Hôtel Le 46

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The front desk service was extremely poor, especially the night shift staff — in particular, the Black gentleman who was on duty. When the water at the café bar ran out, I asked if he could refill it, and he flat-out refused. I then asked for two complimentary water bottles (as advertised), and he initially lied and said there were none available. Only after a long argument did he reluctantly bring them out. When I politely asked for an extra bottle since it was already late at night and nowhere nearby was open to buy water, he refused again — and even insulted us in French before very begrudgingly refilling the café bar water.

Additionally, the soundproofing in the room was terrible. You can hear people talking from upstairs clearly, and there were random knocks on our door during the night, which made us feel very unsafe.

I would not recommend staying here.
