-15 mins and in the opposite direction towards Notre Dame about 20mins or so. The area felt generally safe. Just one point of note, there is currently scaffolding around one side of the building but as it was the weekend so no work was being done and it was quiet. Staff reassured us that the work was at then end of maintenance schedule that’s being carried out on the building. Overall a pleasant stay and we would be happy to stay here again in the future.

I had a really pleasant stay. The location was ideal, bus just outside the door, short walk to various tram lines and parking was easy. I hadn’t stayed in a hotel in Paris before, but I would definitely consider staying at the same hotel next time.

I was very disappointed based on the phenomenal reviews I read online. Here are the details:
1. This is located right next to a hospital so be ready for sirens ALL night.
2. The rooms were so small you had no place to even open a suitcase (no, this is not "normal" for Paris).
3. My thermostat didn't work (apparently there's some kind of temp limits set by the hotel); the window was open in my room when I first entered and it was like 35F inside. I had to ask the front desk to adjust the temperature three times before it became bearable.
4. The bathroom was smaller than my RV bathroom and the door opened straight to the bed.
5. Personal preference but the white walls blinded me.
So, I spent one night and left. If that was my only hotel experience in Paris, I'd have been convinced that Paris hotels are dumps. Paris is an incomparably beautiful city, and there are wonderful hotels to stay at. Just not this one.

The hotel is so lovely, We stayed in room number 103, which was spacious and comfy for the short break in Paris. The location is great too, in Saint-Marcel, one minute walk to the station, and the area is nice too.
I would love to thank Seifeldine the night manager at the hotel, he did his best since we checked in as we arrived a bit late, and he was super helpful and super friendly.
He also extended our sauna booking time and offered many complimentary fruits and cookies, he facilitated our stay and made it lovely and I would book again at the same hotel
