Perfect for solo travelers. Rooms are small but expected for Paris. Gorgeous room so made up for the size and it had AC as well. You can hear your neighbours a little bit but didn’t bother me personally. I think it’s very good value for money.
Location wise - I like the 17th so it was a nice stay. Personally would stay again.
The man at the reception was extremely nice and attentive - very accommodating to all my room requests I’ve put down when I first booked.

Run don’t walk away. Nightmare hotel. The walls are paper thin you can easily hear EVERYTHING: showers, toilets, conversation, everything. Front desk manager lies without missing a beat.

Very warm welcome, the room was a bit small, but it was enough for us because we were only there to sleep. We had a slight problem with the air conditioning, but it wasn't serious. The breakfast was nice. Restaurant nearby. Metro not far.

Before booking I specifically called to ask if they have AC and they confirmed that they did. Upon arrival, my room ddnt have AC, I went to reception and he said they fixed it and it should work fine, i left came back at night and the AC wasnt working, I sweated all night and had to go get a fan… the next day spoke to the manager and she was very disrespectful and said she cant do anything about it… horrible experience

The air conditioning doesn’t work, the bathroom exhaust fan is broken (so there’s a bad smell in the room), the bathroom is extremely small (you basically have to use it with the door open), and the shower water keeps changing temperature every 15 seconds—one moment it’s scalding hot, the next it’s freezing cold.
To make things worse, when we arrived on the first day, there was urine on the bathroom floor.

Booked a room few weeks ago on their website, and got a fully fledged reservation confirmation. The payment didn't seem to go through however (instead of their supposed policy) so I wrote to the hotel just to confirm that everything is fine with my booking.
Their answer was sending a cancellation with no reasoning, and they didn't dignify me with an explanation ever since.
This hits us pretty bad as our travel is just around the corner.

Unfriendly reception staff. I wanted to check in one hour early, they asked me to pay for an extra day. No refrigerator in the room. Reception is not open 24 hours. Breakfast is 13 euros - includes a croissant and coffee. Very poor and not worth the money. A large supermarket has opened nearby, which is a plus.
