This is the first time I’m facing with theft by hotel team.
Very strange. Very unpleasant issue while you are in holidays and returning at the evening to the room and see you stuff is missed.
Breakfast is very poor.
Room in standard category is very old and with tiny window, very unpleasant, like in coffin.
The services from the receptionist is just amazing! I always remember how helpful they were when we arrived.
