disappointed with the recent stay my friend and I had at your establishment. Our experience was marred by consistently poor customer service, rude and unhelpful staff, and several significant issues that were not adequately addressed.
The lack of air conditioning in our room was unacceptable. Despite repeated complaints to the receptionist, who displayed an alarming lack of empathy and professionalism, our issue remained unresolved.
In light of these issues, I must express my strong dissatisfaction with the level of service provided by Ibis Hotel. As a customer, I expect a certain standard of care and professionalism, both of which were sorely lacking during our stay. I sincerely hope that you will take this feedback seriously and take appropriate measures to address the shortcomings in your service, ensuring that future guests do not encounter similar issues.

Nice and well located hotel near the Sacré-Coeur and Montmartre neighborhood

Good location. Good value. Nice buffet breakfast. Quiet room with large comfortable bed. Bathroom needed a little attention.

Hotel was good , the room was confortable. 1january was my bf birthday. I asked them decoration and cake for my room (my first time in Paris) . They said ofcourse before 10days. And when we arrive this hotel , they said we didnt find decoration. I felt soo bad for that , if you dont accept my request , you shouldnt promise. Thats not professional. I was embarrased. Hotel is located around the hotel 1min walk, breakfast was not bad.

We went in November. Although the room was small, it was nice and cozy. I found the room a little cold and we couldn't turn on the air conditioning. The breakfast didn't have much variety but it was tasty.
The employees were friendly but didn't talk much.
Despite everything, I really enjoyed the experience. I recommend it and if I return to Paris one day I will probably stay at this hotel again.

Service was excellent! We were leaving at 6 am, and even we weren't expecting it, they prepared a breakfast for us earlier. It's close to metro and buses, good start point for the excursions.

We stayed for 4 nights and everything was incredible! Le petit dejuner was perfect and I loved the pain ou chocolat. It was very very clean and the bed was soo confortable. It is near the metro, in 20 minutes you are at the Eiffel Tower. Will come back. :) Kind regards to Mihaela!

Nice hotel, clean and providing all the basic things you need for a short stay in the heart of Paris. I loved the area. Quiet enough, neighbourhood feeling and with easy access to the subway. Rooms were small, but still good size.
The only downfall was that at the time of booking we asked for a gluten free breakfast, due to coeliac disease, and they said they can accommodate us. They served us a gluten free bread, bought from a bakery that day. Unfortunately, this had consequences to our stomachs, and when the next day we asked what was this bread made from, they didn't know. The bakery told them that it's gluten free and that's all. After some Google searching, we realised that this was spelt bread, which is mistakenly though as gluten free. I would have appreciated if the staff in the future were more properly informed about health issues and allergies, before serving their clients....

Great location in Montmarte, Paris. Straight down on hotel road just 15 minutes to the large flea market and antiques area and in about 25 minutes in the other direction the spectacular Sacre Couer.
Hotel very clean and modern. Brilliant shower. Great all you can eat breakfast. Free coffee and bottled water throughout the day. Friendly staff. 24 hour reception.
