Hotel Left Bank Saint Germain

We statues for four nights - two adults and a 8year old child - and we just had the most wonderful time! The room was perfect. Quiet and very cosy. Bed very comfy. Small tv and fridge. Bathroom was larger than expected. The reception spoke great English and were very helpful and friendly. We didn’t have breakfast on site so not sure about that but lobby is lovey and lots of little places to sit while you wait etc. there is a good bakery right across the street, lots of great little restaurants and icecream new by and a small super market a short walk away. The “oldest restaurant in Paris” ( apparently ) is right next door. It’s Is 2 mins from rue said germain, 10 mins to the seine, exactly opposite from the louvre. The location was perfection - a great hub for a short trip - we walked mostly and easily took public transport. We caught the metro from guarde de nord and only had to make one change - metro stop very close to hotel. Can’t wait to return to Paris and stay again!

Excellent location, so easy to get to Gard du Nord & most places. A 2 min walk from the nearest station.
Staff are friendly & welcoming, & have a dedicated room to leave your luggage before / after checking in/out. Small stair space but there is a small lift. A tad pricey but was great for three of us sharing a room (we had a comfortable sofa bed, a queen bed, & fold-ojt bed!).

We had a comfortable sleep with a fantastic Aircon (a dream in 34°c heat), which was very quiet. Clean bathroom, clean bedroom, small mini fridge & safety box / wardrobe area. Felt very soundproof too.

Definitely recommend if you want space, Aircon, & excellent location.

If you’re wanting to stay near Notre Dame and fantastic places to eat, this boutique hotel may be the best spot for you.

We spent 3 nights here with our three young boys and it was a perfect spot for us. The room was lovely and provided what we needed for a family on the move.

This is my 3er Time that I spend days in the Hotel Left Bank Saint Germain Des Pres. everything was great, the staff is amazing. I feel like we are at home. Christopher Gomes , thank you so much for all your attention and the Manager and all the personal that work in the Breakfast. Deluxe Room is great and is very clean.

I spent a week in a deluxe room at this charming boutique hotel in the heart of the 6th arrondissement and highly recommend it. Our courtyard room was spacious, quiet, and attractively furnished. All staff were friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the pretty breakfast room and tasty buffet which is offered at an amazing price if you book it online. The hotel's location can't be beat - half a block from Blvd. St. Germain with the Metro and buses and countless cafes and shops nearby. Many major sights are within walking distance. The mini bar had good prices and the electric kettle was a nice feature, too. I look forward to another stay soon!

Location 5 Stars or better yet, 10 stars!
The room is comfortable, and that air-conditioning was spot on!
The beds were extremely comfortable, and linen and towels were of nice quality.
Bathroom had two sinks and a nice shower.
The only thing I would change is the front desk staff, as they are not very friendly.
When we checked in, we looked at the room and found that we would have to go up and down a flight of stairs each time. (6nights)! We are three females of age with luggage and one of us just had surgery of the knees. We went back to the desk to ask for a different room and explained the reason why we needed a room with no steps and the gentleman Rishi was not helpful at all refusing to help. Not only was he not helpful, but he was rude and did not handle the situation professionally and We were immediately disappointed in the customer service on the first day. I had to ask for the manager and she was very helpful and accommodating. She quickly found a room for us in 5 mins and we enjoyed the six nights in this hotel.
I was a hotel manager for 10 years with Hilton. This would not be acceptable.
Perhaps your front desk staff needs more training. They need to smile and have a conversation with the guest to make them feel welcome.
It was like pulling teeth to get more than two words out of their mouth and nobody smiled. The lobby is dark and dingy, not very welcoming presentation at check-in.

Hotel is very cosy and in a nice area of Paris. Only issue was no water in room (apart from mini bar for €4.50) and for breakfast coffee was not included!
If these 2 things can be improved it would have been a ★★★★★

I stayed here in April 2024 (my third time staying at this location) and I am always very impressed by the service and location. It is a boutique hotel and well priced for the area. The area around the hotel is my favorite area in all of Paris. The cafe's, the people, the neighborhood are all second to none. I had the breakfast at the hotel every morning was always a good start to the day. I would recommend staying here

Quaint boutique hotel in an amazing location. Rooms were good size for a smaller family and comfortable. We didn’t use any amenities but enjoyed our stay and loved the location.

This hotel was in an excellent location… a fairly short walk to the Seine River and nearby museums. Also a short walk to the Jardin de Luxemborg which was a wonderful area to visit and walk around.
Our room was wonderfully decorated, the lobby had interesting decor as well.
Front desk staff were always available and helpful.
The only down side was the breakfast that was offered. There were some pastries that were okay but not great. We tried it there first day, and we had to ask the staff to refill the milk and the water bottles. There was only a small amount of eggs and sausage in the heater and there was no effort to refill during the half hour we were there. For the price, we did not feel it worth it do went elsewhere for breakfasts for the rest of our stay.
