Great place. The staff was very helpful. My wife was there on a school trip and wound up in the hospital. I had to make an emergency trip there, and they were able to accommodate me. Fernando and his staff were very helpful in showing me where everything was and how to get there and getting me cabs. Their breakfast was great, and the croissants were the best. If I go back to France I will definitely stay there.

We stayed in this hotel for two days, everything was great, the only problem was the damage elevator, which must be repaired.
Oliver and Fernando very friendly and helpful in helping us
I will definitely choose this hotel in the future

A fantastic hotel! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, especially Oliver! We had a lovely conversation and everyone was very accommodating and sweet. The rooms were beautiful and had really good views from the balcony. Definitely recommend.

I loved my experience here. Staff was friendly and super helpful! Continental breakfast was delicious! Very close to many great restaurants and shopping. Easy to get to. Would stay there again!

Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, nicely located near Tourist attractions and lots of Cafes and Restaurants nearby. Nice light morning breakfast included. Hotel was very clean. Enjoyed our stay there.

Too dark and dingy. Pictures are very deceiving. Not the type of place you want to be staying alone. Couldnt even walk out the room alone.

I enjoyed my stay here and am strongly considering here for my next visit

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful! It’s very close to two metro stations and the restaurants that surround the hotel are top notch! Although the rooms are a little on the small side, it had everything we needed; comfy bed with clean linens, small closet with hangers, shelves and a safe, a desk, tv, decent size bathroom with an AMAZING shower that had great water pressure and was nice and HOT. The room was a little stuffy but opening the windows helped a lot, the only issue is that we were on a bottom floor and although the neighborhood is nice we were not certain about leaving the windows open while we slept. Breakfast was excellent, lots of options for being continental including pastries, toast, yogurt, granola, cereal, deli meats and boiled eggs. The coffee was exceptionally good. I mean, what more do you need? You’re in Paris so of course you’re going to eat out and enjoy the local cuisine while out and about so you only need something light to tie you over until then. The location is great and I’m very pleased we chose this as our accommodations to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary in Paris.

Room and furniture ok, clean linen and comfortable mattress. Reception staff ok. Bad point is breakfast: way, way sub average with poor choice of low range products, and not very efficient staff.

Issues we had with this hotel:

1. The window to our 6th floor room couldn't close completely. In winter.
2. They were unable to have an extra blanket sent up to handle the cold. Caused by their window that wouldn't close properly. In winter.
3. The safe supplied with the room wouldn't work because the battery was dead. 4. They wouldn't supply a new safe or let us change rooms to one that has a working safe.
5. Their chambermaid ignored the 'Do Not Disturb' sign hung on the door and entered the room.
6. Because of the lack of a working safe and their chambermaids inability to notice a big red sign saying 'Do Not Disturb', we lost a personal property.
7. Cutlery was unable to be sent up to the room.

And this was just day one.

Whilst the staff were lovely and apologetic, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
