The hotel is in a great position and the staff were very helpful. It was nice being on the 5th floor with a balcony
But based on the information and pictures, the hotel didn't match our expectations. The room was rather small and it was difficult to move around. The safari theme in the bedroom was rather dated. The bathroom needs some repair works as could see some tiles coming off. The air conditioning as reported elsewhere wasn't working and they provided a very nosy portable unit.
The breakfast option didn't look very inspiring so we went out to the local cafes which were better.
I just don't think this was good value for the money we paid.
Think we would have been better off next door at the Maxim Opera.

Hotel was 20 minutes walking to Gare du Nort which is really good as we arrived on a evening Eurostar train have a lot of options of restaurants and coffee shops around and is quite easy to visit tourists monuments from there as the metro station is close.
Room was quite big for Paris, electric heater needs update and hair dryer wasn’t working and they didn’t have a spare one which is needed specifically on winter.
Receptionist on our check out was very friendly and helpful.

A functional hotel, great location for actives (bike station across the road), 30 minutes walk to the centre. Welcoming and attentive staff (Olivier was excellent). Everything worked. Really enjoyed our stay, we will return. Thank you Pavillon.

Absolutely happy to stay with this hotel! Fernando is very helpful and friendly, I feel very welcome from him. He helped us with the hot drink and wine opener. The location is amazing, I can reach most of tourist areas in 30mins, Sometimes bus is more convenient than train. The clear condition is good. There are many lovely cafe/ restaurant/ bar in the walking distance, you don’t need to suffer from traffic.

Great place. The staff was very helpful. My wife was there on a school trip and wound up in the hospital. I had to make an emergency trip there, and they were able to accommodate me. Fernando and his staff were very helpful in showing me where everything was and how to get there and getting me cabs. Their breakfast was great, and the croissants were the best. If I go back to France I will definitely stay there.

We stayed in this hotel for two days, everything was great, the only problem was the damage elevator, which must be repaired.

A fantastic hotel! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, especially Oliver! We had a lovely conversation and everyone was very accommodating and sweet. The rooms were beautiful and had really good views from the balcony. Definitely recommend.

I loved my experience here. Staff was friendly and super helpful! Continental breakfast was delicious! Very close to many great restaurants and shopping. Easy to get to. Would stay there again!

Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, nicely located near Tourist attractions and lots of Cafes and Restaurants nearby. Nice light morning breakfast included. Hotel was very clean. Enjoyed our stay there.

Too dark and dingy. Pictures are very deceiving. Not the type of place you want to be staying alone. Couldnt even walk out the room alone.
