Friendly reception, small but comfortable rooms. Low ceiling. Shower is OK but needs a deep clean here & there. Overall good worth for money.

This unassuming little hotel is in a very convenient patch of the 9th across from the pleasant historic greenery of Square Montholon. Service was friendly and room clean with good hardwood floors.

We missed our reservation and could not get a refund as they would not let us check in later than 10pm and our flight was delayed. They have not even emailed us back, nor have we been able to contact them.

The hotel team stolen (thrown away?) my flowers and don’t want to compensate this or resolve the issue somehow.
This is the first time I’m facing with theft by hotel team.
Very strange. Very unpleasant issue while you are in holidays and returning at the evening to the room and see you stuff is missed.
Breakfast is very poor.
Room in standard category is very old and with tiny window, very unpleasant, like in coffin.

For the price of what I’ve paid, I think the room is already comfortable and descent. It’s got the minimalist look to the room. I’d definitely go back next time but not during summer as they do not have AC.

Good 3 stars hotel in a quiet area, close to the subway and Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. Nice room, cosy, wooden furniture and shiny bathroom. Breakfast a la francaise, with sweet stuff (confiture, jams).

Such a lovely place! I stayed there for 2 nights and was sad to leave. The staff is charming, the breakfast is simple and tasty (nothing better than a good french croissant to start the day). The room is calm (double glazing) and really sunny (no building in front of the hotel, a lovely square instead). My best discovery is the bathroom, the architect deserves a big BRAVO!

Nice people, service and great breakfast. The location is excellent, two minutes walk from the metro, 25 minutes from Eiffel tower with public transport.
